How to record hand-held 4k videos? - LeEco Le Pro3 Questions & Answers

My main problem with the camera are hand-held 4k videos that would require some shake reduction.
I understand that the latest US ROM may have better shake reduction: Camera
Camera image processing algorithm enhancement, like anti-shaking, HDR etc.
How do you record hand-held 4k videos? Do you use a third-party camera app with shake reduction?
Thanks.

The stock camera app seems to work and handle shake reduction pretty well.

OIS: Software or Hardware?

It is nice to see OIS on the Note. I assumed it was hardware, but I noticed the option for stabilization becomes disabled when shooting 4K video. This led me to believe it's software and performing stabilization via software for 4K would be too much for the phone. If hardware, why is stabilization turned off for 4k?
Pretty sure it's hardware since that's how it works for Canon (IS) and Nikon (VR) lenses.
Pentax has it as part of their camera bodies instead of their lenses, but it's still a hardware feature.
And it could be that they allow OIS to be deactivated during 4K video since if the phone is placed on a tripod, the OIS can get in the way, but I'm not sure tbh.

Oneplus 2 recording low FPS in low and artificial light conditions Oxygen 2.1.1

I have reverted back to stock OS since I prefer how the camera pictures result there. However, I have noticed that the video recording in the stock camera has a disappointing low FPS in lowlight and artificial light when recording. But when I use other camera apps such as google camera or cameranext, the fps recording is decent but the exposure is very low, and the video output has a narrow field of view.
Is there a fix for this problem for the stock OS? Or is this a software problem in Oneplus' end?

4K - UHD - Stock Camera Cropping

Just made an interesting discovery regarding the Mi Max stock camera and 4K. I was running some tests on the stock camera vs 3rd party to check output quality, HDR speed, etc. when I noticed the stock MIUI camera app severely crops the sensor area when shooting 4K(UHD). I often use Cinema FV5 to get little more control over video when shooting on Android and found that although the MIUI camera app crops the sensor when switching to 4K vs 1080p, CFV5 does not. Nor does the Google camera app when set to 4K, you still get the same wide FOV as 1080p.
I haven't seen anything written about this so far so just wanted to flag this up as a decent workaround.

Weird sound while recording video

Hi! I've been using my S7E since March 2017. Recently, it has started doing noises while recording in 4k and other resolutions. It's like a fly noise, like if some mechanism into the camera was moving to focus. The thing is if I turn video stabilization ON the noise dissappears (I suspect it's the OIS, but on 4k and QHD video stabilization is not available, only in 1080p and lower). The phone also makes noise if I shake it (that doesn't bother me because apparently that's pretty common), even when the camera app is recording, it only stops if I activate video stabilization. It wouldn't be a trouble if it only was like this, because the noise isn't too loud. The trouble is that the phone mics capture that sound pretty loud and ruins audio in videos. I use zero camera mod, if you need it I can upload an audio clip with the sound.
Edit: I've just tried with my father's S7 standard, it does the click when shaked, but it does not make noise while recording
Edit2: I've just checked and it doesn't happen with QHD 30 fps, but it still happens with UHD, if I move the phone while recording on QHD there's no noise, but if I do it even just a bit in UHD the sound is there, is like if the Optical Image Stabilizer was trying to do it's job and it couldn't

S10 plus HDR10+

i am facing issue with hdr10+ recording with rear camera.
i selected hdr10+ option in camera settings with low resolution but when i tried to make video with hdr10+ with rear camera there is no written hdr on on the s10 camera screen while when i make video with front cam it says HDR ON
on the camera screen.
can anybody help me how can i make hdr10+ video with rear camera?
I dont think HDR+ can be recorded in low res. I think it has to be the 4k or at least 1080p
