I put Ubuntu on my HD2, and whenever I try to boot it up, it reboots for no reason. I've never gotten to the interface! What is happening and how do I fix this?
Try upgrade HTC radio firmware.

My HD2 Won't boot Successfully every time.
Most of the time It Rumbles about 6-7 Times after the first rumble when Turning On. (This gets stuck at the "Stick Together").
Sometimes The HD2 Boots Successfully. Then out of no where, the device reboots itself and gets stuck at STICK TOGETHER!
I tried to install 4.3 HTC Sense.

Every time I try to boot into Android, the HTC screen appears, then the screen goes black, and it reboots back into WinMo. This is happening for multiple builds of Android and on all three of my SD cards. Any suggestions?
hello, you have to post more info about your device software, like radio version, winmo and SLP version.
I had a problem like that. Try to put mem=356M in startup.txt under set cmdline.
If that works then your phone has a RAM memory problem.

I've got and repaired HTC. because my old one had that back button problem.
Now I've got a new one. The normal 6.5 software is running OK on it without any hanging.
Then I've installed HardSPL and magldr on it. First I've had installed Windows Phone 7.5. The phone reboots sometimes (wich is normal because of the touch screen driver). But the strange thing is that it hangs sometimes before magldr(at the green HTC logo). Then I've installed an Android (rafpigna 1.8 jeahh oldtimer) rom. It was working better then WP7 but it hangs. It was working great on my old HD2.
Now I've flashed 6.5 back and it's working ok again without reboots and random hangs.
The phone isn't hot or something!
Does anyone know a fix for this?
Is it maybe because hardSPL was installed wrong?

I was using the newest one (2.15??) I've restored him to 6.5 and sending him back to HTC. (Again) I think there is short circuit or something...

Ok i booted CoreDroid on my HD2 along time ago, i cannot remember what i did exactly, but since then the USB has also stopped working and now it stalls on the boot screen where it has the logos.
What can i do to fix this? do i need to put a new version on? if so how would i do that without usb?
I a messed up at update.bat during ICS install, accidentally aborted the install. now when i restart my phone I just get the HTC loading screen and it freezes there only. I tried hard reset but still the same. Worst part is I dont know my original ROM...now i cannot even launch WM. Please help, this is the only phone I have.....
