Belo, only status bar and quicksettings icons don't work, but standard ones aren't that bad so I don't mind.

Can you provide a link to the theme please? I can't seem to find it :-\
G8142 (dual SIM) also updated. The rapid screen brightness changing issue I hate so much has been improved but not perfected. At least I don't get a headache now.
I've bought an XZ premium today and got this update soon as I'd set it up. Do security updates come regularly for Sony phones? This is my first.

Are you sure it's not the November update that you got?
I'm on the customised / generic UK rom and not got the update through.

I wonder if you have the Centralised EU handset? Must be that.
I have no idea. Being my first sony device I don't have any idea about how to identify different versions.
Does any one know what that could be? EU handset?
Just surprised the update isn't coming through the centralized UK rom yet.
The Customized UK December update is out now OTA.
g8142 with CE. no December update, despite getting an email for both the December and January update. :/

Well that depends on how you purchased the phone. If its through a carrier it will take longer to get security updates :good:
Check the XDA homepage.. they said that G5 and G5s users are receiving oreo in australia and new zealand.. anyone can confirm this?

Motorola moderators say it is fake and clickbait, but i don't really believe in them since they say they don't know more than ud users do..
They guy that started this information said it is based on an email that was received from motorola australia.. not sure if it's real, we have to wait.
Needs to be more independent reports before we can trust it.

I'll believe it when retus finally sees npn25.137-93. (not gonna lie, seeing the announcement on the XDA front page got me excited for a split second.)

NPN25.137-93 is Nougat with Nov patch for EU.

I know, but according to the screenshot in the post I linked in, the supposed retus OTA is for -93. We'll just have to wait and see...

Just got home from work and got the notification for the update. I'm in the US. Only difference I see is a new equalizer.

Yeah the equalizer is only in play music
The article is clickbait. If you follow the source, it is a random ass website claiming a Motorola rep told them it. I am not believing it. I can make up a website and write too that my doggo told me we will get oreo tonight!

Nope no Oreo. I'm from Australia. I think I actually prefer nougat. I have a Nokia 8 on oreo 8.1 and it's smooth and all but that's running a s835. This Moto g5 plus feels pretty smooth (apart from heavy live wallpapers and games) for a s625. And I like nougats overall look
I use a Honor Note 8 for almost a year, with great satisfaction. I kept the B029. I had read very bad feedback on the B332. And obviously we must go through it before having another update notification. I do not know which version we arrived at today. And especially how are the latest update?

this is not because of the update. this is normal pattern you charged and the phone recognized recently that is the reason. if you change your charging pattern this will not shown.

That's battery care. It fast chrages till 90% and it slow charges till 100% so battery life can last longer.

lol this is normal
Pleasantly surprised when I checked my tablet yesterday and it had an update. After the install and the reboot it was upgraded to Android 12. Seems a tiny bit snappier but I also did a fresh reset after the install. Had to since after the upgrade since the adopted SD Card was not recognized after the install.
I just got one of these but I cannot get it to update to Android 12.
