Case with front sound redirection? - Samsung Galaxy Tab E Questions & Answers

Hi, I saw a case by Poetic for the Tab A that redirects sound from the back to the front, however I am not able to find such case for the Tab E. Anyone know where to find one?

The Poetic case does not redirect sound to the front based on my research and I ended up buying the Bobj which is great.

Looking for Vertical Sleeve

Does anyone currently use a sleeve for their Touch Pro? I am actually using my friend's G1 sleeve for my Touch Pro and it works fine but I am looking for an alternative. I have seen the OEM Touch Pro leather case, but I don't like its look for the bottom of the sleeve. Anyone know of any good sleeves?

I'm using the one for Nokia N95... You have more options that way.
Do you have a link for the case you use? I have seen some for N95 but they aren't exactly what I'm looking for.
I use an Ipod sock. fits great, keeps it from getting scratched and cleans it everytime u pull it out lol. search ebay for ipod sock there all over the place on there.
I use the bag from my Oakley sunglasses.
Thanks, I'm aware of the sock type cases. I'm looking for something like a leather vertical sleeve case with nice lining inside.
Try PDair's Vertical Leather Case. It's made specifically for the Touch Pro and comes with or without a belt clip:

I have one right now and it's simple but classy-looking. Price is reasonable too

Annoying dock issue with leather case

I just bought a new case for my x from verizon. It has a magnet in the flap. Every time i put it in the case it will enter multimedia mode thinking it was inserted into a dock. Is there any way to disable this mode or function. I am rooted, but cannot find anywhere that has this same issue.
i had the same problem with the magnet in the flap. there is an app called nodock in the market but i didnt care for it so i bought this off ebay BELT CLIP DROID X NYLON CELL CASE POUCH HEAVY DUTY i cant post the link but if you search for this you should be able to find it. it uses velcro to close i also bought this Motorola Droid X Case High Gloss Black TPU Gel Cover and it fits the phone great and it all fits in the case fine.
I have the same case. What I did was to insert the phone with the screen facing out. That places the magnet sensor in a different place and it should not go into doc mode. Hope this helps.

Compatible cases?

Do any of you know of a phone out there of the same height/width with a similar curvature? I'm interested in a normal case that would cover up the LED panel, making it an E-Ink phone only.
It would need a couple modifications, like a hole for the speaker and buttons, but that's easy enough to do.
you mean something like flipcover for led display ?

A flipcover would be ideal. I didn't find anything like that after searching, so I'm thinking more like a normal case that happens to cover the led display. I could then take off the case when I needed the display for whatever reason.
Might help
How about buying a screen protector for the back and spray painting the outside black, then putting another on top of that?
You can buy them on Aliexpress for $1.50 for 5.
I assume you searched for phones with a 4.7" screen. www.phonebunch.com/phone-filter/dis...oPb83xkZtPG0KITrw&sig2=x2AkDXXf_PpXrErP-7AKiw
Maybe I can help with this. My previous phone case (Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos I9082, flip case with silicone) worked quite well with YP2 with silicone case (not without). I can even plug my earphone through the hole because they aligned quite well. The other case I tried was Google Pixel. It's a bit tight horizontally if I put the YP2 with the silicone case, but it also worked quite well but not the earphone hole.
Not sure if you don't count the added thickness of the silicone case though.
In the other hand, in Aliexpress/ Banggood/etc. I've seen a few flip cover advertised for YP2, but not sure about them in real life as the pictures in the ads don't show any YP2.

