Hello, i have a serious issue with unlocking vivo v1 pro boot up pattern lock, i dont hv usb debugger mode on, bt still need to unlock the phone, to gain my data..can anyone pls help..me? no luck with pattern lock till now...pls anything?

Is the only solution to encryption the S5 is to use password to lock the device ?
I have a not rooted S5.
I would like to use the figerprint unlock (it's fast).
I can go for a pin unlock mode.
but a password, is realy impractical

I´ve got a situation here, from a cousin´s phone, he can´t get into menu. there´s a notification/shortcut circle on locked screen, and we can´t get through it. Phone has no pin or pattern lock, image below. Does anyone know wtf is that, and better yet, how to get passed it?

well, as I didn´t got any ideas, backed up phone from adb (usb debugging was set), and hard reseted it. so thread may be closed.
I have a custom ROM(Evolution X) installed on my Mi A1. I wasn't able to unlock my phone using the saved pattern today but could unlock it using my fingerprint. Foolishly, I restarted my phone thinking that would solve the issue. The pattern was recognized during the "Enter pattern to start device" phase but I can't unlock the screen after that as it is necessary to input pattern after a restart. The system UI restarts when I try to unlock using a pattern.
I don't have TWRP on my device as I hotboot it during ROM flashing.
My problems are:
- I can't hotboot TWRP as my default USB mode is "Charging" and to change that I need to unlock the phone
- Because of the above problem device is not showing up on adb/fastboot.
I can however boot into Android recovery.
Can someone guide me on how to unlock my phone?
I'm pretty sure the "charging" USB mode have nothing to do with the problem, as I regularly connect to adb in charging mode. Maybe you forget to turn on USB debugging?
However, I think you can still get into fastboot and boot the TWRP, because I don't think fastboot gonna be affected by that.
If the above cannot help then the only way now is flash the stock rom to clear the password.
I seen the recommendation is to turn USB debugging and OEM lock off under developer options to play fortnite on our device with magisk. What I was wondering is with my bootloader unlocked, which it is, I can uncheck OEM lock, but would it be okay after a reboot? I just didn't want to uncheck it, and then get stuck or not be able to boot. I was curious if someone might have tried already. Thx
By the way for anyone wanting to know, I turned OEM unlock off w/ a unlocked bootloader & device successfully booted up with switch still in off position.
I can't unlock the bootloader on my Nokia 6.1 plus because the phone won't allow me to turn on OEM unlocking. Please help me out here. I'm running on June security patch Android 10.
Sorry to say, But that switch is useless. Even with it turned on, You will not be able to unlock the bootloader.
You will absolutely have to pay to unlock, Google is your friend here.
