You will need to download the original firmware and reflash with Odin, that will fix this error.
Edit: You can get it into download mode, just keep trying...

To enter 'Download Mode' and recover from the error:
Connect a USB cable to your Laptop/PC.
With power-off on the device, hold down BOTH 'Volume Up' and 'Volume Down'.
Connect the USB cable to the device, while holding down both volume keys, and press 'Power'.
If done correctly, the device will boot to 'Download Mode'.

Hi. Thank you for replying but it doesn't help. Every time i get same screen.
Believe me i did correctly.

Mine did that once to me, try following the instructions and be persistant...

I am soo stupid. I brocked my tablet after unsuccessful attempts. Last week I bought new same tablet and happened again same situation after update magisk menager.
I tried your method and it works. I love you so much. You saved me.
Last time didn't work because laptop usb port was defective. I brocked 450€ tablet.

Bro its literally easy

I have flashed tweaked rom on my SM-T820. It worked for a good 6 months and then this error has started to happen. Can reboot once or twice then the security error happens. I then need to reflash original firmware and then twrp, tweaked and repeat. Is there a way to stop this happening?

Please use English on XDA, per Article 4 of the Forum Rules.
Booting into download mode will not wipe data.

thanks

I have the same problem after trying to flash TWRP on a sm-t295 - tab A.
It seems I need to flash the original firmware - T295XXU4CUF7.
Do you know where can I get it? UK variant.

[Q] Bootloop on my sgh-i337m with rom stock (Telcel)

Hello to all the community ..
I'm desperate with my cell phone, I have a galaxy s4 (sgh-I337m) and stopped working today ..
I had the cell phone connected to the charger, when the battery finished charging disconnect the cable and cell phone was shut down automatically.
Try to turn on the phone again, but I get into a bootloop, samsuns logo appears and restarts again .. :crying:
I searched a lot about the problem, all posts recommend entering the recovery and make the respective wipes, but in my case I can not do that, the phone does not go into recovery mode.
The download mode works perfectly.
With odin flashie the last official firmware for my cell phone, the installation is correct and odin did not mark any error, but the phone still with the same problem again and can not enter the recovery mode, but can enter download mode .. .
Also try installing a custom recovery, but again can not go into recovery mode.
Any solution for this?
PD: Sorry for my English ..
Well I'm not sure if you've tried these yet but I'll give it a shot. If you're on 4.2 / 4.2.2 I would look at this thread. If you're on 4.3 I'd look at this thread. It should resolve your bootloop / brick issues from occuring in the future if it ever happens again. Hope this helped you out somewhat.

It does seem like you've tried everything. However, try this: unplug your phone and try to enter recovery mode by pressing the power button and volume up button simultaneously until you see "Booting recovery..." in blue at the top left when the screen turns on. Once you see that, release the buttons IMMEDIATELY. Sometimes the phone reboots in normal mode if you try to boot into recovery mode with the phone plugged in.
Thanks for responding.
My cell phone can not enter the recovery.
Booting recovery appears blue, but the phone rebooted again.
What else can I try to fix the error?
Please i need help..
I don't know what else can do

I also have gs4 I337m. important to note that flashing a custom recovery will trip knox, and void the warranty. when you bootbinto download mode, look for knox lines. good is 0x0, warranty void is 0x1.
download jellybean 4.3 from Samsung-updates.com. be sure to use the region code for your carrier.
perform a factory wipe before starting via stock recovery. use odin and make sure to copy any .ini files included in the stock firmware to your odin folder before flashing. this is important step, if.ini file exists. overwrite if you have another ini file from a previous package already in odin.
use pda button to browse to extracted package. img file and be sure to tick *only* auto reboot and f reset flags.
flash. once successful, boot back into stock recovery and perform another factory reset. this is important to clear any left over munged up sys and usr data.
if all of this still fails, use kies3 and the emergency recovery option. wizard based and will also flash back to factory if odin isnt writing. make sure you have the latest samsung drivers before starting, and make sure you use another usb cable other than the one you've been bad flashing with. use another computer if possible, or at least another usb port to rule out bad cable/usb port.
barring all of that, you can use an unbrick package. i have the files to load via adt if needed. i just ran the script to produce the unbrick files, script isnt mine, from another xda dev.
of you arent comfortable using adt, then find your local best buy, they will repair for free most cases, small nominal fee for tripped knox flags or other carriers.
message me for the unbrick files if you need them. via pm. i wont dump them here.

oh, and remove kies when flashing with odin. i would uninstall entirely, and also remove the usb drivers, and install latest from Samsung/attaching phone after uninstall from device manager. if u have questions, just ask. kies will interfere with odin, its happened to me.

