[Q] update OTA by Odin Mobile Pro

Hello,
I'm on a Note 2 N7100 purchased on Amazon so free of any operator.
I root and everything works fine, I have downloaded OTA update update.zip but she does not want to install CWM 6.0.4.3 my recovery
So I bought Mobile Odin Pro version 4.00
I put the update.zip file recover OTA in my internal sdcard directory
Then I launch Odin and I chose OTA / Update.zip (777 MB) it finds it, then I start by Flash Firmware (start the firmware flash)
I have a message Checking Zip File, and Verifying partition hashes ... Verifying system files then .... 0% --- 0/1171
the progress bar stays like that for hours without moving
I do not know what to do.
I'm reboot and start over, it's always the same.
Is this you could please help me?
Thank you

If you are upgrading to 4.3 it will include the new bootloader and mobile odin can't flash bootloader. I think that is the problem. Either unroot and install the ota as normal or download the latest firmware from Sam mobile and flash with pc odin

ho yes, thank you. But I can flash with Odin Mobile Pro from a rom stock MK8 ?

If you are on 4.1.2 Afaik you can only flash 4.1.2 rom with mobile odin as it won't flash the bootloader for 4.3 rom, but I stand to be corrected

Thank you

[Q] 5.0 Update Failure

Hey guys, so I used SuperSU to unroot (which may not have been necessary) and then used Odin to flash back to a stock ROM of 4.4.4. I keep trying to download and install the Lollipop update OTA, and although the download is successful, when I install the update it boots and starts to upgrade before displaying "Error!" and the Android on its back with the front flap open - it then restarts and the system tells me that the update failed.
I could really use some help with this issue, as I've flashed back to stock several times and the update just continues to fail. I'll include the information from the About section of my device. I did verify that there is no root as well, so could it be that I have the wrong stock ROM flashed? Any help would be great. Thanks!

Same issue here.
I too have this problem; however, I was a fool and simply attempted to update without unrooting or flashing first -- though I was coming from a stock ROM.
Have you tried a full wipe / factory reset? I'm hoping that will fix this...
I was able to get the first update to install however the second one fails everytime. Any idea's?
Same issue here. First update went through no problem, second update downloads, starts to update and fails after 15 seconds or so, reboots and gives the update failed message with a 402 error.
I did try a factory reset and full wipe and still the same issue.
The previous update a few months ago (I can't remember when exactly) I had the same issue and a factory reset worked then to get the update through.
I had this problem when trying to update from NI2 to NK2, although my solution for that was flashing a rooted NK2 rom. For this one you can either a. reroot and flash a rooted version via Safestrap and then Odin the OA8 firmware or b. flash a full stock NK2 tar through Odin and then take the OTA from that. Both of these methods don't require factory wipe (I think) so you shouldn't lose any data.

Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo GT-I9060: Firmware flash post-errors

Dear Forum Members,
I have Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo GT-I9060. The phone previously had the following faults:
Unfortunately [google services, google playstore etc.,] has stopped working.
Slow startup or loads apps very slowly.
Then had the following firmware:
Android 4.2.2
Baseband: I9060XXVANA2
Kernel: 3.4.5-2504341
[email protected]#1
Wed Feb 5 22:07:08 KST 2014
Build number: JDQ39.I9060POANB4
To rectify the faults i flashed the phone with another firmware with the following description:
Android 4.2.2
Baseband: I9060XXUANJ3
Kernel: 3.4.5-2799650
[email protected]#1
Fri Nov 7 13:09:59 KST 2014
Build number: JDQ39.I9060XWVANK1
Now the phone has the following faults:
Frequent restarts especially when i try use the internet
Fails to reset the phone. If you luckily manage to reset it [Settings>Accounts>Backup and Reset even by disabling Backup my data and Automatic restore] still the same stuff appears. On android recovery trying to use Wipe data/Factory reset or Wipe cache partition has not helped me. There is the following message below the android robot: # MANUAL MODE # --Appling Multi-CSC... Applied the CSC-code : XEF Unable to open dst '/system/app/DesportoUnitel_android.apk' (No such file or directory)
Whatever apps i uninstall when i restart the phone the uninstalled apps returns as if i never uninstalled them.
Sometimes will restarts in the middle of uninstall process.
Can members please help me on this problem. Your help is highly appreciated.

Flash the stock firmware for your variant "N900L" then right after, boot to Recovery and apply "Data/Factory reset" then reboot to system.

I have done like what you said , but it stuck in Samsung note 3 logo and showing in top recovery boot.
I downloaded a recovery from the rom file
Now i can boot in recovery and perform factory reset ..
But still boot loop .
Posts make no sense .
<i bought sm-n900l and found that it converted to sm-n9005
Does that mean you flashed N9005 firmware and potentially bricked your phone ??
<I downloaded a recovery from the rom file
Very very confused as to what you mean by recovery from rom file and how you flashed it .
I would flash TWRP recovery through Odin and boot to recovery .
Then format data cache system .
Then boot to download mode and flash stock rom .
Its possible with all the multiple rom flashing you have the wrong bootloader .

Even that method i have tried, flash TWRP
and format all data ..then flash stock rom.
What is puzzling me that i can only flash LineagOs 8.1 without any problems..
My guess is that its the bootloader .
