Tap on Install in the TWRP main screen.
Now, the default mode is to flash zip files, you will need to toggle the mode to images.
To do so, tap on the Images… button on the bottom-right of the screen.
The recovery will now only see the image files, select the one you desire to flash, this could either be a system or boot image file.
Once you select, you will be prompted to select the type of image it is, select Boot or system corresponding to the image file you selected.
Finally, swipe the button on the bottom of the screen to start the flashing process.

Yeah did that. Works but it has some problems and also, it says its for Lenovo S660.
There are problems with the ROM as it keeps asking if I want to switch to SD card as default write disk, screen flickers bad...and its identifying the phone as a different model which can cause problems installing other apps not intended for this model....I'm guessing that last part.
Right now I am trying to find the latest stable Marshmallow ROM and not seeing one that works.
Any ideas? Too bad there is no Resurrection Remix ROM for this model.

Aweome ROM but autofocus is a problem. Any ideas, please?
Hi all
This is just the best ROM for my phone I've found, love it, but autofocus doesn't work with any of revisions of boot. I see the autofocus question still has no answer, that's very sad. Am I forced to upgrade to CM because of autofocus only? I like this vanilla Lolipop very much, everything works just great, battery runs 1,3 times longer than on stock Lenovo ROM
Let me know if I can help with testing
Thanks!

I guess you are on Marshmallow.
In TWRP 6.0.1 thread you can read this:
NOTE : For some reasons twrp gets replaced back with the stock recovery if we left the device to reboot into system after flashing. To overcome this issue untick the Auto Reboot from the options in Odin and flash the recovery by following the above steps. Now right after flashing is done, power off the device and power it on by holding [ VOLUME UP+HOME+POWER] to enter into the recovery and 'swipe to allow modifications'.

In Odin untick "auto-reboot" before flashing, having the file selected. This will prevent a bug that makes the stock recovery re flash over the custom one..

Version 2.82 is crap. Users of my toolkit had bootloops because of it. Use 2.79 instead.
Hi, I tried to flash supersu 2.79 and the result is the same.
In order to flash magisk 14, I have to do some particular procedure o I have to just flash it?
Edit: furthermore, I want to modify the host file in system partition. But if I use only magistik, I suppose to be not able to modify that partition.

Just wipe system, reflash your ROM and then flash Magisk. I didn't understand what you said about the 'host file', if you mean that you wanna use adaway then yes you should be able to use it
Yes, I means adaway. Thanks for your reply! Another information. I have to wipe also the data partition? It will be boring install again all my apps, SMS, and stuffs..

Your phone is encrypted if you didn't install magisk or supersu. If you want to install a new ROM you will have to format data (which means losing the internal storage too). But you don't need to wipe anything to instal Magisk. Just a suggestion, make a system backup
Thank you for your suggestions. I had reinstalled the system and I flash magisk 14. Anyway, now, when I open the application and I start the check, the app return:

Have you any solution about these problems?
Thanks

Alright. What did you do to install the system again with magisk? Tell me step by step
Ok, my steps:
1) Wipe caches, system, and data with twrp
2) flash the bootstack
3) flash the rom
4) flash magisk 14
5) flash again twrp (as precaution)
6) boot the os and config it
7) update magisk app mannualy with the last version
I also use a command (reboot disemmcwp) from twrp shell to enable the writing on system partition but the result was the same.
Maybe I have a solution (maybe). In twrp, I set the system partition as read only. Anyway, could I remove it without risk (as an overwriting of recovery or bootloader)?
Thank you.

You can Use the TWRP from MI8 and then you only have to edit the updater script in the custom.rom.zip
0. Use "MI8 TWRP" on "MI8 Explorer Edition" and install custom ROM
1. open downloaded custom "rom.zip"
2. go to -> \xiaomi.eu_multi_MI8Explorer_V10.0.4.0.OEHCNFH_v10-8.1.zip\META-INF\com\google\android\
3. edit -> updater-script
4. change -> getprop("ro.product.device") == "ursa" to getprop("ro.product.device") == "dipper"
5. enjoy
I use this recovery to flash new rom but now i can't find rise to wake any rom i flash.

Well the procedure is the same of MIUI rom, the difference is that i have builded first the rom and after converted it into a Treble AB Image.
1) Flash the firmware .48 Pie, unlock the BL and flash the Pitch Black Recovery
2) Assure that in recovery is unchecked the option "Disable DM Verity", format and wipe data, dalvik and cache and flash this force decryption - DO NOT WIPE SYSTEM OR VENDOR!
3) In the follow order flash first this boot patched for .48, then this system image and after latest Magisk.zip
4) Resize the system partition in the wipe advanced menu and reboot in system. These steps to follow are very important. You will take a bootloop but don't worry!
5) Return in recovery, flash the Permissiver V4 by ErfanAbdi and after reboot in system. New bootloop. Now return again in recovery and use the follow patch. Insert this file (by pitch black file manager) into system/system/etc/permissions (if you don't find this specific path means that don't have followed the steps correctly!) and give to it chmod 755
6) Now, at the next reboot, the rom should boot. Don't flash any zip of gapps, otherwise you will take a new bootloop.
I have realized this rom with ashusharma's trees modified by me and using the latest kernel asus .48 always patched by me, you can build other roms using these sources but remember always to convert the ROM into AB Treble Image with ErfanGSITool and apply the patches for bootloop.
That's all!!!
BUGS
Installation of Gapps or set of any security pattern lock create bootloop at reboot
