[quide] How To Flash A Costom Rom - Galaxy Ace S5830 Android Development

hi,
how to make a costom rom:
1. download your favorite rom. like cm9, ics or anything else.
2. when u downloaded, don't extract! put the rom with clockwork (link is under) on your micro sd(Secure Digital) or micro sdhc(Secure Digital High Capacity).
3. turn your mobile off and start it up with: power on - home. when your screen lights up, release the power on buton. (get down by use the volume up buton and up with volume up. confirm with the home buton. ) instal zip from sd --> clockworkmod.zip. let it finish and turn of you phone (get the battery out)
4. start it up with: power on - home. when your screen lights up, release the power on buton. -->wipe data/factory reset --> wipe cache partition --> advanced --> wipe dalvik cache.
5. now u can instal your rom! get back with the back buton and choose: instal zip from sdcard --> choose zip from sdcard --> [choose your costom rom.]
this is my quide. if i helped you: push the thanx buton at the top. sorry for my english

[Q] Unable to delete main google account on HTC HD2 running Android 2.3.3?

I just purchased an HTC HD2 from someone else and I cannot delete the main google account in order to use the market place. My phone is currently running Android 2.3.3 with a magldr version of V1.13. Any suggestions?
you can try adding your acount then delete the other. if that no worky, you can do a full phone reset under settings/ privacy. that will put your phone back to as if you just installed the rom on it.
u can't delete the account because it's the default account when u install a ROM for the first time and u can't delete it ... u need to to make a factory reset from it settings ... or do it with cwm :
-turn off the phone
-turn on and hold the power button till u see the Magldr menu
-use Vol down to select ad recovery and press call button to enter
-now cwm will load and u will see wipe data/factory reset sleet it with call button and confirme
-reboot systeme now
when the phone will reboot all data will be deleted and u will enter u own account
make a feed back
Works perfect ................... THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How to install custom roms like Corvus5 and other ?

How to install custom roms like Corvus5 and other ? with
CWM?
I got my Vega 2 days ago and first thing I did was put Vegacomb on it, here's a guide I knocked myself up from various forums to do that:
turn on tablet and turn on USB debugging
shut down the Vega (hold down power for 6 seconds)
Launch VegaTools
go to extras tab
Start USBDeview
within USBDeview find and uninstall all nVideia devices (right click and uninstall)
with vega turned off, connect to PC via USB
hold the back button for 2 seconds
while still holding back, hold power buttons for 2 seconds
release power button but hold the back button for 2 seconds
the Vega should then boot into recovery (nothing on screen, not even backlight)
Windows will find a new device with no drivers
Start AUDI by right clicking and running as administrator
choose “I want to install the Advent “stock ROM” using recovery”
The red box at the bottom should now say “The recovery driver is NOT correctly installed. Proceed to step 3”
Press the Next step button.
proceed to press the “Part C: Install correct driver” button, and in the prompt choose “Just get on with it. Do it for me!” and click the Do it button.
Installing ModdedStock:
run the VegaModdedStock_v1.10_v2.exe file as Administrator.
turn the tablet on
Installing VegaComb:
go into Recovery App (on the Vega)
this will enter clockwork recovery
(volume = up & down, power = enter, back = back)
nandroid backup
Partition the SD card to allow Apps2SD
Turn on USB host to put the vegacomb ROM on the SD card
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
advanced > wipe dalvik cache
toggle signature verification (set to disabled)
choose zip from SD
find the vegacomb ROM
choose zip from SD
find the vegacomb ROM update
reboot system now
done!

[GUIDE] Upgrade stock 4.0.3 ICS to CyanogenMod 10.2 JB 4.3

I have decided to upgrade my Huawei U8800Pro stock ICS 4.0.3 to CyanogenMod 10.2 JB 4.3.
Quickly I realized that this is easily said than done. Tutorials I have found on the Internet are not good. They lead me to brick my phone twice during this process, so I've decided to share my experience with community. Here are step by step instructions:
Prerequisites:
I didn't bother to write any hyper-links, because they will probably be dead by the time you read this. Instead I wrote name of the files you can search in google.
Root_u8800pro.zip containing unlockbootloader_u8800pro.exe
AndroidHandsetUsbDriver_v1.zip containing DriverSetup.exe
gapps-jb-20130813-signed.zip
cm-10.2-20130929-U8800pro-VIDEOPLAYBACK.zip (here the ROM thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2409681)
recovery6.0.3.3.img (I recomend non touch version)
HUAWEI_U8800P_Android_2.3_V100R001C00B521_Oversea_Normal_05010TXB.zip, containing dload folder (link)
404029_4.0_BasebandCWM.zip
When you have all those in place, you can start with procedure:
Install USB drivers for your phone. Run DriverSetup.exe
Connect your phone to USB and wait to get detected. Then run unlockbootloader_u8800pro.exe (chose first button and wait).
Optionaly download Root Checker from Google Play to see if your phone was rooted. You can skip this step.
Copy dload folder to root of your SD card
Unplug USB cable and turn phone off
Press Volume up + Volume down + Power on at the same time. Hold them till you see that your phone started with firmware update procedure. Wait for procedure to finish. Now you should have stock GB 2.3 rom on your phone.
Turn off your phone
Press Volume up + Volume down + Power on at the same time, and wait till you see pink screen
Connect USB cable and wait till Windows detect your phone and show you image folder. Go to that folder and backup original recovery.img.
Copy recovery6.0.3.3.img to image folder and rename it to recovery.img
Turn off your phone
Press Volume up + Power on at the same time and hold till you see recovery console
Chose factory reset
Chose clear cache
Chose advanced/clear dalvik cache
Flash 404029_4.0_BasebandCWM.zip
Flash cm-10.2-20130929-U8800pro-VIDEOPLAYBACK.zip
Flash gapps-jb-20130813-signed.zip
Reboot your phone
Wait till setup wizard of CynogenMod apears
If all went well you should have CyanogenMod upp and running on your phone.
I'm not responsible If you brick your phone. I did it twice before I finally succeeded .
How to unbrick u8800pro:
You can always get back to good old Android 2.3 folowing this procedure:
Copy dload folder from HUAWEI_U8800P_Android_2.3_V100R001C00B521_Oversea_ Normal_05010TXB.zip to the root of your SD card
Turn off your phone
Hold down Volume up + Volume down + Power on and let firmware update do it's job
List of useful key combinations:
Assuming your phone is turned off.
Go to pink screen Volume up + Volume down + Power on
Go to recovery console Volume up + Power on
thanks, dude!
but no link found for cm-10.2-20130929-U8800pro-VIDEOPLAYBACK.zip

My problem solve
Tanks from "riobenny" user for this help:
remove ur battery.
then, u must turn on ur phone by pressing power button, and volume down. hold those two button, till u find android puppet logo, and a triangle.
if previously u run eclair ---> touch the bottom screen, choose wipe data/ factory reset, and choose wipe cache. (navigation entirely using touch screen)
if previously u run froyo ---> press vol up and vol down together, choose wipe data/ factory reset, and choose wipe cache (the navigation is using vol key, to choose using power button)
after u wipe all data and cache, press REBOOT system.
but.... IMMEDIATELY after u press REBOOT, u must press vol up buttong and HOLD for around 6 seconds and then release.
after that, ur screen will show boatloader mode, and u can flash it again using FULL SBF froyo for fresh one.
