During Custom ROM installation, my YU Yureka become dead and now its showing nothing rather than a Red light during charging and nothing else.
When I connect it to my PC then In the Devices and printer option its show RELINK HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM8) in the device manager. And also my PC behave awkwardly when Yureka connected to PC, sometimes it hanged.
Please Help me ! What to do?

I have a Yu Yureka Plus. I flashed the lollipop stock rom, not knowing that it vricked many other yurekas. The update which many other users got and bricked their yu yureka plus.
Now my phone won't boot up, won't go into recovery, won't even go into fastboot/bootloader mode. When i connect it to a charger or pc only then the red light glows near headset speaker.
I came to know that my yureka plus is hard bricked. When i connect it to my pc, my system does not picks up anything. It wont detect it.
I came accross these posts on the web where you have to write an sd card with yureka's original images and put that sd card inside the device. Then you have to go inside the phone, and on the motherboard you have to short pins 2 and 6, while the device is plugged into usb cable and to the computer, and simultaneously pressing the volume up and power button on the device to boot it into fastboot. When i did that the screen went up with some vertical strips and lines as expected. Accordingly that was fastboot mode on a dead yureka. The posts said that now your pc should detect your yureka in this fastboot mode and then you can basucally do whatever you can through fastboot to fix the device.
My problem is that i after i shorted pins 2 and 6 and getting the device into fastboot mode, my pc still wont detect my yureka plus.
Help me out here please...
This time I shorted pins 2 and 4. My pc detected it with Unknown USB Device (Device descriptor request failed)
i had a friend's yureka with bootloop on YU logo,i flashed it using adb fastboot,the phone started vibrating and dint even turned on,only goes to fastboot mode after long pressing volume up and shows red light on connection.I also tried emmc image burning on sd card method but still in same condition.Please help

Are you using the correct drivers for Qualcomm devices ?
hi,
i bricked my u8 clone when i was flashing it with flashtool and it stopped at 25% with an error about DOWNLOAD_CMD_FAILED or something like that (i forgot what the error looked liked) and now it wont turn on but in device manager it says unknown usb device (device descriptor failed) can anyone tell me how to fix it please, below is the screenshot of device manager with the unknown usb device highlighted, oh yeah and the ports (COM & LPT) section is the one i added myself
for some strange reason i left the smartwatch for a few hours, held the power button, plugged in the usb and then it popped up with USB modem driver ( COM3) in device manager and it flashed so this thread is closed now

I have zte blade q maxi, the problem is not to turn on. And when the sound enhancement buttons are pressed there is no reaction. When I turn on the usb cable in it the red light is on. All drivers are neatly installed and accepted. But when i plug in the usb cable, and i start the operation in the SP Tool, windows shut down the device, then reboot, and so it repeats.
I tried a different approach I found, but I did not help anything.
Hello.I have Y6 SCL-L01 and I have a problem with this smartphone.
After connecting to a power source (charger or other) is blinking red diode on front.
When I connect him to PC I can see a device with name "qualcomm hs-usb qdloader 9008 "
I can't run device to fastboot and bootloader only red diode is blinking.

Bad news... your phone is bricked badly.

I think there is an option to restore emui over the internet since the drivers has something to do with dhcp. Did you tried Hi-Suite? There is a recovery option, when you start it.
But anyways, good luck to get it working again :good::silly:
