Galaxy S7 Book cover - front cover replacement - Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 / S7 Plus Accessories

Do you know if exists some Front Cover replacement (no keyboard) for the Samsung Galaxy S7 Book cover? I love the back part with the stand and pen cover, but often do not need the front keyboard (too heavy). I'm looking for a simple front (magnetic ) light weight cover for storage in bag or when not used.

I literally just want the back part, but not willing to spend 200 dollars on it.

I've been looking at covers/cases and NON seem to be as good as the S6 ones.
I want to be able to protect the pen like with the S6

Choices are very limited so far.
Just get the regular book cover (no keyboard). The pen is stashed inside the spine, so at least it will be protected.

Spigen recently released (in the last month or so) a new book case. I think it's superior to Samsung's own book case. Offers a trifold front cover that can be folded back and also a spot to mount the s pen in the designated area on the back of the tablet. Link below if you're interested. I picked it up and it's been great.

I bought two cases/covers, this is the best one, very similar to the S6 cover I have, the magnet is strong. It even picked up a tea spoon in the kitchen when I had the tab on my worktop while cooking. Possibly not good enough protection to pop the tab in a rucksack and take out though.

I'm looking for exactly the same thing. Did you ever find anything that works?
A two part non-keyboard cover that I could use only the front part would be fine.

Cheap Good Leather Cases

Good News: This case was made for the ZUNE, but it is amazingly able to fit the Kaiser perfectly and still have access to soft keys with added screen protection via the transparent plastic front.
Bad News: These cases have been discontinued and i've not been able to find any of these online or in any other stores.
This case is HARD. I've gotten leather cases in the past and they were soft but this one is far more protective/user friendly than any others, I might be able to get my hands on a couple more if they are not sold out locally within the next couple of days, If any one is interested post. (I paid $10 for mine)

Looks pretty nice, but does it "muffle" the microphone? I wanted a nice leather case, but finding one to fit exactly here in the states was difficult. The one ATT sells looks like it was made for a Treo or something.
I was in my TMO place to pick up an HTC car charger and they had a really nice black leather vertical case combo wiith the car charger for 30 bucks. (This is a Wing starter kit).
I prefer horizontal cases, but since the charger alone was 25 bucks, for 5 more I gave it a whirl. Happy with it, but it doesn't offer the same level of protection as the cloth HTC case that came with my TyTN2.
Moving to Kaiser Accessories.
Will leave a redirect here for a couple of days.

The mic is covered by the leather but I haven't noticed much of a difference. This is a swivel back so it can be positioned as either vertical or horizontal.
i have the same exact problem! i wanted a case that had cover for the front screen so i can use the phone in answering or talking with and take the phone out quickly for other functions... but i dont see hardly any cases with the cheapo plastic protection that i had easily found for my previous 8525 :/
ive been using this case for a week now and Ive found it extremly easy to still use the touchscreen while its in the case, also the snap top that keeps the phone in the case is easy to undo and take the phone out when needed, there are only about 4 left locally so let me know if your interested ASAP!

[Q] To case or not to case

Hello all,
So I recently purchased a Note 4. I have to admit that the device looks gorgeous, and I can't decide if I should put a case on it or not. What do you guys prefer and why?
I use s view as my case and it still look weel
Note 4 easy to get scratch so i decide to get a case.
How well does the S view case work, and is it worth the money?
I use a case. Doesn't look near as nice but feel it's needed to be safe. A good case is like insurance, you might not need it but if something happens you can't get it after the fact.
That's actually a good way of putting it. Thanks a bunch.
Being such a costly device I also wanted a cover, but was afraid to ruin the feeling of the phone.
First had a S-View cover, but that just made the phone awkward to hold. and really just easier to drop if you try to take pictures because the flap have to hang down or sideways...
then bought a samsung protective cover, best cover I had on a phone. it made the phone ever better to hold and doesn't add so much bulk. I really recommend you give it a try.

Got the Rinke slim tpu case from Amazon. After buying the s-view case which is horribly awkward and a bulky case from caseology I find the Rinke slim case amazing.
I always use a case. I usually resell my phones or trade them in and you can get a lot more for a mint-condition device than one covered in wear & tear. Also, I like being able to dress up my phone in different "outfits", haha.
I have the purple tech 21case ffrom T-Mobile along with a few others that I got from the accessory shops here in Dallas. Right now my N4 is wearing a purple & blue imitation otterbox, its very cute & extremely protective

Straight away i made an attempt to remove all lose pieces of glass.

