Don't try to update the bootloader or the partition table (GPT). Skip those commands. The flash will work fine.

Yes flash worked but,
Problems I'm facing,
1. Whenever I restart device, It starts in bootloader and then I have to press start.
2. Because of the above issue, System Updates are are not being installed.(14-4 build is installing again and again)
3. Wifi and Hotspot is not working.(cannot connect to any WiFi network and others cannot see my hotspot)

For 1) you could try:
Boot your device into the bootloader.
Connect your device to your computer
In the adb terminal, type 'fastboot oem fb_mode_clear' without the quotes. This should clear the booting to fastboot.
Reboot and test.
As for a stock June firmware, we'll have to wait for Motorola to build the firmware (and then for a way to 'acquire' it)

+1 - Thanks, 'fastboot oem fb_mode_clear' worked.
Do you know the reason behind my WiFi and hotspot issue?

Try this command to flash the Stock Rom

Set radio band to USA in the testing menu (*#*#4636#*#*) and I can't 2G/3G signal!

I was just trying to get a good signal on 4G and carelessly tapped on the USA band option in "change radio band" in the testing menu as mentioned above. Please help me with this as I don't have a good 4G signal where I live (India, if that's relevant), and calls keep dropping.

Yes, this is a solution to the problem.
Remember never set radio band to USA.
Is it possible to fix this by flashing only the modem file?

Maybe, but with access to the root. Flashing the original software does not require unlocked bootloader.

They may provide such services. You can fix it yourself (It takes me than 10 minutes), but if you have concerns it's better to do it for someone with experience.
Regards.

I did flash the modem on my old droid maxx without root. It was done using fastboot commands.
If you don't mind losing all your files, I recommend flashing the stock 6.0 completely. Sometimes service center does this too and they don't care about your data assuming you already backed up everything.
Moto X pure edition XT1575 model has same issue

Lenovo Yoga 2 1050L firmware needed / Error when installing the latest update

Hi guys,
I hope anybody can help me. I'm looking for the latest firmware for my yoga tablet 2 1050L.
It should be YT2-1050L_USR_S100255_1601131716_WW52_ROW. At least that is what the OTA message shows me on my tablet.
After softbricking my tablet (was stuck in lenovo boot logo) when I installed this OTA update (162MB), I was able to recover it with firmware S100192. I checked also for country code and set it new. When I now try to install the OTA update I get an error and can only boot the tablet again and it wants me again to update to the S100255 firmware.
I also looked in the russion lenovo forum (you can translate with google into englsh or my case geman)
http://lenovo-forums.ru/forum/395-yoga-tablet-2-10-%D0%BF%D1%80%D0%BE%D1%88%D0%B8%D0%B2%D0%BA%D0%B8/
But there is the latest firmware I can download S100192.
So I would need either the S100255 firmware to flash it from stock or anybody can give me an hint in how to solve the udpate error

Hi ionioni,
ok. what do you mean exactly? I don't want to skip it. I want to update it but it's showing error while the update process. and then when I am in Android again it wants me again to update to S100255. So I thought I could flash it with the latest stock rom S100255.
At the moment I try to flash an older stock rom like S100081 or S100225 (and then doing OTA hopefully) but whenever I try to flash it it boots into Android again when it should
C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\Phone Flash Tool\fastboot.exe" "-S" "500M" "-s" "BaytrailABFF4CD2" "oem" "wipe" "ESP"` command

Ok, now I was finally (!) able to flash it and to boot it into android. Strange issue when I extracted your zip file on my HDDs on my company's notebook I got a zip CRC error. I unzipped it now directly on my USB drive (connected to my company laptop) to my external HDD and I had no issues. Only the devil knows why...???!
So after using your phone flash tool lite version 5.3.4.1 it worked now. I'm just downloading now the next OTA update over WLAN to version S100192. after that version S100255 should appear. let's see what happens Thank you so far.

no don't think it's EOL as it was on both my harddisks and I have no problems with other files. Don't bother anymore.

Maybe this can help you:
Make sure you use the latest Phone Flash tool (lite) which was 5.3.4.1 for me. Make sure you use a USB port at your laptop PC, don't use a hub (did not work for me). And If you are not able to flash it via the DnX mode (press both Volumen buttons and power on the tab) then try using the Fastboot mode in the bootloader (volume down and power on the tab).

Hi ionioni,
I'm back with a further problem. I just tried to start teamviewer on the yoga. I get an error that the firmware may be faulty and I should check for a proper IMEI. So I put in a SIM card (which I have used in anther phone) and I'm able to unlock it with the pin. But I get no data connection and also when I try to set a new PIN for the SIM card in the security settings I enter the PIN and it says wrong PIN I have 3 more trys. but I can try it as often as I want, it does not lock the SIM card.
So what may be the problem? any ideas?
UPDATE: Ok, just checked my IMEI online and it appears to be an IPHONE IMEI??
Update 2: Under settings, network, more, mobile connection (? just know the german word for the settings) I can not choose the menu as it is deactivated and grey. I just read that the tablet may think it is in flight mode?

this best. because, i test all other method but my phone did not relock.
When I tried this method, phone is relocked and everything work without error.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
You are a life saver! This is the only method that worked for me after struggling for a couple of days trying to overcome errors wen I tried to flash stock and re-lock the bootloader. :good::good::good: Will this allow the OTA update and receive Motorola updates?
relock bl returns te warranty?
no. there is no reason to ever relock this phone.
So,if you want to receive Motorola OTA Updates, you only need to unroot and return to stock recovery?

No
You have to use motorola's website to get the unlock code. They know you unlocked, warranty still void.
I can't thank you enough for this thread!!! I've run through several of these and yours has been the only one to include the most recent security patch!!! You are a STAR!
Thank you for making this easy!
Awesome!
This worked beautifully, I can't thank you enough.
Update** Since using this to un soft brick my device, My bootloader seems to be in a weird place, It says "Device unlocked Status code 3". I followed directions from Motorollas site to relock boot loader nothing in ADB or Fastboot flashes. I tried re unlocking it fails. im not sure what happened. any suggestions would be great though! thanks.
THANK U!!!!
so I tried like 3 other methods to restore my xt1575 after I soft bricked it like an idiot... This was the easiest, quickest method by a long shot.... I wish I could shake ur hand sir! Thank u soooo much....
Edit : Now...it seems...my Bluetooth wont turn on....I've tried resetting network settings, clearing data under BT sharing in App Manager settings, and doing a full factory reset. Ive rebooted numerous times as well. I cannot, for the life of me , get BT to turn on! I'm about to flash TWRP, wipe, and install AICP... IDK..... has this ever happened to anyone? anyone got any idea's?

The firmware and procedure in the OP are outdated, doing any flashing via a batch file is highly frowned upon as you cannot see if any piece fails and judging from the date of the OP the firmware is out of date.
Aside from that, if just the BT isn't working, you likely need to reflash the BT firmware... it should be included in the firmware you downloaded, go to that directory and execute "fastboot flash bluetooth BTFM.bin" to reflash the BT firmware partition. I am not sure what fastboot is included in this firmware archive, so it that fails try it as "mfastboot fastboot bluetooth BTFM.bin".
If BTFM.bin does not exist in this firmware archive, try over from scratch, look in my signature for a more up to date method of restoring stock and (optionally) relocking the bootloader.

Workaround for LTE connection issue on latest dev rom

Following my recent LTE issue and after some trial and errors, I can confirmed that the latest dev rom contains some bugs in the modem file and hence flashing the lastest stable rom's modem file will resolve this issue.
To flash simply put device in fastboot mode and then
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
*Edit reuploaded modem file from 6.12.29 instead as reported the latest stable modem file causing video lagging and sound issue

Download and install Minimal ADB and Fastboot
Download the modem file of the stable ROM and copy that file to your computer's C:\ folder
Turn off your Mi Mix
On your Mi Mix press the power button and volume-down button at the same time for 5 seconds. The device should boot into fastboot mode
Connect your phone with the USB cable to your computer
Open your computer's start menu and search for Minimal ADB and Fastboot, and click it
A command prompt will open, where you will type the following command into it and press enter:
Code:
fastboot flash modem C:\NON-HLOS.bin
I confirm LTE problems (Italy H3g) with the last ROM, solved by flashing the old modem as suggested. Thank a lot for thew workaround.

