The camera quality is disappointing, the expectation was much better quality and details.
Over all its doning well compare to other tablet i have. But it is not fair to compare it with older ipad i have.

Picture quality is worst compare to their other budget phones
cheese, the photos are of awful quality. pretty much the worst camera i've ever used apart from a 2000's nokia
7a
I quite like my 6a, my only problems are with write to SD card permissions!, but I would like a better camera. do you think the 7a would be much of an improvement?

Seems like every Moto phone I've had takes garbage photos on the stock software. Root & install Gcam and instantly 100x better photos. That being said this phones camera quality is like all the other G phones before it.
I think the pictures are decent. One perk is the front camera and it having a flash. That is something found in a little more pricier makes and models.

Hi guys, planning to buy this phone for my mum. Can someone post some sample pictures taken from the back camera? Thank you
I did a video about camera quality , it's in Portuguese my native language but you can have an idea

6/10
Cameras are the most bad part of this phone. It is good only if you have enabled HDR and AI. Also Gcam is fine too
Use Google Camera . This phone supports camera2API. You really see the difference. Although it's a bit slow. But you can really ignore a little sluggishness for a higher quality pic.
A great gift for mom, I think she loves. It’s a good camera, it’s well fixed, but there is the only problem on my part, it really slows down a bit with a sharp movement.
:good:

Photo quality is decent here. Not bad not good.
Colour depth is not there. Err I am not allowed to post pics here. Wonder why.

I too tried the image quality of the pics taken in my new Huawei Mate 40 Pro which I bought a month ago from Xcite. To be frank, I was really surprised with the photos. Didn't really expect these kind of image quality.
Why photos are not will stabilized?
The phone quality is truly astounding!
maybe some pictures are nice, but they never solved the portrait mode, only the first update was good, and never again, the portrait mode in super mode was like a dslr at the beginning, with each update it got worse, you often miss parts of your hair, so and more, neither the front selfie nor the back still work well, and I've never seen in updates that they edited the camera's allication, disgusting.
