If you want to send the device for support, go look for the "HTC RUU" (google it, or search for it on HTC's website). Basically it is an windows executable which returns your whole device to default (ROM, recovery and bootloader).
I guess this is what you want?

i know phone will return to default, but i need official frensh RUU, cause customer don't like custom RUU that's all.
and i can't download from official support cause i need SN from official Hero with frensh.

Guys, I am after the same thing as well but a WWE release. I restored it to version - RUU_Hero_HTC_WWE_2.73.405.66_WWE_test_signed_NoDri ver.exe and the phone has gone to 1.5. How do I get the phone to get Android 2.1 ?

Looked around in settings...there's nothing like this....Saw Security - > Firmware Download but no option of 'Check update' :S

I think, you can just select your language while setting up the phone. Don't know about any particular ROM.

you must flash ur firmware back orginal ROM. use this HONGKONG firm:

then connect with zune, and up to mango 7.5
then go setting chinese in your phone: Setting->Region+lanuage->Displaylanguage->中文(简体,繁体)

Hey everyone. i bought yesterday the YotaPhone 2.
Sadly it was coming as YD206 with Android 4.4.3. So OTA update wont work.
So i searched the Forums, but the FTP Servers from YotaPhone seem to be shut down....
at least i found the yota flasher, but he also cannot download any rom/firmware.
so i may ask if anyone has experience in updating from the 4.4.3 to a working 6 or 5? or at least if someone hast the files and would be able to upload them.

OK, so far solved. yota support was so nice to send me the hk rom and the flasher. now im running android 5. still android 6 step missing.

Friend, i tried to change my yd206 4.4.3 to RU5.0
now my yota is in your start screen "powered by android"
i can change to power+plus and power+minus screen
but i dont know what can i do to revive my yota

Did you look at other posts here ? Everything you need to know is here somewhere . The Russian ROM is there, once you flash that with yotaflasher, you can do an OTA.

I've discovered that in europe the Nubia z17 is called as Archos Diamond Omega.
I would like to know if someone can confirm me this, ad if the rom will be the same?

It should have an international rom pre-installed with google play etc.

I assume this is not the case.

These are the same devices if you have Z17S with 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM.

No need twrp. Just download global rom and install it, it works perfectly for me, i just did it.

Any version is compatible. 1.06 is more stable
Hello, I have a version "Cn_Common_2.10" I received it originally with my z17s, by geekbuying. Is it better that I stay on this version? Knowing that I think that it is impossible for me to have the update in ÔTA because in the settings I do not know how to open the option ... If it is better that I change can you give a link (the others are dead ) Thank you.

I tried the Z17S NX595J_Z69_EN_VNG0N_V105 (and V106) ones and they don't work, also tried the Z17 Mini one and it doesn't work as well, is there an individual one for Z17 Mini S that I cannot find? Don't really know what to do now, perhaps I need to install one of the mentioned ones differently (I used the recovery -> update package on my phone method and it doesn't show anything, the other method that you go to settings -> local update and choosing the file gives me an error at about 40% into the update, I figured that may be happening because of the wrong ROM that's not meant for the z17 mini S).

Now, my rom is v2.16 NX589J. I'm searching for international rom for that phone but cant find it.
I saw that rom was built after v2.16 released few days: www anzhuorom com/device/nubiaz17minis/7525.html#down
It modified something in original rom. So you can try this .

I bought Z17 mini S several months ago from China, but the ROM version I was given was NX589J_ENcommon_V1.01. I have no idea where to get it, Google gives 3 results only for that query.
All works fine except for notfications - email, communicators etc. - hardly ever I'm notified about new messages until I run the app manually.
On China Nubia site there are some ROMs to download but all are Chinese, so according to opinions from forum China ver - OTA but no GApps, global ver - GApps but no OTA.

I think that rom is ok but have chinese language, especially in setting ( T-setting, they added them to setting with some tweaks)
I will try that EN rom soon ^^

Some feedback would be great. I just installed v.2.16 in Chinese and it works ok (but it still has the problem with Google Play Store).
I'd like to know if the only English ROM we have seen so far deserves a try