[Q] [SM-G5030H] brickado by TWRP

Hello, I have a [sm-g530h] and went install TWRP the [i9082] (I think it was that) it happened that the phone will not turn over, flashes and vibrates, does not turn on rocovery mode.
Help me, I do not know what else to do, already tried using the ADB, however I can not connect the USB cable, the phone is blinking and vibrating when I connect the USB or try to connect.
reflash the full firmware, and never install a fil from other device, will brick your phone install files for your rescpective device ( all grand prime variants ) http://forum.xda-developers.com/grand-prime/development/share-galaxy-grand-prime-sm-g530h-f0-t3057571
Why did you flash a custom recovery for other device? never do that again. Try reflashing a stock firmware for your region thru odin.

Does not work either recovery mode or download mode, then the Odin does not work exactly why. By giving the command "ADB devices" returns me (error: device not found).
I will test the Usb Download Mode Jig Fix Samsung, hope it works.

Try the famous USB jig for unbricking the device. If that doesnt work, then JTAG is the only option.

Tried installing custom recovery didn't work out like I had hoped now im stuck with a phone that isn't detected by odin or kies but by MiFlash
Please tell me there is something I can do to fix it or get it to some sort of working order..? Is there a jtag tool or usb jig I can use?

What have you done to reach that state? I know that you're desperate but you must give some details if you want help.
It was given to me with 5.1.1 installed however it failed mid process and while on 5.1.1 it kept freezing and acting weird such as boot with weird errors and they only appeared after it was updated, I decided to root it with odin and it never fully rebooted after the was root applied. I finally got it to boot to stock and rooted and decided to install a custom recovery which was twrp while selecting the recovery it said if its a wrong location it will brick, with this in mind I checked the model with the one on their site and it seemed to make sense and applied it.
This caused the original problem which made it boot straight to download mode with it saying it could not normal boot. I then googled the problem and one said the pit was corrupted and downloaded the correct file. I then applied this through odin with stock firmware and it refuse to flash. At the time I was thinking a restart on the device would help, but it resulted in not booting at all and not being detected....
It does not light up or make a vibration when its connected or powered on if there is any solution it would be great...
Can anyone help or point in the right direction?

Can you tell us if you can get on recovery screen, either TRWP or stock, or download mode.
You could try installing these drivers:

Reboot just in case and try to connect your device again.
(In download mode, with the key combination)

[HELP] LG Spirit H440N cannot access to Download mode

Hi everyone, i have a big problem. Today i was trying to help a firend of mine by unlocking his bootloader on this phone but i got a strange message when i was trying to boot in Download mode. The message was:
"fastboot init( )
loading keystore failed status 5 usb init ept @ 0x8f20700
udc_start( )
fastboot: processing commands"
Basically it doesn't allowed me to enter in Download mode, so no reverting to v10f software, no pushing aboot, no twrp and no Marshmallow zip. Nothing at all, i could do nothing. In the following lines i will tell you what i did and tried:
1) Using different PC usb ports, no way to make it work
2) Using different cables, no way to make it work
3) Trying to boot in Download mode by removing battery and try without it, desperate, obviously no way to make it work
I spent two hours trying to find a way to make it work but i failed miserably...so i'm here hoping someone better than me can help me.
NOTES:
The phone was on original Lollipop firmware v10e (Italy) but rooted.
Basically i did nothing, just tried to put it in download mode (Vol - and plug usb in), tried also other ways but nothing showed up
When the phone is connected to pc (when it's on) it charges only, don't show the option to use mtp so... i think adb won't work
Hope it can help and hope you can help! XD

Hi, i tried vol + but the phone just boots... i will try again and let you know in the evening
When device is off hold Vol- and power key until LG logo appear, then release the keys and hold them again, its really hard to time it correctly, but if you do you will get a factory reset option, on that screen you navigate using Vol+ and - buttons and power button is ok

I have a similar problem with my LG Spirit. When it tries to boot, it shows an error message: Boot Verification Fail, DIFFERENT_HASH... After that it just restarts endlessly... I can't enter download mode, because the computer doesn't recognize it when I plug it in via usb cable... The only thing I can do is to get to the hard reset screen, but that is useless because it just restarts and shows the same error mentioned above... I'm out of ideas, the only thing that comes to my mind is to try and see if Ubuntu recognizes it, but then again, there's no LG Flash Tool made for Linux, or is there?
Sorry for mistakes, english is not my native language.

Hey mate ! Keep calm nothing's serious. I have been already there and all what I did is reflashing a new ROM using "OST LA" !
So basically you have to go through the same steps of rooting it but of course without applying the ADB commands.
- Open OST LA
- Put your phone in download mode
- Browse the ROM you have already downloaded
- Click "Edit information" and wait until the error appears.
- Skip the error and click "Next" then install the ROM.
- Wait until the process is done.
Note : You need to get your computer connected to INTERNET while flashing it because there is some sort of information which need to get downloaded by the OST LA tool.
** Next time do not flash a security patch if your Nokia 5 is rooted
