I would be more than grateful for some help or info. Please great people here help me!

Hi there, thinking about buying one of these, I'm just afraid they are too big? Do you think they are ok?

They aren't that big in my opinion and my wife never complained about the size ??? feels absolutely ok on the hand and the straps are good too.

It seems to be average size spec's.

I don't think you ownt be satisfied with the watch. I mean the quality and the smooth operation is great. Display is amazing as well and the battery life is with my usage and settings made through 2 days. So it's not too bad from and android Wear watch.

About charging method, does it support wireless charging?

Tattoo is fine but...
Hey There,
This depends on whether you really need XDA support or not, I know we all here do to tweak our phones and get the most out of it!!
But if you are the types who does not play around much with the phone and wants an Android phone on a budged, I would recommend the Spica (has 3G but no GPS) and a larger screen, and is also way cheaper than the Tattoo.

Way cheaper than the Tattoo? It depends on where you are. My son paid <£110 for a Tattoo off eBay.
The Samsung is only cheaper if you pay full price.

Might want to rethink that. I forgot to put in my post that apps are almost non existent for it, and iOS and Android notifications are really limited.

[Q] Will you buy it?

This seems to have the best specifications of Samsung and HTC combined, additionally offering dual sim. For that price i can live just fine with a non-changable battery.
Seems like a very nice device. If it will be available in europe, and there's good support for custom roms here on xda, then it would be an alternative to Oneplus 3 for me.
I'm definitely getting this phone when it comes out. Can't wait to get rid of my G5. The thermal mitigation screen dim is killing me!
Sent from my LG-H830 using XDA-Developers mobile app
If it had a Infrared blaster, I really would have.
missing infra but sure a HTC 10 killer in audio . in india iam waiting for it
Specs r great but I can't get over the black bars on the top and bottom of the screen

Interested in the non carrier unlocked phone. How is zte with updates on their previous axon phones? That's my main concern.

I´ll hope that there will be some custom roms. On other ZTE threads here on XDA there´s barely community support. The specs are really nice and I have to decide between OP3 or Axon7

that's what i am hoping too. it will be powered by snapdragon cpu which should make custom rom cooking easier than mediatek right?

Of course! But I never had a ZTE device. I know nothing of unlocking bootloader or rooting process on those devices.
But the specs! I hope we´ll have some nice devs thinking twice of this beast

Updates are important, espacially if there is barely Custom Rom support. I'm afraid of latter, on the other hand the Snapdragon SoC makes it easier. Maybe this will be my first try to port a Custom Rom.
I'm sure it will be possible to unlock the bootloader, even though that's just my feeling.

In my opinion force touch is absolutely useless. At the moment we have 3 options, single tap, double tap and long click, and if you want even more, triple tap, etc. Why would you need force touch? That's just a desperate attempt for innovation.
At the moment the ZTE Axon 7 is higher ranked for me that the OnePlus 3, especially because of the front facing speakers! If you had front facing speakers before, you want nothing else.

That´s my thoughts too. I give a f*** for manufactured updates if there´s any way to flash custom roms or develop an own one.

Well in this point I disagree with you. Force touch could and should be a kind of new interaction. It´s a question of implementation. You´re totally right for the existing "gestures" but I think in combination of this we´ve got new possibilities. There´s a lot of potential. But pls note - I don´t see the the advantage only on my side - I´m working with handicapped youngsters - and by some clients the force touch engine might be a positive progress
Front facing speakers... Meh.... I never used it BUT! The audio-chips are totally great!!! I´m a little bit audiophil. And I think the upgrade from my OP1 should be working "nice" for my headphones - specifically for my B&W P5 wireless

It's OK, that's totally subjective. I don't want to discourage anyone from getting force touch.
I don't know anything about how this could help handicapped people. But I still think there's no potential.

Nope, I never find a reason to use front spacing speakers For exactly what? I´m some decades away to "publish" my musical preferences official over a smartphone.
Music is my intimacy
But this is really OT - get back to topic

It's funny, you want force touch and I want front facing speakers. So with the Axon 7 it's a win-win!
You're right, back to topic. I'm pretty sure I'll buy it. The only tiny flaw for me is the protruding camera lens. Unfortunately that's standard nowadays. But apart from this it's almost perfect in my opinion.

This or...

Hey guys, this phone seems really appealing but I'm struggling to find reliable reviews of it. Currently undecided between this and that Oneplus 5... Anyone in a similar situation or have an opinion to share?
Well - in terms of specs this phone is really appealing, but don't know if they are gonna release a global version of the device.
I am in the same situation
regarding the love that the rom creators will bring in, i think that the oneplus will be the better choice, but i like the nubia and it's specs.
Plus, the price is unbeatable.
Haha yeah, I don't think there'll be much ROM support for the Nubia Z17, but already a few weeks or so after release they've pushed out a new OTA update, as well as updates for other phones. Hopefully they'll be well supported with Android O :/
I live in the UK so will have to import this model anyway, and found a great deal on:
http://www.geekbuying.com/item/ZTE-Nubia-Z17-5-5-Inch-6GB-64GB-Smartphone---Black-380167.html
I used the Honey extension on Chrome and that saved me £20! It doesn't tell me what the code is unfortunately, so can't post it here for any that are interested.
I checked the bands/frequencies and it covers the UK ones I require, and it's a 'worldwide' model. It just seems a bit strange to me that even on the Nubia/ZTE site it's not on there. But I'm gonna go for it...
Plus those edge control gestures seem to actually be loads better than the Samsung and HTC U11 ones... Correct me if I'm wrong though!

£350 (not £20 in the end, just £10)
I have one and it's beautiful. Build and feel of the device is amazing. Problem is there is no Google Play/Framework support yet and no root or TWRP. So I'm pretty much waiting. I hear some suppliers are shipping them with global ROM's with Google support.
If anyone can link me to a Global ROM it would be greatly appreciated. Can't wait to fully utilize this beast!

Haven't done any comprehensive testing with it yet. But from my short time with it, it's really nice and has some cool features. I always enjoy Nubia's camera software suite.

Does anyone think it's weird that there aren't many reviews and basically no xda forum on the Z17? Is it just because it's mainly confined to China for now (despite there being a global version available to buy/import online)? Kinda starting to question my purchase now XD

It's still a very new phone. Forum pages on here take a while to spin up for rare Chinese phones. Things will slowly begin to develop and trickle in.

This phone goes toe to toe with OP5 but better priced. If kernel sources are made available then we'll see development for sure.

No. The device is too outdated and its s**t design makes you hate this phone even more + can bend very quickly. I'd suggest you to save more money to buy a better phone and not a 3 year old one!
...
Have weak points, but is good smartphone. For normal use very good, looks fine and works fine.
Hi, I think my P8lite was a great buy, I have had it for just 3 weeks, got it second hand for $85 (NZD) in good condition. At first I was thinking it was not a good upgrade from my old phone (vodafone smart prime 6 VF895) but the more i use it im liking it more.
Battery life is the only thing I could think to improve, its not terrible just not the best
