Hmm but I thought there was a way to check it through the command line? Anyways thanks for the reply
Edit: Ok never mind ignore this post

Mine has one and because of that it bricked

fastboot getvar anti
(Boot into fastboot mode - connect to computer and type this command into adb cmd)
The displayed output : 3 shall mean you're fine while 4 shall mean you're in the Anti-Rollback squad.
Or read here:

I've googled a lot without any clarifying results. My anti variable is 1 (not 3 nor 4), so I understand it's safe for now, but there's very little information about this value.

Guys
My anti rollback is 1 too. What does it mean?

If my ARB is 1; may i flash TWRP ?
And, after that, may I go from EEA 10.3.10.0 to MiGLOBE 10.3.12?

Yes but you need to format data

But, Zenderable
Do you know what was your ARB number when you did It?

Hi! My question is that I try to go from the weekly EU 9.8.8 to the Global International version that my device was bringing, but checking that my 9T has version 1 in the ARB and the Global Rom is version 0, so when trying to flirt over MiFlash skips "error check Anti rollBack".
Does anyone know if editing the Flash_All bat file and changing the 0 to 1, skip the check and allow me to flash the Global Rom? If so, would the device be dangerous or brickeary?
Enviado desde mi Redmi K20 mediante Tapatalk

Same question here. I've been trying some GSIs and I'd like to return to stock MIUI. Flashing through MiFlash fails because my anti is 1 and the EEA ROM my phone was supplied has anti=0.
Edit: I was able to reflash MIUI by using the latest MiFlash and installing it on a folder without any spaces in its name.

When I wanted to flash a rom using the flash tool I got the warning flashing was not possible due to rollback protection...

Epraes
Could you please explain It with more details?

Guys
My device 9t with eea 12.3.12 Stable has a antirollback number 1. May I flash twrp over It?
And, If yes, may after twrp to flash MiGlobe or xiaomi.eu?
These two have any kind of antirollback impact?

Sorry, as you didn't quote me I didn't get a notification of your message. The way I returned to stock MIUI was using MiFlash, but I made sure I installed the app in a folder without spaces, for example: C:\Xiaomi\Miflash . Not C:\Program Files\Miflash or anything like that.
That way I could flash the stock ROM without problems. Otherwise I got an error about antirollback protection.

I really need to know before i mess up.
Hello pleae clarify me . Thank you
I am currently on GLOBAL STABLE 10.3.11(PFJMIXM)
i have twrp(4pda) installed. So now can i flash .eu rom 10.3.14 or higher and later on can i revert back to 10.3.11 without any bootlooping or ARB issue
If yes then please tell me how to revert back to global stable 10.3.11 after flashing .eu 10.3.14
I have ARB value 1 on current stock rom(10.3.11) did you have the same?
Thank you.

I also had value 1 in antirollback.
But I cannot tell you if it's safe or not to flash xiaomi.eu or any other ROM. What I can tell you is that you can revert back to stock MIUI following the instruction on my previous message.

But,
Epraes, still with an Arp=1 you did succeed to flash the twrp? Which twrp do you use? And, How did you flash It?

so i flash with fastboot a global rom and then try to install this but i get message rom is in beta testing make sure you have signed in with a beta authorizes xiaomi account what i can do?
Hope this isn't a rash comment, but this ROM seems a bit sus to me. It's not available via OTA and it's not listed on MIUI.com as an available ROM or Fastboot ROM... That and the fact the previous poster mentioned that it comes with a Developer version warning seems a little dodgy.
I wouldn't recommend installing any ROMs that aren't provided by Xiaomi directly or created by XDA members.

I really wish the mods would take this thread down. It's a link to a random website containing a ROM that according to Xiaomi doesn't exist, yet the OP is inferring that it is an official "stable" release...this is fishy to say the least.
Definitely install at your own risk!
I received the OTA upgrade, however, I lose my root access. Has someone successfully rooted the 8.5 version? I have Mi Max Prime.
Thanks.
Got the OTA update the other day, dont know what i was expecting but everything is exactly the same, cant tell any differences from M to N.
Also keen or re-rooting.
We will get MIUI 9 at 25 August.

