Lenovo K4 Note hangs and restarts after Marshmallow Update - Lenovo Vibe K4 Note Questions & Answers

I just updated to Marshmallow and suddenly some google apps stopped working and the phone restarts for no reason but after restart all open applications are still open. Can anyone please give any suggestion on how to solve this.

I am also facing same problem with Lenovo, When I went to Service Center they are saying it was physical damage we cannot solve your problem, But I found nothing. They are saying color goes on the steel panel it is equal to physical damage., I suggest please do not purchase Lenovo Mobiles further.

[Q] Samsung Note 2 stuck on strange screen. Pls Help.

Helo Forum,
You must have noticed I'm a new member. This forum came highly recommended by every site and every other forum I had visited in search of a solution to my uniquely strange problem. It amazing what wonderful job you guys are doing solving people's problems for free.
Phone status: Samsung Galaxy Note 2, upgraded to android 4.3, rooted but not yet flashed a custom rom, hard reset a couple of weeks ago.
Without warning, my note 2 started acting up. I picked it up after an hour of receiving a call only to notice that it was stuck on the samsung logo screen. Prior to that, I can confirm that I did not tamper with it in any way. I turned it off and on again, this time around, all I could see is a screen filled with strange tiny ash colored horizontal lines from top to bottom. It simply got stuck on this unresponsive screen and refused to boot any further. I turned it off and on several times and even pulled the battery several times but there was no change. When I connect it to a pc, it appears as "local disc Q" and when i try to open it, I get the error message "Access denied". I also tried a hard reset using the volume up + home + power on several times, not a single change was noticed. I've attached a picture of the strange phone screen.
If anyone has encountered a similar problem or if anyone has an idea of how this can be fixed, and kind enough to take me through the step by step process of fixing it, I will be super grateful!
Pls let me mention here that my IT skills are not very advanced, so please use simple terms. Let me also apologise if it turns out that a similar thread has been posted on this forum, I searched but couldnt find any with my kind of problem before I decided to post.
Here's my email: [email protected]
Thanks in advance.
It seems to be a hardware problem rather than a software one
Try taking it to the service centre and get your motherboard fixed

Can you boot in download mod? Its showing any image? Or only this? I mean if you can see samsung logo or bootanimation maybe the problem its software...
If you can enter download mode and you can see any image...in your place I will flash a new rom using ODIN.
Saludos! And please let us know how its goes.
Thanks guys for your prompt response.
@Cocolopes, I cant see anything but the unresponsive weird looking screen. Every effort to clear it up has failed so far. The phone has refused to respond to any command including volume up + home + power. Not even a sound. Like I said in my earlier post, it started with the appearance of the samsung logo which refused to go away, so I pulled the battery and then this weird screen appeared.
@jay5204.abd, yeah I also suspect it could be a hardware problem but I always choose to make the service center option a last resort. I prefer to share with wizards in the forums first, just in case someone had experienced a similar problem and solved it.

Yureka Display gone totally black... need expert help

Hello everyone,
I have brought my Yureka in very first sale through Amazon.in. Three days back, my Yureka screen gone black totally, while taking photos in a family function. After that I have restarted the phone several times, tried removing batteries also, tried all the methods, but the display wasn't come. Touch screen is working fine. Calls are receiving, phone is ringing and vibrating well, but no any display on the screen. I have also tried to go in recovery mode, but no any display coming on screen. Hardware keys are working fine.
Can anyone help me in resolving the issue, i have called the customer care also but they are unable to provide any suitable help till now. Facing problems a lot. Need expert advice.

Yureka Display Replacement Causing Randon Power off issue. Pls help me urgent.

Hi friends. I am facing an serious issue related to my Yu Yureka device. My display has broken a few days ag. & I have replaced entire kit & device fitted with combo. After this my Yureka goes on turning of automatically. I was roted my mobile & using MiUi 8 rom since long ago. Everything was going fine until this display combo replacement. Anyone please help me to solve this issue:

Tab4 8 Plus TB-8704, display shows cross hair instead of acting on the touch

I am losing the will with this Tablet.
Basically the touchscreen from time to time, stops reacting to my input and instead just shows me a little black cross hair where I am pressing the screen.
Once it starts I have to force reboot the tablet and then it can take between seconds, to half an hour to start acting up again.
Factory reset doesn't fix it.
I sent it back to Lenovo and I wasn't impressed, I got it back with the simple report saying software faulty and new software installed. They rolled it back to the previous version of Android that it immediately checked and requested an update, and back to the same issue.
Its still in warranty but they took 2 weeks to sort it last time, any ideas what I should try, I'm tempted to root it and install a custom rom to see if that sorts it, but then I guess bang goes my warranty
Any suggestions / ideas / seen this problem before ?
Thanks for any feedback given

Samsung A40 not responding after official update

Hey everyone,
Today my Samsung A40 was due a software update, so I downloaded the update and left it to install. However, since it has installed my phone is completely unresponsive. I have tried doing a soft and hard reset, and followed every Youtube video suggestions like tapping the phone screen and rubbing the back cover (?). But still nothing.
The phone looks like it's on - there's a very very faint light, but it remains black soon after the Samsung A40 logo goes, and when I try to call it from another phone it goes straight to voicemail.
This problem already happened once after a system update and a phone repair shop was able to fix it for 20$ but of course he did not tell me what was wrong and I cannot get a hold of him now.
Unfortunately the phone is outside of its warranty period so sending it back to Samsung isn't an option.
If anyone has any further suggestions I'd appreciate it
that's what i mean for reset, it is just a restart really.
