Hi all,
I from south America and I will travel to California from 21st to 29th April, I wish want to know if there any chance to get galaxy s4, I have read about released date but didn't confirmed still now.
If anyone could help, will be appreciated a lot:thumbup:

Right now the US carriers are taking preorder. You wont be able to get it the first the phone launchers.

I recently noticed an updated *unofficial* release date for the EVO on phonearena.com ...link here: http://www.phonearena.com/htmls/Sprint-carrier-c_2_3.html
This says April 16th. Can this be? Anyone know where they get their information? I have noticed in the past they generally only put release dates on that are somewhat reliable, or they will put 'unannounced' or something more general like 'summer'.
Any other sources point to an april release date? If so, i am dumping vzw and rejoining sprint!

Again, rumors are just that, RUMORS... And it's nearing April Fools, which is cruel to us tech geeks... But a lot of online places have started reporting May for a release date. Check out the link and google some more.

Nah i'll pass on getting it at a Sprint store. BestBuy as usual might have better prices out the door sans mail-in-rebate rubbish.

Working for Radioshack I feel I'm obligated to say this. We willl have it release day, at least 1 in store if it is a busy store. My sprint rep will be getting his demo soon and I was promised I could use it before release behind closed doors to the public. So if I manage to get my hands on it before release I will let you all know how cool it is!

I hate me 2 because the only way I will be able to get one is to buy it outright and put it on my employee plan...

September for USA is latest SE claim.

With all this excitement over in the U.K. and Europe about the HTC release, we Americans are patiently awaiting some kind of news of a release date here. To my knowledge, there has been no update from AT&T, T-Mobile or Sprint since the initial HTC unveiling last month.
With whom and where in the USA did you make your pre-order, find a fully working demo, find an announcement for a release date, or receive your first HTC One?
No release date for US version yet
There is no information for the US version but I am also waiting big time.
I had a preorder from Hantec.uk but now the release date has been pushed back to at least March 25 so I have until then to see if the US version will come out soon after. If it is close I will just cancel my order and get from the US so I can also get the ATT warranty on the phone.
they said we are first priority, but i dont believe that, i feel like they are going to wait until the gs4 is released so they can release it at the same time, they did the same **** with the vivid when the gs2 came out.
HTC would have been so better off if they could have sold it's flagship phone before the Galaxy S4 takes over the Ad's. Too bad for HTC

Yeah, sadly it doesn't look like we'll be getting the One on the 15th here
we are always in the blue when it comes to phones.. with all this talk about delays i regret selling my One X so fast thinking HTC would stick to their word and actually release globally at once

The only thing that really pisses me off about this is that it's going to make it a lot harder for us to do the Trade-In program here in the US

i think the cariers have a hand in this bc they want us to trade in with them instead of htc who would give us more for our device
T-Mobile reps keep saying 31st for release, 26th for preorder. As well as a friend who works at a local shop

I've never heard of at&t taking any phones back for a trade in. Sure you get a lower price signing up for a 2yr contract but not a trade in.
Also while HTC did have a hand in brokering the deal, they are not the ones running the program. Clover is.
I think the program dates will either be extended or we'll see something early next week for a release the week of the 24th. Probably the former unfortunately. Either way I'm not holding my breath though.
It just sucks that HTC has said that the USA is their largest target market, and we'll be getting it at the same time as the other countries, if not later it seems.

HTC has said in a few articles that the USA is it's biggest market. But now that it's not releasing on the 15th I'm speculating that we won't get the phone until everyone else.

Actually the dates I provided are correct. They are tentative but expected. I work for Samsung and those were the dates given. Again, anything can change.

Well I know the dates that were announced by the carriers in my area and they are as I stated. AT&T is first on October 1st, T-Mobile is on October 2nd, and Verizon is October 10th. You can feel free to look on any of the 3 mentioned carriers websites and the information will be an exact match to the dates I listed. Not trying to be a jerk here man, just trying to provide people with correct info.

Bloody Hell Verizon, you were first to announce and open up pre-orders are you taking the extra week to screw the bootloader to prevent us for enjoying the phone or do you ACTUALLY HAVE TO BE LAST EVERY TIME!

I'm not taking you rude. All I know is I am looking at a document that says Oct 4th for them and 10th for Verizon. That's all I know other than what the company has told me. As far as I know the dates are tentative.

are you fellas saying that someone can walk into an AT&T store on Oct. 1st and buy a GN3 and walk out with a new phone that same day??

I believe that says shipped....again I am not trying to start a war here. I believe what you said. All I can tell you is what I've seen and heard. I've even stated the dates are tentative. Whether it ships on the 1st or is in store on the 4th does it really matter? It's a few days difference? You'll soon have it. I am loving mine right now, preproduction and all. It is an amazing device.

He is stating that. I work for Samsung and I've heard the dates of the 4th for AT&T, Sprint and TMO. These are not set in stone dates, as that Carriers can make changes etc. I will be at an AT&T tomorrow and will see if they have a date on their internal side. That way both sides will be covered.
