Same here. I also want too install root with fatboot all in command window go fine I still dont have root or twrp only BS.
I never had this problem and i dont know a fix. But you can try to reinstall the TWRP or flash that 4 images from a stock rom and try all that things again.

I tried to root huawei p8 lite ALE-L04 Lollipop 5.1 . The bootloader has been unlocked successfully. I followed these :

But I cannot get into recovery mode., either by ADB command or volumn + power. Whenever I tried it, I get into the fastboot screen. I did flash the TWRP, but I cannot get into recovery , so I cannot flash supersu zip. Please help me.
If I downgrade to kitkat, do I need to unlock the bootloader again?
yes, if u go back to kk you need to unlock it again
type adb reboot recovery, it should reboot into twrp
I tried adb reboot recovery, it still goes to fadtboot screen (saying connect usb, and connect to PC with hisuite). If I unlock bootloader after downgrade to kk, is it the same unlock code that I used before ? Thanks

Thanks, that screen touches were very erratic, but enough persistence enabled me to flash Super SU and achieve root.

touching screen doesn't respond at all... anyway, I'm able to adb shell as root, and therfore gain full filesystem access...
Strange. I flashed the same twrp.img, installed Supersu.zip from the internal storage, and rooted the phone. The twrp touch screen is responsive for me. So I am keeping this twrp recovery instead of re-installing the stock recovery.
The only thing I have to get used to is the keys to boot into twrp recovery are "vol up" and power buttons.
ALE-L04 Android 5.1, twrp-p8lite-5.1, UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46

I installed twrp and some how i erased my os and there was no os, when i going to recover the twrp was also deleted....now i can not think what to do.....pls help

hi, i rooted my p8 lite, and after that, everytime it reboots, the huawei logo stays for few seconds and dissappears, ive tried to flash with fastboot but it didnt sork(
You just ruined your mobile just like me... huawei gies told me, that better buy a new than replacing the board.. because i have to replace the motherboard ... if you get any other waya to correct it pls let me also know .

Bruh! Just do this.
Open TWRP and Make sure you have 3.1.1.0 version.
Download any firmware for your phone and flash it with TWRP and done! Is that hard? P.s 3.1.1.0 TWRP can flash update.app file but it needs to be in zip file

I think still no one have the custom recoveries for the y3ii. I got the same phone anyway.

I just flashed a TWRP .img to my Huawei Y3II (LUA-L02) but it only made my phone enter a boot loop.
I don't know how to fix it...
I'm guessing I'd need to go back to the 'stock recovery' but I don't know where to get the original .img file.
PLEASE HELP!!

Please Flash Stock Rom using SPFlashTools u can Find Stock Rom for Huawei y3-ii on boss rooms or search on Google. Well kinda hard to find the real 1. I have the same problems with u but I don't want make another problem so I go to the service center for Huawei, in my town.

Wow thank you so much for sharing that TWRP. I did manage to get a recovery going and the phone now does not reboot over and over. But it still does not start, just stops at Huawei image. I think I may need the stock firmware, but it is difficult to find for LUA-L02.
As title says, I cant boot into TWRP, tried to flashed it many times, also cant boot into force EMUI update, or I just don't know how... Please help, what to do now? Revolutionary recovery does work, but it's made for Android 7.0, so when I try to flash something, it says that catn mount /data...
Apprerently I can boot intro EMUI update from sd card, but everytime I try to install app pack, it says "Software install failed", please help, maybe there is any rom for my phone, that can be installed on it, I mean app pack?

Yes, I can access everything, except android by it's self and TWRP, tried to flash it 10x times
All I really need is TWRP, from there I already have setted CM13 zip, please help, only revolutionary works, but its made for andorid 7.0 so zip doesn't work

I tried to install it via fastboot, but it wont work, can you find link for me please, I was trying to boot TWRP from I think, melicous or something, who has CM13 on his site... Please for link and instructions, or just XDA toolkit link with instructions

i install the new OTA Update on the McLaren Version. After i install the twrp again and boot the Phone. Then i install Magisk. Now the phone start after few seconds come McLaren Screen but then the phone shot down, bootloader and start a menue whit "Reboot to fastboot" and "Reboot to recovery". What can i do to can use a rooting Phone again?

I suggest getting the 9.10 boot image and flash it.
I also suggest the full 9.10 OTA and flashing that to both slots.
Where can i find a 9.10 boot image? I don`t have a Verizon. Thank you for help again.

in TWRP i can´t read the internal storage. So i flash it from a USB OTG. But same. Don`t work.

Nobody have Idea how can i use my Phone again?
Now i find a solution. i stoped after flash the twrp…….zip file (https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-6t/how-to/guide-oneplus-6t-rooted-t3860830) and reboot the Phone. Now work again whit open bootloader but whitout root. Root i will try next Time again.