YT-X703F Lenovo yoga tab 3 plus screen protector and case?? Where or how to search

Hey, i am about to buy myself this tablet, the lenovo yoga tab 3 plus LTE
and while i wait for it to arrive i wanna buy screen protector and cases from ebay, but if i spesific search for YT-X703F there is almost no options so are there any screen differense or layout in lenovo yoga pro and so on?
This will be my first lenovo so i dont know the differrence if anyone is different but is someone could help me out by say the search term i need to use to get the proper glass protector and case i will be very happy..
Im sure there are common search terms for this as well, but as told i am not very familiar With lenovo.
Also, im getting this as a replacement for my Nvidia Shield, im not mush of a gamer but im a total media whore and i like to watch Things in 4K and i also fly some drones that film in 4K so this will be why i spesific og for this tablet of course also since its Budget friendly when compared to other brands..
many thanks!
I just searched Yoga Tab 3 Plus on eBay and other sites and it comes up with plenty of results. I ordered a tempered glass protector and a rubber case. There seems to be two types of cases, the standard book style with a cutout on the back for the kickstand, and a non-flip rubber style case.
I bought some different cases but im not comfortable with any due to the metal stand makes all cases unuseful and flimsy. Just had a leather pouch i stick it in when I'm done.
The screen protector i bought that was made from glass. Very good.
Which cases did you get? Can you take some pics or links to the ones you got?
That might help some of us know which cases to avoid
Thank you
Just avoid them all. Buy a pouch or something. Due to the metal flip all cases will feel flimsy with that extra screen protector that flips over. And its unbearable to use the tablet with that extra dangling around in the back making it very uncomfortable to use.
Yeah that's what I suspected, its a shame. There is this third style I was looking at as well - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0197QBAEM/
It's the Moko case, but no cutout, more like a traditional case. Instead the kickstand rests on the inside of the case.
Have something like this also. You're gonna get irritated of the leather covering the edges of the screen.
Its a no go.
Have also one with plastic edges that it snaps into but that also is not good to use.
Posting picture of my pouch soon
Get something like this. Its so much more convenient.
Hello,
I've been searching endlessly where to buy the Lenovo X703F LTE
Pls where did you get yours?
Bought mine at a electronic shop in Norway. Elkjop.no i payed about 3400 NOK
Hi, I know this thread is a little old (and yet still top thread in this subforum!) so I thought I would update this. I just bought a Yoga Tab 3 Plus and have still to find a case that stays always on the tablet.
In the meantime I am using the Mosiso iPad Pro 10.5 Case Sleeve (I bought mine on Amazon Canada - https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B074N3SDPD/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1) which fits the tablet perfectly and feels quite secure. I try and just hold onto the thing when it is out of the case, though I am sure I will drop it eventually.
I am using one of the cheapest 9H screen protectors I could find on eBay (http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Premium-9H-T...var=660813795911&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649) and it fits perfectly! Like a good planner, I bought two - and immediately ruined the first one. The second one turned out much better.
Do not buy the Moko flip case, it sucks.
Hi, I'm still looking for a tpu/silicon back case for my tab 3 8 plus (aka Lenovo P8). But it seems really hard to find something useful...

Cases with speaker redirect outlets?

Has anyone found any other cases that redirect the bottom firing speakers to the front of the device like the Schnail Savior cases do?

I got a case that does it, it is a lunatik taktik, inner silicon, metallic front and back, it is really heavy, and adds 1 cm to the 4 edges, so, it is only good for people not minding the added bulk

Great! I'd love to see it
Can you provide a link for the case?
EDIT:
I just Google'd it. Funny enough, I bought a rebranded version of that same case for my girlfriend and myself, 2 years back when we had note 8 and s8+
It's a nice heavy duty case, but over time, the rubber on the back starts to expand and bubble due to the heat the phone puts out. Hopefully it doesn't do that to you and your phone

Thr inner part is made of silicon, which I doubt will be affected by heat, maybe the one you talk about was made of another material? Anyway, I will keep an eye for those bubbles you mention, thanks
I was able to find another case that redirects the bottom speakers to the front:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VYH3HBK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_QmcMFbVQJ0K9F
Unfortunately, this is out of stock.
If anyone has found another case with this feature, I would really appreciate it if you could link us to one that you have bought

Here you go. It's Spigen, I don't personally have this case so I don't know the sound quality you'll get coming out of it

Funnily enough that lunatik taktik looks exactly like what I have on my phone except it's by a company called LoveMei. I think it cost around £15 and the cameras are covered on the back. The only downside is that on days when I go out for walks and it's raining the camera cover tends to fog up. There is another brand similar that has an open camera setup where the camera module is exposed.