Mi Max 3 MIUI ROMs without firmware [fw-less]

Mi Max 3 MIUI ROMs without firmware
We all know that Xiaomi added Anti roll-back to latest Stable/Beta ROMs (8.8.17 China Beta | 9.6.12.0 China stable) for (Mi Max 3). Which means if you flashed an older fw/rom with a different (lower) anti version of your current one your device will be bricked!
Here I'll provide MIUI ROMs fully stock but without "firmware-update", to prevent any potential bricking while switching between Miui Based ROMs
This process is automated and provided as a part of Xiaomi Firmware Updater Project.

Stable/Developer Firmware-less ROMs
Notes:
After flashing any of the builds above you can't go and flash FULL Miui ROMs to downgrade, just stick to my modded versions if you want to use older MIUI builds
No matter which Anti you have, you can flash any of those ROMs with TWRP
These ROMs doesn't affect your phone bootloader in any way, so you can roll back to your old ROM after Flashing any of the above builds
One more time, those ROMs won't remove or change your anti.
Again, if your phone is anti 4, you can't just simply go and flash FULL older ROM, even after flashing Modded builds, so stick with my builds
Anti 4 users can flash any of those builds just fine

Hello I wanna ask,
Now that V9.6.6.0.OEDMIFD Global was released, I checked and it doesnt have anti-rollback (anti-1)
The problem is that some people are on anti rollback enabled (anti 4) roms and they want to get the global rom.
Is it possible for you to remove the firmware files from 9.6.6.0 and then make a version that allows anti-rollback people to downgrade / change their china rom to it?
Thanks and have a great day!

Should I buy k20 or 9t?

I'm asking it because on AliExpress the k20 has chinese rom originally, and the global rom is flashed after unlocked bootloader.
Te 9t has global rom officially.
Which is the better option? If I buy the k20, can I make it a full fledge 9t with working gpay, etc?
I'm asking it because there is a significant price difference between them.
Yes You Can After Unlocking BL ... You Just Have To Flash Fastboot Global ROM and you good to go
---------- Post added at 11:37 PM ---------- Previous post was at 11:25 PM ----------
See There Are 3 Versions Of The Same Devices
1. Chinese one
2. Indian one
3. Global one
( code names are also little bit different )
You can flash any ROM meant for any version to the device you buy .
FYI Giving Some Example Of SomeOne Who Faced Problem Regarding This.
[[[[[Ok guys I figured it out.Redmi K20 firmware starts with "Davincini" and 9T firmware starts with "Davinici" . So I have opened each of the "flash_all,flash_all_except_storage,flash_all_lock " with note pad plus and edited the words Davincini in the k20 fastboot rom to Davinci (9T) in the 8th and 9th row and flashed it with mi flash .It flashed perfectly . But forgotten to choose flash_all. So it relocked the bootloader. Now the front camera was not working.
There was a August update waiting . Updated now all is fine .Case closed.
Now again have to wait for 30 days to unlock the bootloader . Anyways back to miui 10 . So thanks . May be helpful to somebody...
K20 firmware starts with Davincini
9T frimware starts with Davinci...
Thanks Guys.............]]]]]

As you know this is the same phone basically and I would not say that the price is that much different yes it is cheaper a bit but is up to you if you want to play with ROM installation or get a ready to go Global version of Mi9t.

Basically? YES
But EURO B20 and B28 LTE bands are not present on K20 china, I guess.
And not sure the phones version are not region locked in case you relock bootloader like MI8 is.
It is a must have for MI9T global ea rom.
And please can somebody link me a comvert tutorial, or write it down, how to do it? (I think I will go with the k20) I don't want to mess up the phone.

If you don't want to mess it up and need a tutorial, it kind of mean that you should go with the mi9t
After all, it was clear to what to do as people post here. But if you still feel unsure on how to do it, it's better to don't.

I'm only asking because I want to be sure not to mess up. Before I had a a/b partition phone, so it's a bit different, that's why I'm a bit afraid but I like modding and custom roms (like I said currently using mi a2) so I will report here what phone was my choice.

