Hi, I wish to run Open Kirin for EMUI 9 but I'm not sure how to unlock my bootloader on EMUI 9, if it's possible how would I do it?

You need the bootloader code.
You use the command by ADB fastboot oem unlock as you normally do.
If you don't have the bootloader code, it downgrade to an older version of EMUI 8, get the bootloader code with Dc-unlocker and let the device update to EMUI 9, open the bootloader and install the rom.

To unlock your bootloader register your imei(main imei) and sn here: https://emui.huawei.com/en/plugin.php?id=unlock&mod=detail
After that,enter phone in fastboot mode, enter fastboot and write this command: fastboot oem unlock yourcode

I own a LON_AL00 MATE 9 pro, i had obtained the bootloader unlock code from huawei and unlocked the bootloader, but everytime i enter a fastboot command like flash recovery or oem relock it comes up with an error message saying failed remote command not allowed. Then after a week of trying thr bootloader relocked itself and the unlock code does not work anymore. Please help.
Fixed.. Huawei backup will lock bootloader and break TWRP, never use huawei backup or hisuite backup!!! Can be fixed only with a factory reset.

And as second question can u use my previous bootloader code (emui 5) to unlock emui 8 bootloader?
Use dload method to flash service ROM. I think there is service ROM for EMUI 8 now as well, at least for the European version of the phone I think, not really sure. The bootloader resets to state "locked". If you relock using "relock" in fastboot, it will show "relocked". And yes, you can use the same code to unlock again, it changes only if the motherboard in the phone gets changed.

but I cant unlock my device with received code.
I receive wrong code error on fastboot, when I entered front command => fastboot oem unlock (code)
all information entered on Huawei site is correct.
hisuite, fastboot and adb installed.
not more methods for unlocking my phone?

I got the phone on banggood with oneplus sticker with MEID and CM sticker...
if it is a branded phone how to get bin file or unlock code. The unlock_token page is not available in my region...
on fastboot screen i do not have any bootloader version nor baseband version...
Did you connect your phone to the internet and enable Bootloader Unlocking in Developer Settings?
