Bloatware removal script

So I used the bloatware removal script from the minimal gapps page. About to dirty flash the latest blisspop nightly. Will running the script again without doing a clean flash screw things up? Happy knowing that the previously cleaned apps will return with the flash.

Oxygen OS 2.0.2 - Full ROM?

Does anyone have the link to the full ROM that includes this update please? I'm on TWRP and so cannot flash OTA (I also don't have access to a computer at the moment to flash stock recovery)
Thanks,
You can also reflash full 2.0.1 rom then immediately flash the 8MB OTA file. This works.
Then if you use Xposed, boot, go to recovery again and you can reflash Xposed (then clean dalvik/cache again is recommended I suppose).
Everything OK following these steps for me (stable official Xposed for LL 5.1 realeased today ).

Here's a stock ROM thread over on the OP forums, seems to be the one to keep an eye on

Unable to install stock apps

On a rooted Moto G5 plus running 5.8.4 RR. How do I flash my stock Moto Apps?
With this (Magisk Module) you can install vendor apps from PlayStore or Manually, but some apps dont launch properly

Be aware, most of them won't work anyway even if you install them, especially Moto Display and Gestures, as the framework in the stock ROM is proprietary and not implemented in custom ROMs.
Also, custom ROMs already have active display and gestures built-in. Which stock apps are you trying to install?

Update firmware and vendor

Hi,
I'm going to use pixel experience rom.
I know that i should update firmware (and maybe vendor) manually.
If i download the stock zip from here: https://en.miui.com/download-360.html#582
and i install it with twrp, it will update the firmware and vendor?
I know the rom will not start because of twrp, but i just install it then install the costum rom back.
I don't want to use firmware update zips, i know it is exist and maybe more painless, but it don't have vendor and modem and so on.
This method will work for me to install stock zip then install costum rom again?
Hi there, user OragngeFox, there is an stable version now, will give u more options and stuff, and yes you gotta download full rom ZIP and flash it prior flashing any custom rom, also remember to flash Vbmeta.img, after flashing full rom and before flash new custom rom

Up to date guide for installing the stock rom on moto x play?

I installed LineageOS 17 on my moto x play xt1562, but i want to return to my stock rom, because i had better battery life with it. I downloaded the stock rom from here: https://github.com/motoxplay/stock but i can't find up to date guide how to install it. I am wondering if i can install the stock rom as i installed the LineageOS rom: i booted the phone in the lineage custom recovery mode and sideloaded the LineageOS image with this command: `adb sideload xxxxxxxxxx.zip`. Can i do the same with the stock image?
Old thread but i reply. You need to flash every file manually in fastboot to install stock rom on Motorola X Play
