Hello everyone, would any of you please tell me what difference between lead and contact and oracle sales leads and opportunities and if it is possible a best practice of marketing effort through eloqua to these entities. Thank you.
Hi IkramR, In Eloqua, you can save a record as contact only. But in Sales cloud, you have the opportunity to save a record either as lead or contact or both (standard method). So to differentiate that in Eloqua contact record, you have the ID of lead or contact or both from Sales cloud in Eloqua contact record.
