Spoof Samsung Knox Warranty Void and Unlocked Bootloader? - Samsung Galaxy S8 Questions and Answers

Is there any way I could make apps not see that my Samsung Knox Warranty Void bit is set or that the bootloader is unlocked?
I am using hadesRom 3.0 on a Samsung S8 G950F and even though I am not using root, some of my banking apps say that I am and do not work anymore. I suspect they see either the Knox Warranty bit being set or that the bootloader is unlocked.

[Q] UK specific is the bootloader unlocked

Hi
i have had a search and can find plenty of USA bootloader questions regarding The Note 4. these usually deviate into US Carrier bashing and Samsung hating.
My query is specific to UK release of the Note 4. I am thinking of getting one but would like to know, from anyone who can verify, is the boot loader locked/unlocked? Are the sim free ones unlocked.
i fancy one however would rather not void my warranty on day one. Option 2 is looking at getting hold of a developer edition note 4 however they are not available here yet.
if you are in UK and can help or know id be greatful
many thanks
wookey
No UK models, the n910f have locked bootloaders. The only models that have locked bootloader are at&t and verizon but they are locked by the carrier. Sim free ones won't be carrier or bootloader locked but might well be region locked ie an American variant may be locked to America and a European locked to Europe etc.
You will however probably lose your warranty when you root although eu law states rooting shouldn't void your warranty for a hardware defect
I have never minded restoring my phone back to stock when sending in for warranty repair. so might be enough not to void it if unlocked?
Once you root you will trip knox and that can't be reset. That's the same on all new Sammy phones. But most Sammy centres don't actually check for knox in the UK

Confirmed by Google Bootloader unlocking carrier unlocked devices don't void warranty

Confirmed by Google Bootloader unlocking a carrier unlocked device don't void warranty..

Knox does not matter for SIM unlocking your phone. Just go to any unlock site and pay to get the code to unlock your phone.

unlock bootloader void my warranty?

I know this is a beginner question but if I unlock the bootloader and then relock it, do I lost my warranty?
And if I just unlock it (and not relock it again) do I lost my warranty?
If you live in Europe you have 24 months warranty. Unlock is allowed.

I live in Portugal. I have 2 years of warranty.
In the European Union bootloader unlocking is NOT void the warranty! Here we have a law that allows users to unlock and install own software on any hardware devices without void the warranty.
Don't believe on Huawei's UK support if they says warranty is void, that's not true.
In Hicare, When I tap on online assistance ( Huawei Portugal they say that if I unlock my bootloader I will lose my warranty.
Can you tell me where is that rule about unlocking your bootloader will not void your waranty?
Don't worry, your warranty will be covered by your store or mobile carrier where you bought the phone.
Just see your Huawei warranty card and warranty from the store/mobile carrier - there is nothing written that the warranty is void if you unlock the bootloader because if it's written, it will be illegal in EU ;p
I can say that I've replaced 2 tablets and 1 phone without problems after unlocking and then bricked ;p
But please don't kill your phone

I already bricked once. The Vodafone fixed it for free.
But I would like to see that write in a site. (But I trust 101% in you).
The majority of my obsession for unlocking my bootloader its because I want to change my region... I am WAS-LX1AC02, (C02 is for Vodafone phones) and I want to pass to WAS-LX1AC432 (C432 generic European). I want all of this because I want android 8.

How to safely root Galaxy S8?

I've rooted a few devices using rootjunky but they tripped Knox (didn't care) and with this S8 I have, not really concerned to trip it as well, but keeping it intact would be a bonus. Is there a way to root this S8 (Sprint version but unlocked for any SIM card)?
It's a SM-G950U with Android 8 (ver. G950USQU5CRK1).
