[REQ] ListView animation Flashable zip

hi
i really love this feature but it's limiting my choice only to MoKee OS and thinkingbridge rom.. i want have a flashable zip.. if it's possoble

I second this... Wish all ROMs had this

well.. someone told me this rom has it.. then i installed it.. but didn't find anything!!! he said it's in "display" but i didn't see anything..
can you tell me where is it?!! in which version??
anyway.. it's good to see this feature in all roms....

how can i get there
in display, is only brightness setting and etc.. i can't see "listview" option.. why yours is different?!!
can you press back and show me the location of this option?

You know it's funny how people have different preferences. I tried it for about 15 mins and although it looked nice. It just didn't jive well with stuff. Like Facebook. I had to scroll a little slower because I couldn't see what the posts were till the animation was done. And it just didn't fit in certain places. I wish I could turn it on just on specific apps. That would be nice.

beanstalk has it....(tried it on the htc one x i own)
its the first rom that i ever saw having something like that searched for this kinda thing before after i saw nexplayer and now playing doing a nice animated scrolling..
trying to find a way of getting this into other roms aswell.
right now im jumping between roms.(just tried my first sense custom rom)

dont use the anticipated... interpolation thingy it delays the animations.
on the rom i tried it was fast and didnt take time for the content to show...

Dear members (who had the same aim as me of having those animations)
I've found something that you might wanna try.
**DO A NANDROID BACKUP FIRST**
To get listview and transition animation from android 4.3 (Nexus 7) follow the following steps:
1) Download Xposed Installer apk from here: http://repo.xposed.info/module/de.robv.android.xposed.installer
2) Install the apk
3) Launch app: select Framework > Install/Update > Soft reboot or Reboot (both works just the same)
4) After reboot, download XuiMod apk from here: http://repo.xposed.info/module/com.zst.xposed.xuimod
5) Install the apk
6) Again, launch Xposed Installer app: select Modules > (click on the small box on the left of XuiMod if its not checked with a 'tick' )
7) Then click on XuiMod ( the area beside the checkbox )
OR
Just simply launch XuiMod app
8) ???
9) Profit.

KitKat 4.4 AOSP Browser v2 [update: it works]

Here is 4.4 AOSP Browser, if you dont like Chrome.
Changelog v2:
pulled from slimkat for nexus 5. its working now but its sadly not old browser from 4.3 but zoom works good now.
Install step:
install works if you follow Ti2's guide
after succesfully Browser installed, then install BookmarksSyncAdapter-blackhand1001.apk for enable sync bookmarks. choose it in your settings enable sync browser and reboot

Has this browser been updated at all. I love the speed at which it works but I feel like chrome is the only browser getting any new features/improvements

New chrome is much better.

This worked for me:

That's because 4.4 changed the Android's internal "web rendering engine" to the new Chrome one, while in 4.3/4.2 (also if Nexus 7/4/10 comes with preinstalled Chrome) it still was the stock AOSP browser one.

this is right i think, because i dont feel same experience on new browser.

Does chmod require root? If it does is there anyway of getting this installed non rooted

It requires root. I don't think you can get it working without root.

You can on 4.3 I have done on my nexus 7 unrooted

Is this apk only for 4.3+?

Interestingly enough, even with the Chromium integration into the OS... the AOSP browser is STILL faster than Chrome for Android on Kitkat.

You should also set permissions on the sync file as well.

How did you get yours to work? I'm on stock 4.4.2 running the LG launcher but the widget won't load. Says download through app manager?

I installed version two and it just worked... Version one didn't work.

Both links will give you a file named v1, use the download link that says v2 and flash that one.

Sorry to bug you again, i got error while updating(status 7), I assume its because i'm running 4.1.25 instead of 4.2.10. is there 4.2.10 ota for 4.1.25?
I guess I'll have to wait for next Full updated rom.

If i understand correctly, google account sync does exactly that you just need to enable in phone contact to use google account as default and keep auto sync enable.
If you have done that already, then its bug/issue with the firmware like my current miui(4.1.25) doesn't sync. So wait for the fix.

thanks for all the effort you put in this wonderfull ROM. I've been using it for few week(s) now, no big issue at all. Since i'm using Miui for my canvas magnus as well, i do mis few setting on my q700 rom and some on magnus miui rom. but overall i'm happy with both rom and pleasantly surprise with stability of the miui ROM in general.
Anyway, i hope some of the chinese text are removed in future release and may be add extra wallpaper or audio files on ROM. I know i can just download those things but i prefer files to be offline, which is why i love OTA updates you provide.
PS: can we expect more miui port for other mediatek chipset phone? like karbonn A12+ and similar?

I tried to use my outlook email account on default email client, its not working for me. Gmail service(using email app, not gmail app) is working without any issue but outlook doesn't seems to work. can anybody confirm it? I don't want to install outlook app just to check email.

First i must say big thanks to Maxicet for your work on this rom. It works pretty much flawless on my Tmobile Note 3 in Sweden. Been testing for a couple of hours and every function works......LTE , multiwindow and even foto in S Note Very speedy ! Only FC i got is in Location but the function still works.
I wanted a Note 4 but now i dont know thank you!

I think this is a worth trying rom .. downloading ......

Any bugs found?? Wifi direct, tathering, snote, action memo working?

Have you try wifi direct and Action memo. Already try 3 ROMs.. g00h v10, Rebirth 1.8 and Norma beta 4. All wifi direct and action memo not working.

Action memo is working on goohs rom but you cant change keyboards default language or it will stop working.

The rom boot up but rebooted just as it was about to enter the system. I think it might be the kernel. I dont want to do a dirty flash. In the aroma i chosed upgrade was tha correct? Any ideas?

Action memo works fine from Air Command but Wifi Direct got for closed. Thats on stock Sprint 4.4.4 NH7 kernel.

Dont wipe the internal storage. Do the other wipes then flash rom so Aroma stars and select upgrade rom. The rom comes with Lean Kernel v4 and that works for me but gets a little hot when on screen for some time. I tried this stock sprint 4.4.4 kernel instead from allenjthomsen and it works. I have a tmobile note 3 though im using it internationally in Scandinavia. Best Note 4 port so far. I also flashed Skywalkerz SM-910F launcher so its very speedy

Well you just have to follow the basics.
Reboot phone to Recovery Mode
Wipe Factory settings
Wipe Data Cache
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Then install the zip.
It should be fine after doing that. Let us know.