My insurance will be covering the damages(about 200 incl shipping and import tax) for a screen assembly that's around 135/140 EUR.
If you know any good international or dutch parts shop that has it, let me know.
I wasnt planning to replace my N6 any time soon. Bought the phone at full price so this really did hurt me.
That was a nasty fall. Good that you got insurance. Mine fell yesterday but was lucky and not even a scratch on it.
Have no experience with part shops here in The Netherlands.
Was it wearing a case? Currently my N6 wears an Incipio dual layer TPU/Polycarbonate case, but after seeing this I'm debating putting my Unicorn Beetle Pro back on. Just wish the Unicorn Beetle Pro wasn't so friggin' huge.
Nah, my case broke a while ago. It fallen couple times since, have small dents that were not on the glass. But in this case it landed exactly on the edge of the glass. Even a border/ back case would not have helped. Only the one's that partially cover the front edge.
The stupidest part is that it fell around 20/30 CM....
Well, a Spigen Thin Fit certainly wouldn't help and I wouldn't even call that thing a case. That said, even it is better than no case at all, especially when you're holding a phone that seemingly has been coated in Astroglide before being sold. You have piqued my curiosity however: just how expensive are cases over in the Netherlands? I'm asking because the Incipio I'm currently using only cost me about 5USD back in January.

You'd better to get a Moto Droid Turbo or Moto Z Droid instead.
Why would i do that? There is a reason why i baught a nexus 6, its pure unbloated android. The 2 arent even sold here any more ...
Cases here are regularly around 20 eur.. mostly because nexus device isnt) wasn't sold to the masses. So either fork 20 or AliExpress a cheapo.
@damiloveu: Neither of those devices would work in Europe as Europe doesn't use inferior CDMA technology.
"4phones.nl" is a retailer there. Might have others

Galaxy tab s7 plus nib replacement

Just wondering, are the nibs the same as the s6

I second that inquiry...
EDIT:
You know, I've been thinking about that... Like all big corps they wanna make money... So I doubt it. Can't make a buck if S6 and S7 share parts.
From what I heard the ones from Note10 are the same. I think from Tab S6 should work just as well.
Yes the nibs are the same. Unfortunally with the tab s7 plus there were no extra nibs in the box. Dropt my spen on the nib......I replaced it with a tab s6 spen nib they are the same.

Actually I found out, that even my old Note 10.1 (2014 edition) S-Pen Nibs are working.
Luckily me, as from this time I still have 2 soft replacement nibs (quite worn down ).
All ebay shopping I did so far only went one time luckily: got 3 soft, 3 hard nibs. The others trails always gave me hard nibs
All are working, but I prefer the soft ones.
If any one knows a shop in Germany where to buy (inexpensive) soft nibs: please post it. I only have 3 left...
This also could be the remarkable nibs - they are told to work fine and are soft. But I honestly do not want to spend more then 10 EUR for 2 nibs, when you can get 6 hard nibs for < 3EUR.
I'm looking for a combination of hard and soft nibs. I've checked ebay and amazon and IMO $1 per nib is pretty expensive. These are just pieces of plastic. Should be like 50 for $5. If anyone has a good deal on hard and soft nibs, please share!

My nibs are fine. I even dropped my pen tip down on cement and I had to replace it with another nib. The only thing I agree with that review is that I had to use a pair of nose pliers to pull it out because that tool comes with the nibs only work to pull the original nib out.

Thanks for the replies. You are supposed to do the work using the s pen a lot. I bought the tab as the time it is released, have used the pen for writing most of the time, but my s pen nib is not as worn as yours. Did you put too much pressure on the pen when writing?

it's Samsung go figure. tab as 7 + 5G s pen nib is cheap.
do you guys buy nibs because original one is deformed somehow or is it because these new nibs provide better functionality in writing or drawing?

I mostly use my Tab for drawing and the nib is definitely wearing down faster that previous Samsung Tablets. It's crazy that they didn't include spares in the box like they used to
i am using hard nibs from note 10 . loving it
