You have probably corrupted your EFS partition which has your baseband information.
You have to restore your baseband.
Check this out. It is for Lenovo K6 Note though the procedure is the same.

No Network

Hi good people, I am facing a problem. Around 8 hours back I tried calling someone but the call didn't connect so I restarted the phone and then I lost the network. I tried reboot, flashed different ROMs (unofficial CM14, cm13 nightly build n MM nougat backup), tried with GAPPS and without GAPPS but the problem is persisting. I even tried swapping the Sim cards before that but of no use. I tried debugging by using *#*#4636#*#* but ping test is failed and also there is "TURN RADIO ON" I believe ideally it should be "TURN RADIO OFF". please have a look at the screenshots. I'm almost dying without making important calls.
Update: Guys I have got it working.. Kindly look into my below posts. Please don't misguide people for small issues.
Thanks
In the screenshot we can also see, GSM SERVICE IS OFF. it stays the same even after clean flashing a new custom ROM.
Got it working. Flashed latest COS ROM file however the situation was still the same. Then I removed sim, switched on airplane mode restarted. After reboot inserted Sim then again restarted n then I got the signal
1. Removed Sim card, switched on airplane mode from both power menu and notification toggle.
2. Restart, inserted Sim card and switched off airplane setting from setting. (Notification toggle and power menu didn't work) then got the network.
Please note I tried with only one sim in sim 1 tray. Later I got the network for 2nd sim as well

Which rom did you flash and what was your method of flashing?
You also said simply flashing didn't work. It was what you did with reboot, aeroplane mode and taking out and reinsert the Sim that worked?
I've had the same problem for almost a month now... and i gave my phone to the service center. They called up to inform me that its a motherboard failure and they'll fix it.. I'll provide further info when I get my phone back (probably in 3-4 days)
P.S I tried almost every method to make it work. So if you couldn't make it work in first 2 days or so, dont waste your time and just give it for the servicing (make sure its in Stock OS so that they dont ask any questions about root xD )

I flashed almost every latest ROM. But no ROM got the network back. So as a last resort I flashed COS 12.1 and still didn't get the network. Then I removed both the sims, activated flight mode restarted the device, left it couple of minutes and inserted only one sim in first slot. Holla I got the network. Then everything is back to normal
If u r facing the same problem I would suggest u to activate flight mode n restart. If it doesn't work try by removing sim cards, if it still doesn't work try COS 12.1.

Usual procedure of flashing. Wipe cache, dalvik, system and data. Flash ROM + Gapps. Reboot
Try to search in the forum. There is a lot of threads with the same problem with the Zuk Z1. It is a hardware problem.

Your modem and baseband sections may be damaged. Modem structure is hidden under qualcomm structure. To Access and repair those sections, you need to do some modifications. I managed to make my Zuk Z1 worked again with some tweaking. Altering that part of the phone is illegal due to its restricted elements such as IMEI number. That's why I cannot post a tutorial here. İt is not allowed. However, I can help you if you personally contact me. I hope you get your signal back soon.

Please follow xda rules and don't tell people illegal things where they get in trouble. Keep in mind, that's not an illegal forum
Sure thing but I have already mentioned it. I didn't post anything illegal. So, take it easy.

Solution :- 2 Solutions
1. As of now, Only 19s Modem/Baseband Just flash it..

This part is we gonna know how to fix VoLTE
FIX 1 :- Little complicate
1. Download Stock 19s ROM

1. Open Settings -> Sim Settings. Now set Call, Data & SMS to Jio..
2. Now open sim 1/Jio sim cellular setting & Enable Data roaming.
3. Now Go in Access Point Name & Create New APN as given follow.. Only 3 things to set.
1. APN name :- ims
2. APN :- IMS
3. APN Type :- IMS
& save.
PS :- APN & APN type is in Capital letters.. You have to set it as given because due to bug, if APN type get small letter, Setting get wiped after save.
4. Now set Jio Internet as default & close settings.
5. Now open Dialer & click on right top 3 Dots & select setting.
6. Set Make calls with JIO & then click on Sim 1 which is Jio.
7. After that click on IMS settings
8. In IMS setting, Set VT call quality to High
Here you will face 1 bug..
After clicking VT calling service, you will see 2 options :- High & Low..
But even after selection you can't see which is selected.. Just ignore it..
Now go back, Close Dialer & Reboot Phone...
Now open dialer.. You can see little change in sim icon..
Done.... Enjoy VoLTE calling on JIO sim..
FIX 2:- More simple
This fix is for those who are already on LineageOS(M prefer Clean flash)

LINK :- Click Here
2. Flash it with TWRP.

That means after every reboot after to set VT settings to high, does it successfully change? or still gets stuck on unknown?? And after doing this this, is your volte now working fine even after reboot?
currently I'm using both Sims and volte is working fine but after reboot it breaks so I didn't reboot my ph since 3 days

OnePlus 2 VOLTE Sign Disappear

Hello Friends , I have OnePlus 2 ( oxygen OS 3.6.1) with JIO on my 1st sim slot . Many times the VOLTE icons disappears from the status bar although the signal is full on the sim and the data is working .After VOLTE icons disappears I cant make any call from the sim and I dont have any other choice than disabling the sim card and re enabling it to bring the VOLTE back which is quite frustrating . Any help on this ?
Try resetting the network settings within your sim card menu. Revert if issue persists.
Hey I already tried network resetting but nothing works
perhaps reflashing the modem firmware file of 3.6.0 or 3.6.1 will solve your issue. Link is in the lineage OS 15 thread. Search for the keywords you'll get it. If you don't I'll link.
Hey send link didn't find it plz

I am also facing this issue recently.
I Tried reflashing the OS to 3.6.0 and 3.5.6 but same issue still persists. I cleaned Data and cache too.
(Jio VOLTE is now only working in SIM1 slot. Previously it used to work in SIM2 slot too. Even after flashing to older OS, facing same issue)
No success yet.

CustomRom or stock?
Same problem,
You got any solution?
Hi all,
The problem is with the baseband. Unlocking the bootloader corrupts the EFS for some devices like mine, though the IMEI was shown properly.
I had to totally restore my baseband, calls are fine now even on non-VoLTE network.
Check out this thread.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/k6-power/how-to/guide-restore-baseband-k6-note-imei-t4007861
And for the second SIM issue which a few people experience:
1. In stock ROM, primary mobile data SIM is set to LTE/WCDMA/GSM by default, but that is not the case with custom ROM (atleast in my case).
2. To get the second SIM slot work properly, manually set the network to GSM for your second slot (in case if your second slot is not your primary mobile data slot).
3. If you have changed the primary data SIM to your second slot, you have to set the first slot to GSM manually from network settings (this will not change automatically) and set your second slot to LTE/WCDMA/GSM. Your second slot will receive signal and connect to the network now.
Thanks,
tfr.
