Upper left corner arrow Button - Galaxy Grand Prime Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

On my Samsung galaxy prime when I go to applications the upper left corner arrow button will not work. The only way out is to push the home button. How can I fix this?
Thank you for your advice.

Intermittent Button Mapping Problem

Button 1 is set at the default; "Messaging", but when I press it the application doesn't start right. The upper & lower bars change to show "email" & "X" at the top and "New" & "Menu" at the bottom but the main area of the screen still shows my today screen.
If I tap Start and then "Messaging" it works perfectly.
I tried resetting the button and I tried switching the buttons so the upper left button starts Internet Explorer and the upper right button starts Messaging but still the same.
As I said, it's an intermittent problem. Any ideas?

OK, figured it out!
Enter the Factory Screen by holding the TOP RIGHT Button and slide your finger across the top of the Nook from left to right. A button labeled "Factory" will appear in the top left of the screen.
Once in the Factory screen, hold down the TOP RIGHT Button and tap in the bottom right of the screen.
A new button will appear labeled "Skip Oobe". Tap that and you're done!

space bar & home button

I have a slight problem in that I have large fingers and when I type (Swiftkey 3) every now and then I hit the Home button instead of the space bar, Has anyone got any suggestions on how to move the Home button to the side?

Question mark on top corner?

I am using Buzz launcher on my N4. Starting from today, when I press home button or return to homescreen by pressing backspace, there is a white question mark on right top corner. Could someone tell me which app might cause this? I can see it simply by pressing home button. So wired.
Thanks!
