Samsung Galaxy J1 running app Retroarch - Samsung Galaxy J1 Questions & Answers

Will anyone with a Galaxy J1 (SM-J100VPP) try RetroArch in the Play Store?
I install it, open it and as soon as it starts, it tries to update itself from buildbot.libretro.com and fails. Also, when I try to use anything in the "Online Updater", which is also directed towards buildbot.libretro.com, it fails.
I bought this phone a week ago. My other 10$ ZTE runs it fine.
The people at libretro seemed to be stumped on this one.

[Q] [SYNC Problem] Google Account Problem.

Hello, Im new to android world, coming from iOS since 2010
Since this morning I'm having troubles with my google account on my AT&T Galaxy S4 (i337).
It all started after I was looking for apps to download on the play store, suddenly play store started having connectivity issues so I couldnt download anything, I decided to leave it alone for like 7 hours. Now I noticied that my gmail wasn't working either!
I deleted my account to add it again but I keep getting the same error trying to log in [ Please See Attached Screenshot ].
I am running on Stock 4.4.2
Please let me know If I need to give any additional information?
*My brother is also having the same problem with his phone, AT&T Galaxy S4 Active (i537) Since like over a month ago but with no luck.

Where can I get Phone Screen Sharing app?

Hello.
I'm using the Note 3 model name SM-N900. The Russia Rom N900XXUEBOA6 is running on my phone. It is stock rom from Sammobile.
The problem is that my phone does not have any phone screen sharing app. Some said it is basically installed in the rom, but mine does not have it.
So some other people said me to install at the Galaxy app store (which is same as Samsung apps), BUT THERE WAS NO PHONE SCREEN SHARING APP.
For this reason I guess, I cannot run Sidesync with my laptop. My laptop is the brand new ATIV BOOK 9. There must not be any problem on it.
Could you guys give me any suggestions to resolve this problem? By the way, I live in NY, USA.
Thank you.
@ysuk9127 you don't need any app for this. You have this option of screen mirroring in notification toggles just turn it on and it will show you compitable devices on the same wifi network if you have connected.

Samsung Pay

Hey,
I've bought Samsung S8 in Germany, O2 network. I was looking forward for Samsung Pay , but when I enter in the Google store or even Samsung store it says my country don't support the app. I have friends using Samsung Pay in another cellphones... I've downloaded an apk and installed Samsung Pay and it says "can't read the sim" and then can't connect to server... Anyone knows how to use Samsung Pay bypassing all these problems?
Thanks in advance

In germany? If so then it's probably to a specific bank, not all banks/cards are supported.

My bank support it because I have an Irish bank. But the thing is that I can't even open Samsung Pay on the cellphone... That's the problem, it came without it and after downloading the apk it doesn't connect to the server... Same with android pay, I download android pay( the apk because I can't from the play store - doesn't even appear after searching for it) then every time I want to open it it just force closes... =(. I was using my S7 using Samsung and android pay. =(
That's strange then, maybe Samsung disabled it on phones bought from o2 for some reason. Was your s7 also from o2 or was it unbranded? Samsung disables/enables features all the time based on what carrier the phone is on, in north America we sometimes loose the mobile data and hotspot toggles, the camera sound are disabled and even one carrier disables the device maintenance section in settings because they have their own preinstalled.
My s8 had Samsung pay preinstalled but I still can't update it from the play store or Samsung store because it's not showing up.

"Your device is not compatible" problems

I've noticed that I'm unable to update a couple of apps on the store. Play store says that my device isn't compatible with the current version, which seems ludicrous because it's an updated S7 edge that seems to be otherwise working fine. Emailing devs hasn't gotten me anywhere just yet, but the issue doesn't seem to be the phone alone, because I can't send updates from the web store (like on my desktop) either. It's as if the current version of these apps (PNC Virtual Wallet and a couple of games) really doesn't support the phone. Is that possible? No one would have retired support for the phone that quickly, would they?
