Yes, it works after reboot. But it may take place again, So do you know the root cause of this issue? thanks~

Possibly just your wifi card needing to be reset by you restarting it.

Is it possible to Root without using the micro usb?

Title says it all.
Nope. You'll need to connect to your computer to do it.

I don't believe it's possible.
the answer is simply NO
Nope. Its ridiculous yet genius of Amazon to not include a USB cable.
Sent from my Kindle Fire running ICS
With what is released right now, no it is not
Yea, sorry that is a no. Have a micro USB cable around from another device or phone? The process is fairly straightforward. What are your hesitations?

Your battery is drained. This is a hard situation because the device wont allow it to charge. Maybe try a factory cable or take the battery out and bring it to a shop that will charge it (batteries plus).im not sure really what to do.this happened to me once and i ended up frying my kindle electrically.

When my battery died, I plugged it in via USB and held down the power for 10 seconds, and let it charge like that.

Indeed. The battery will charge using the Kindle supplied charger/cable when it is in the powered off state. Plug it in, when it powers on/goes into the boot look like you describe hold down the power button until it powers off. Leave it sit like that over night. You should have a fully charged battery and you can go on to the next step knowing that it isn't a battery issue.
i cant connect to the kindle fire utility or threw adb and i have CWM as my recovery is there a way to get into it with using the utility?
I had a similar problem as the OP. When my Kindle Fire with TWRP has a really dead battery it can only be recovered with the original Kindle Fire charging cable.
When the Kindle Fire's battery is very dead, the custom bootloader, this case, TeamWin's TWRP v 2.0.0 does not allow the Kindle to power down and allow the charger to do its work. I left it charging like this for three hours with no success. The device turns on for a few seconds and shuts off repeatedly. This is a fault of the bootloader--the Kindle Fire original software doesn't do this. My other Kindle Fire has the original Amazon software.
The only way I was able to recover from this problem was to plug in the charging cable that came with the Kindle Fire. It still flashed on and off a few times but eventually recovered enough battery strength to boot.
By the way I also have the AmazonBasics 2.1 amp USB charger and other chargers but none of them work. I don't consider this the fault of the hardware but a fault in the TWRP bootloader which is not allowing the device time to charge itself--it should shut down but not reboot like it apparently does now.

Something really strange happened

Last night before bed, I turned off my kindle as I always do if not charging. This morning when it turned on, it had restored a backup of my original kindle OS from when I first got it and rooted and installed twrp. Did this all by itself and has never done this before. Do I have a ghost in my kindle? I was able to use twrp to restore my old backup of aokp before any amazon updates rolled thru and broke my root. Anyone ever had anything like this happen? Unfortunately I can't not turn off my kindle to make sure it doesn't happen again as it the only way I can get it to charge is to turn it off and plug in the charger while its off. Dont know what's up with that with aokp, but works for me.

lol. Strange. Is it possible somebody might of restored it while you were sleeping? Other than that... I don't know. Creepy.

Anybody with problems registering Kindle Fire HD, please call up Amazon. I had similar problems for a Kindle Fire HD I bought from Best Buy and Amazon resolved the issue within minutes.

You might want to check AirDroid (free) as a temporary solution. You can access both SD storage with it.