EDIT: Forget what I said, works for me! Thank you!
EDIT 2: My phone seems to be laggy and YouTube now doesn't work after I flashed the modem. Back I go to 6.12.29.

Sorry. I extracted the modem from 6.12.29 and reuploaded to first post. Thanks for pointing out!

This upload is working perfectly for me. LTE shows up. I watched YouTube and video and audio play perfectly.

The file uploaded before was still broken LTE for me.

@Leechoonhwee Could you share the 7.1.5 modem, too. Just for testing. I've no possibility to download the full ROM atm.

Thx,
i just want to test how it works on a Mix with patched NVRAM LTE channel values. If it works like crap i'll return to .29 modem.

I was thinking of doing the same, let me know with your findings... Perhaps we need to modify the modem to enable extra bands.
Are you guys still having problem after flashing latest epic rom? 4g LTE has already been fixed there, I am using it and all works fine, speed, sound, everything is working.

No LTE 800 Mhz with 7.1.5 modem But with globeROM 7.1.5 none of the mentioned bugs until now. YouTube is perfect and the device is as smooth as always. If i'm back to 2600 MHz area i'll check again.

Awesome work!
Worked for me. No audio or lag issue. I was loosing my mind thinking why all of a sudden couldn't connect to LTE.
Thanks again!

Moto X style XT1575 WiFi don't work

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum, I'm looking for help with a Moto X style XT1575. I tell you the problem: I bought a Moto X Style used on the internet and it turns out that WiFi does not work, the phone is with MM 6.0.1. Entering Configuration, WiFi, you see a line with movement, as if the phone is still searching for networks with the switch turned off and when you try to activate it, it immediately goes back on by itself. I was reading a bit about this error and it seems quite repeated, not only in this model but also in other Motorola. I saw cases in which besides the WiFi also does not work the Bluetooth, in my case the problem is only in the Wifi. The phone is not rooted or anything, it is factory and reset, I am not sure if it is free but apparently yes, because I accepted sims from two different companies.
Could you help me solve this? From already thank you very much
(I'm using the Google translator, sorry if something I say is not understood)

Is the bootloader unlocked?
No, I think it was officially updated to MM and was left with this problem.

If the bootloader is locked the solution i can think of is to flash the latest firmware (if available).
If there any hardware fault then flashing firmware won't fix this.
Reflash MM? Would that fix the WiFi? I have read cases where the official update itself generates the problem, and they flash the modem and it works, without having to reload the whole system. I do not really know what to do

And flash non-hlos.bin and fsg.bin (at your own risk)
This may fix it.
And don't forget to see if the build version matches.
It looks like the versions match. To do this I have to unlock the bootloader and root the phone, is that correct? I'm a rookie, you'll see

Those are stock images so i don't think you need to unlock bootloader. Just flash via fastboot.
Only flash non-hlos.bin and fsg and also Bluetooth if Bluetooth isn't working.
You can flash via fastboot?
In that post says it's for Pure and my phone is Style. I know they are the same but that clarification made me doubt.
I have not tried because I do not understand how to do it, I see many posts about this and I do not know where to start

Read carefully the first and second line of the screenshot you have given. It show moto x pure edition.
Update to Nougat would solve this or would it be better to try to flash only those files as it is now in MM?
I could only update using my operator's internet

You can't update using mobile data you have to use wifi.
Marshmallow doesn't allow updates via mobile data.
But u can use other mobile and creat wifi hotspot to update.
U can try updating. But in cause some thing break you may have to unlock your bootloader.
And is nougut available for xt1575?
Yes, Nougat is now available for some regions. How can i create a hotspot if te phone does not have WiFi? Can not connect to any network

Alright, you are going to want to download minimal fastboot and adb drivers for PC (assuming you are on windows?) https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2317790&page=70 You do not need an unlocked bootloader or need to be rooted to be able to flash stock. @yk1999 provided the correct file, and so just Google how to flash the commands @yk1999 said. Or follow this guide of how to relock bootloader.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/mo...rn-to-stock-relock-bootloader-t3489110/page33
Edit : the commands are fastboot flash...and then the file names that @yk1999 posted. This should be enough. Download the file I linked you for fastboot and adb, turn on us debugging in settings, and then flash away!