I'm using 10 rom too currently on my mi a2 while waiting for the 9t. The reason I chose the 9t is that I doesn't need to flash roms right away when it arrives just to use gpay. I think miui 11 will be good, I would use it for 1-2 months when releases, and then custom roms later..

If Price Same then Mi 9T

how can I flash a different version of miui

Sorry if this post is duplicated but as you know it's killing us about waiting the global ota updates
So I read about the EEA ROM from this link
https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-9t/how-to/rom-miui-11-eea-t3985801
And I was thinking of installing it over the global one (PFJMIXM) but I am only requisting the steps of installing it as I don't have enough knowledge on how to install it
I have an unlocked bootloader btw
Think that's a beta and you need permission to install by applying for the beta I've done it days ago not heard from so maybe closed applications now, if it's same one I was going to flash
Sent from my Mi 9T using Tapatalk
Just you have to find the V10.3.15.0 of EEA fastboot rom(.tgz file format). Flash it via mi flash tool and you gonna get the OTA miui update. Thats what i have done. No need permission or something like that
Can any one provide some steps if possible ??

TWRP bootloop after flash EU firmware on K30 Pro/Poco F2 Pro

Hi all, I'm using Redmi K30 Pro 8/128Gb.
Recently i and some other guys facing issue TWRP boot loop after flash EU firmware, no matter it is EU stable or Dev.
I can ensure that i have followed exactly guideline in both case Install new/Update as in https://forum.xda-developers.com/poco-f2-pro/how-to/rom-xiaomi-eu-weekly-stable-miui-12-t4114423
But my phone always boot in to TWRP recovery after install(without any error in console)/Wipe Dalvik/Cache or Format.
At this time, there are some version of this device/which will support different Ram/Storage technology.
For example:
- Poco F2 Pro/Redmi K30 Pro with 6/128gb will have DDR4x/UFS3.0
- Poco F2 Pro/Redmi K30 Pro with 8/128 or 8/256gb will have DDR5/UFS3.1
I guess this may causing issue with some specific device. In my case, it's DDR5/UFS3.1

You can try because maybe you will not get problem like others. The TWRP is unstable for some specific device i think.
At this time, i have to miflash my phone to MIUI 12 China stable. Since there is no MIUI 12 for EEA or global released.
But in MIUI 12 China, i can't change font. Further that some app like Gmail, Facebook, Messenger,... receive notification slowly than normal

I don't like miui12 China, because it has a lot of advertisements, what's more it needs more RAM, 6gRAM isn't enough for miui12 china if you install a lot of softwares. I come from China, so the k30pro I bought was installed miui12 China. I often install aosp or lineage os after I bought it. However, aosp and lineage os aren't available, only gsi is available, but gsi has many problems, so I can only choose miuieu now

Just download the tgz firmware then flash it via miflash mode clear all.
I've read here:
https://unofficialtwrp.com/twrp-3-4-1-xiaomi-poco-f2-pro/
Download Files:
1. Magisk 20.03
2. vbmeta.img
3. twrp 3.4.1b Poco F2 Pro
4. Platform tools/adb Fastboot tools
Note: Flash vbmeta to fix any bootloop issue..
May be a solution. I haven't tested it so be careful.

Mind if I ask prior to flashing vbmeta.img, have you ever successfully boot into any xiaomi eu ROM on this phone? If no, did you mount anything in twrp and did you format your data?
same question! What was your step by step process?
-flashing twrp & vbmeta
-mount anything extra or not
-wipe or not?
-format data or not?
-install via USB or from a copy to storage?
-wipe dalvik/ cache afterwards?
then reboot to system after that then format or format before reboot?
-formating afterwards? (via 'format data in twrp' or 'fastboot -w' command in adb?)
- or no format at all?
Did you do anything with magisk or no_verity_opt_encrypt.zip?
They are writing you should flash that stuff. But I dont want any root I just want EU rom without Bootloop..
I was helped by the installation according to https://www.cyanogenmods.org/twrp-poco-f2-pro/ and platform-tools https://developer.android.com/studio/releases/platform-tools. Then install https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=8889791610682889649 and finally ROM.
