How to unbrick LeEco Le S3 x626? - LeEco Le S3 Questions & Answers

I was looking for a rom instead of EUI 5.9 and I ended up bricking my phone. It doesn't turn on, tried holding Vol+ and power botton but nothing, tried Vol- and power button but nothing. I connected the phone to the pc's usb port but the pc doesn't recognize it, it only shows a red light and kepts connecting and disconnecting over and over. Is there a real solution?

Thanks buddy! I'll give it a try :good:

Install aplikasi google lainya seperti YouTube dkk.

Same problem with me, but nothing worked
i read a lot of Topics about unbrick my x626. I followed the instructions exactly, so the download has finished with succes. But the phone suddenly restarted, and brang up a screen similar to recovery (chinase language, mirrored screen), so I wasn't able to write memory. And after a few seconds, it restarted, so it started to inf loop (i was not able to turn it off). I could enter to the bootloader by Vol down + power button, so I tried to flash the whole ROM manually. After it, i rebooted by fastboot reboot, but the phone became hard brick again. But now, the SP flash tool does not do anything, I only cat get error messages when I unplug during the process:
0x7D5
or when I "restart" the phone by pressing vol down + power button:
BROM ERROR: STATUS_BROM_CMD_SEND_DA_FAIL (0x0006003)
Is there any ideas for solution? Which driver should I use: DA VCOM or MTK USB?
Thanks.

Is my Umi Super bricked? Can I solve?

Hello guys, I don't visit so often the posts, anyway I would say thank you in advance to help me. I tried to install TWRP on my Umi Super, but during I was flashing it with SP Flash Tool the USB cable was unfortunately disconnected. Now my Umi Super cannot switch on, if I connect to Power charger nothing happens, If i connect to the PC I can ear the plug sound but the device is not detected. Some idea to solve this issue? thanks. Antonio.
Solved
After 20 days the battery was completely discharged. I trieed one more time to connect the UMI Super to the PC wiht SP_FlashTool and "something" happen so red bar below appeared and the phone restart to recharge the battery, than I waited to charge till about 50%, so I disconnected and the phone was able to switching on !
Nothing was loose any data I found in my phone. Anyway after I installed TWRP and so the firmware upgrade in .zip version. I hope will be usefull for some people.

I remember when i owned a mediatek device when it bricked you could resurrect it by flashing a rom whit sp flash tool, the hard part would be finding a rom compatible with that tool

here try this rom https://forum.xda-developers.com/le...e-pro3-ai-x650-eui5-925s-install-rom-t3716920
unzip it and in the sp flash tool load that scatter file
Some times the pc/ program wont recognize the phone, just google the drivers and install it

You will need to download the original firmware and reflash with Odin, that will fix this error.
Edit: You can get it into download mode, just keep trying...

To enter 'Download Mode' and recover from the error:
Connect a USB cable to your Laptop/PC.
With power-off on the device, hold down BOTH 'Volume Up' and 'Volume Down'.
Connect the USB cable to the device, while holding down both volume keys, and press 'Power'.
If done correctly, the device will boot to 'Download Mode'.

How to exit EDL mode on Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus?

I flashed stock ROM to my Lenovo TB8704F recently, but when I rebooted, I ended up in EDL mode. I've searched online for solutions but they all appear to be for other manufacturers and don't work on my tablet. How do I exit EDL mode on my Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus? All the usual hold power button stuff like that don't work.

Just a guess...but if you're stuck in EDL mode, it should be as easy as using Lenovo's LMSA tool to rescue the tablet. Connect your tablet to the PC when LMSA prompts you to. Don't worry about pressing the Volume Up button, because you're already in EDL mode.
This will flash the stock ROM and wipe your data. At the end of the process, it automatically reboots into Android setup.
If that doesn't work, then confirm you're actually in EDL mode. Connect the tablet to a Windows PC and confirm in Device Manager that it shows as a "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008" port device.
The only other trick I know of is that some users have reported that EDL mode's ability to connect to a PC times out after a short period. So reboot your device (if you can) before connecting it to LMSA.

That doesn't sound good. I assume you're using the "powered off" rescue mode in LMSA, and entering the correct Hardware Code for your tablet.
After you connect the tablet to LMSA, does the progress bar move at all? If it does, at what point does it fail?
Did you get any further with QComDLoader and/or QFIL ? Did they give you more descriptive error messages?
Can you confirm the port name for your powered-on tablet in Windows Device Manager? It's usually either "9008" (EDL) or "900E" (diagnostics).

I wonder if it it's a USB-driver problem.
You could try to uninstall & delete the 9008 driver from Device Manager (when you tablet is connected to PC). Then uninstall LMSA and reboot. Reinstall LMSA and see how you go. You should end up with the 9008 EDL driver from Lenovo. That should be compatible with LMSA.

I just tested something: I tried flashing it without the tablet plugged in. Surprisingly, it did exactly the same as I said it had done in my reply, it was at 67% then went to 100% and failed. Therefore, I am beginning to think that LSMA does not recognise the device. I have tried doing what you recommend, but still the same.

If there's a lengthy pause between 67% and 100%, then that's typical behaviour when your connected tablet is not in receptive EDL mode.
Double check that the 9008 driver is the one provided by Lenovo dated 21/10/2014 v.20.0.9.6. You can check in the driver's properties in Device Manager.
Remember to power the tablet off and back on just before connecting it to the PC when LMSA is sitting at 67%. Many users report that if a device is in EDL mode too long, then it won't connect to the PC. The solution is to reboot the device and re-start EDL mode. Sometimes that involves disconnecting & reconnecting the battery - let's hope you don't have to do that.
Try a different USB cable. Not all cables are fully wired.
@AlaskaLinuxUser had some luck trying older versions of QFIL. You could get lucky and find one that works for you.
Otherwise, you might be forced to send the tablet to Lenovo for repair. Something obviously went horribly wrong when you flashed that ROM to your tablet. I wouldn't flash that ROM again.
