Speedbooster benchmark - low video score

Hi, I've noticed that my video score in speedbooster benchmark is quite low - around 3.20 - 3.40. Is that normal? Do you get similar results?
My overall score is usually around 5.80 and no matter what I do it won't get any higher, I've tried many settings. Has anybody been able to get significant performance improvements using this program? I'm using 2.0.020 registered version.

I've got them drivers already installed, it doesn't help...but thanks.

Quadrant/Neocore scores based on ROM/Kernel/SetCPU/SDCard

Just thought about gathering up some info on Quadrant scores and possibly correlate that to ROM/Kernel/MicroSD setup in order to figure out the best combination. I understand that Quadrant scores are somewhat subjective and Kernel code along with HD2 Android Builds are constantly changing, but it would still be interesting to see the tendencies in the performance.
Here is my most recent result:
Quadrant Score: 2046
Neocore Score: 31.8fps
ROM: [Build][21.10.2010][NexusHD2-FRG83 V1.5 PPP + RMNET (Froyo 2.2.1)]
Kernel: Hastarin 7.7
SetCPU: 1152/1152/ondemand
MicroSD: Transcend 8GB Class 6
Please note that I ran Quadrant and Neocore multiple times and I am showing the highest score achieved. I recommend you to do the same. I have seen 1994, 1997, 2015, 2017.
Here is Quadrant Score breakdown:
CPU - 6405
Memory - 1139
I/O - 1958
2D - 309
3D - 418
I noticed that 2D and 3D scores are not fluctuating as much as the other scores, though overclocking does slightly increase their values.
Thanks,
-CJ

Here is my most recent result:
Quadrant Score: 2350

that's quite some result!
Quadrant Score: 1500-1700 (varies quite a lot)
ROM: Mdeejay FroYo HD v.3.7
Kernel: Hastarin 7.7
SetCPU: 250/1152/conservative (performance doesn't change score)
MicroSD: Sandisk Class 6 (Ultra version)
I think it would be useful for those who have quadrant advanced to post the breakdown of their score to see exactly how everyone differs so much.
Not to be a buzzkill but a synthetic benchmark result from any of these programs doesn't really mean anything. It's more than possible to have a high linpack/neocore/xyz benchmark result and have a sluggish, unresponsive UI. You can do all sorts to Android to inflate your score but what counts is being able to use the phone day to day, with no problems.
how are you guys running neocore. my phone keeps telling me i dont support qualcomm accelerated graphics. then it force closes.
ive tried nearly all android builds, with a variety of available kernels.
none of them seem to allow me to run neocore. however i can get a 2k score in quadrant advanced.

Neocore FC could be a kernel issue (and/or maybe related to stagefright). Try Hastarin's 7.7 kernel and/or make sure stagefright is enabled.

What's up with my bench scores?

I'm running Cyanogen Mod 7 v 2.5 Gingerbread on my HD2 which is clocked at 1.536Ghz.
Best quadrant score I could pull was 1418, with results being inconsistent every time I run the test.
Best score in linpack was 41 MFLOPS.
Best CPU bench score was 672ms.
Now, don't get me wrong. I know these scores are a def improvement over stock and nothing to sneer at, but I've seen HD2's that only run at 1.1 - 1.2Ghz with Froyo in the 1600+ Quadrant/60 MFLOPS+ CPU bench range.
I'm kinda stumped here. What's up?

Post your Linpack and Quadrant scores

along with setup please.
Figured we might as well record benchmark progress as kernels and ROMs get faster. I'll start off.
Linpack -- 56.264 high, 52-55 consistent
Quadrant -- 2090 high, 2000-2050 consistent
Setup:
bcnice's 1.5 OC kernel
NFX's stock deodexed ROM
SetCPU 245/1516 interactive
Dread's GB theme modified
Thanks to all the devs working on this phone. Can't wait to see what else this thing is capable of.
my scores
Running:
Bcnices 1.8 Gingerbread AOSP kernel
Evervolv Alpha Update 3
Deodexed
Quadrant:
Highest: 2968 , 26-2800 consistently
Linpack:
Highest: 60.XXX, 55-58 consistently
Its also important to note which quadrant version you are using as well. Scores vary widely between the paid and free versions.

This is very true. The test that scored 2968 was run using Quadrant Advanced 1.1.1 Rev 1352
New screenshot is the same system as above but run on the newest version of Quadrant Standard (1.1.7) available.
I get about 2000 on Quadrant at 1.8GHz. How is there such a big difference?

He's on an aosp rom with no sense framework

this was on regular quadrant OC'd to 1.8 on stock sense ROM and rooted
Is this any good?
If you have Advanced you can go into the Custom run and disable volumetric shadowing for the hallway. Scores will jump by 300-400. How the hell did you get over 4000?

Virtuous XooM v1.1.2 HC 3.2 Benchmarks very nice rom

I installed this rom the other day and so far everything works except the screen rotation lock button but no rom has that working.
Frst its HC 3.2 ported over from the xoom has the new feature of being able to upscall the smaller apps to the larger screen.
Over clocking is built in just get set cpu and off you go.
My acer is over clocked to 1.5 and here are my benchmark scores.
Useing Quadrant I got 3421 (best of three runs) and frame rates around 45
Useing Linpack I got 45.438 mflpos on single thread in 1.85 seconds and
71.53 mflops on multi-thread in 2.36 seconds again best of three runs
Useing AnTuTu Benchmark I got a score of 6159 and frame rates right at around 60 fps
Useing Vellamo (its new and a benchmark tool for a tablets browser to see how ell the browser performs does things like java and flash stress tests and load speeds of web pages) I got a score of 1072
These are the top 4 bench mark tools for android and these scores while may not look impressive are awsome. in comparisons on benchmark tools grafs these score are much higher them most tablets.
bottom line this tablet rocks.
If your into benchmarking and tweaking as I am please post your results here list benchmark toos used, scores and with rom your running and cpu speed. so we can get and over all view of this remarkable tablet.
I got 1291 from Vellamo using Stock 3.1 with custom Kernel Taboonay CPU 1408Mhz
same rom, same oc, similar scores XD this tablet does rock!!!!!!
