What site offers the cheapest unlocking service?

Anyone?
just flash a firmware with odin yourself for free
It's easy to do, don't pay for that service.... Do it yourself = Free
I had no idea it can work that way? I have a G900T. You are saying if I grab the stock firmware that I already have on my phone and flash it, the locked feature is gone?

I tried this just now, loaded G900TUVU1ANCH_G900TTMB1ANCH_G900TUVU1ANCH_HOME.tar through ODIN and it still asks for the SIM unlock when I put my SIM in. Any ideas?

No I bought it from someone off Craigslist. Wanted to start playing with it since there hasnt been much progress on the AT&T version.

You're screwed for now, ATT is locked down until they crack it. Same with Verizon.

Screwed in which way? I could still purchase an unlock code for it and use it on ATT. I would like to avoid that if there is another way though.
If your phone is network locked, then flashing a new ROM will not unlock it, as it is the IMEI that is network locked, not the firmware on the phone.
I got my phone from Vodafone UK and unlocked it the next day using a code from www.unlockunit.com. Cost about $25. I did not have to root / flash the phone, as I simply put in a SIM card from a network other than the one my phone is locked to and the phone asked me for an unlock code.
I have no idea if ATT firmware will stop working once you unlock your phone. but I can confirm that the Vodafone UK firmware on my phone is still working fine.
Hope this helps. If so, please hit thanks button
Has anyone found a cheaper price or way to unlock the tmobile Gs5?every place that I have found wants $30.00 plus dollars.any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
I've used this site before:
http://www.cellunlocker.net
I don't know if it'll work on all carriers in North America, but you can plug in your details on the site to check before you buy a code.
Took about 4 hours to get my code.

[Q] Buying a S5 to Root

What do I need to look for in order to Root phone? I understand a kernel that was build before 6-03-14. How do I get this information from a buyer?

Have them send you a screenshot of the about phone screen in settings or take a look yourself before you pay for the phone if possible. The kernel version is listed in there.

(sgh-i337z) (i337ztuuboa1) root help......

Has anyone had any luck Rooting this phone. I need to get the tethering and mobile hot-spot option back but everything I've tried hasn't worked. Can someone point me In the right direction?
•Model number: SAMSUNG-SGH-I337Z
•Android version: 4.4.2
•Baseband version: I337ZTUUBOA1
•kernel version: 3.4.0-3238692 / [email protected] #1 / Wed Jan 14 18:33:42 KST 2015
•Build number: KOT49H.I337TUUBOA1
•SWE for Android Status: Enforcing / SE[F_SAMSUNG-SGH-I337Z_4.4.2_0033 / Wed Jan 14 18:33:42 2015
• Secure boot status: Type: Samsung
• Security software version: MDF v1.0 Release 2
I've been told to Downgrade my kernel and reuse towel root just not sure If It can be done or how. Can someone please point me In the right direction??? Can confirm that neither towelroot or kingo root works.
I'm facing this same problem. I recently switched from my old S4 to the new one (SGH-I377ZTUUBOA1) because Cricket is introducing a new network that isn't compatible with my old S4. I have searched the internet rigorously for a successful root method, but nobody seems to have been able to do it. Not to mention I could hardly find any information about this phone. I have tried kingoroot and towelroot with no success. I found this which will downgrade the kernel, but I'm afraid to try it because it is meant for the AT&T S4, and I don't want to impair my new phone. Anyone had any luck with this phone?

Does anyone know about SRSroot software? It claims to work for the new Cricket Samsung galaxy S4 build number.
I tried it and confirm it doesn't work. SRSroot is configured to auto tweet every time a new phone is used with their software regardless of whether it was successful or not.
I can confirm Kingroot works on this. Not Kingo, but Kingroot. It is a Chinese app that installs its own version of Superuser, which is kind of unfortunate. But it does provide you with root. After using this root method, there are threads to install TWRP or Safestrap. From there you can install a custom ROM like CM12 or something.
Not able to post links yet so I don't have one to Kingroot, but do a quick Google search and you shall receive.

Before removing the service, Huawei was giving the codes for free.

Your device is supported, but you must downgrade to lower Oreo update with Google security patch from 04.2018 or older, using Service ROM . (e.g. LLD-L31 8.0.0.128(C432) ) Process will erase all the data from your device!!!
Download link:
https://easy-firmware.com/index.php?a=downloads&b=file&id=111504
(paid service, min. 17euros, and AFAIK, there's no other way to download this Service ROM).
Thank you so much. Downloading now ..
