Shows 31st for me
It says Aug 31st right on the website.
When I reserve, it says 8/31, but when I first load the page it says 8/20.

It had me enter my zip, pick a store, etc. Then it told me I could pick it up 8/31 (and had to by 6pm).
I'm glad that it got pushed back a little, to be honest. It allows me to have more than enough funds a lot more easily
Ha, I was worried I was gonna have to pinch pennies for a few days, but this works out great!!
Better come out on the 20th not the 31st!

Speak for yourself I have to leave the country a day before for a week >.>...so I have to suffer for an entire week knowing it exists and I can't have it..can you not understand the pain?!?!? lol

EDIT: Nevermind, I just got the Sprint email and it says to look for their email tomorrow to reserve one.
Mine just has a sign up today page. Did you sign up first and maybe your sign up info qualified you? I am not currently a sprint customer and will be in VT when it comes out so need to buy in VT, which for those who don't know it is the middle of nowhere. Also I'm not a business user. Just asking, I want to be able to reserve one because VT is so remote I want to make sure I can get one.

At least it gives you a week to learn of any problems the phone has. I think that's a good thing. I'd love that luxury. Being a Verizon customer whose service ends on the 1st or 2nd of september i need this phone on day 1 period.

I'm in the same boat my friend. I must have checked my email every 10 mins since Friday. Other than the "we'll start delivering on Monday" email I've heard nothing.

going on what PCW said the other day 'they are receiving the Xoom's in stock on saturday' and 'DHL that are delivering only work Mon-Fri' - if they get the stock on Sat, one would assume they can't pass it to DHL till Monday (today), and they'll faff around with it till tomorrow at least!
I'd assume PCW/Dixons/Currys being the same company will operate in the same fashion... although perhaps using different deliverys depending on the area

You would think so, but then you got the manuals which will probably have to be reworded and so on and so forth, plus things like volume would have to be readjusted as the volume laws are different in both countries, so thhings like that would have to be sortedbefore shipping, dam eu laws, wish i just ordered one from the usa, did that when i got my exus one, dam i miss that phone

Are you telling me that's why I need to find a volume hack for every device I buy now? I thought that was because of manufacturers? Fecking EU!

Yep, the eu put a restriction on how loud a device can be, which is rather annoying
edit: on dixons and curry's it is in stock, as for pc world, its not available which is a lil worrying, unless they are just updating their site

I went after my lectures, there wasn't that many people there so the odds were pretty good. I was in the 3rd batch....and I won!! unfortunately they weren't handing them out there, they took my address and hopefully it should arrive monday.
Argh just seen this thread, wish I had seen it sooner would have gone! :'(

Right now the US carriers are taking preorder. You wont be able to get it the first the phone launchers.

Hope that helps! Seeing the phone in person, especially if you're on the fence about preordering, is definitely awesome. Photos and videos don't do the phone the same justice as feeling the phone firsthand.
