are there any developer who are working for latest android for nx591j (nubia z17 lite)?
Highwaystar_ru was the one who released lineageOS but it was quickly abandoned and not updated anymore. I see some new players (cerberus team) which created android 9.0 for z17 mini. Any news?

Which model did you have? I mean for zte nubia z17 lite.
I think it was the nxt591j too but not sure

there are big deferences between ZTE Nubia Z17 & ZTE Nubia Z17 MINI
MINI IS ANDROID 6
ZTE Nubia Z17 ANDROID 7
both have references hardware and software
posting about ZTE Nubia Z17 MINI on this page I believe is not correct, the reason is people may get confused and download something not related to their devices & get broken.
please STOP posting any about ZTE Nubia Z17 MINI & please create a page related to (ZTE Nubia Z17 MINI) and don't mix things between too deferent devices.
I agree. As I already told to some people in posts, the Z17 is NOT the Z17 mini at all. Downloading something for the Z17 on a Z17 mini (or vice versa) would brick the phone and given the lack of knowledge on these phones would mean a real brick. Z17 mini posts should be removed and put in a new section.
I've ask for a z17 mini section but actually an admin said me that our z17mini community was not enough developped

The Z17 section was not very developed at first either. The first days (weeks ?) of the section only contained a single post with links to download the wallpapers. I don't see the reason why the Z17 mini should not have its own section. Besides the Z17 mini is sold internationally, which is not the case of the Z17 so the Z17 mini section should be more legit than the Z17 one. Maybe it's simply due to the fact that the Z17 is a flagship which is not the mini.

Clean android from xiaomi? Is there any hope they would release stock android version for older devices?
Now they have 4 release channels:
MIUI Global Stable
MIUI Global Developer (Beta)
MIUI Chine Stable
MIUI Chine Developer (Beta)
Adding a 5th one, wouldn't be a problem. Or am I wrong?

This is an Android One product, which means the software updates will directly come from Google and NOT Xiaomi. Which is the best news for Xiaomi fans, looking at their software update routine (which is abysmal).

Incorrect. Even though it's on Android One program, the updates will be handled by Xiaomi and not Google.

For one moment, I thought I'm browsing MIUI forum. Thanks for reminding me about that cancer forum and posts.
They are probably gonna f**k stock android up with their spyware and adwares.
Is this linked with Redmi Note 3? I don't think as A1 is going to be different device with different hardware right?
I doubt they are going to do anything for devices that are a year old or older.

Well i asked on Openkirin's support group on telegram about bugs and they told me that every rom comes with sound and microphone bug sometimes due to strange implementation that huawei/honor made originally. So with that in mind i'm very scared about trying to flash because i NEED a working microphone. Anyone on H8 facing this bug? Are you facing other bugs? Should i stay on EMUI 8 for now? Tell me your toughts
flashed every openkirin rom (LOS, OMNI, CARBON, RROS, androidP with android features) Los had i think the best battery but i enjoyed carbon and omnirom the best
You could go to android P but i have strange bootloop if i set fingerprint
cameras are great on openkirin roms
just flash every one if you have time, you wont regret it

I don't know, the team was talking about the Openkirin's ones. But yes, all Openkirin Roms have those bugs they said

I tried the Kirin GSI AOSP Android 9.0 Pie ROM, it overheats the phone when I'm charging it. Are there any other Pie ROMs that I can install on my phone or I have to wait until the OpenKirin team makes a stable Pie GSI?

This takes me to a file sharing site that needs scam surveys to download, so I can't download it. Other ideas?
At the moment, there isn't a good rome (Pie 9.0 is intended) that meets your requests. So i think is better to wait for an openkirin release (wich should come not so far....)

How did you flashed the Pixel Experience GSI on H8...It didn't boot up for me on my device...

There is an oreo rom for huawei g7 first type mokee huawei g7 in search then once you are on the forum go to download linke and you should see huawei g7
Nougat nightly downloads as well as oreo dont mind if the device is named honor 4x still works with huawei g7 which i am using an have downloaded this rom successfuly

the navbar and the adaption from 7.1.2 must be installed for oreo?

Tried this and phone doesn't boot. Goes straight to fastboot.
We're the last people to use this phone. We're on our own.

phone is a zombie still functional but kills me sometimes. i am waiting mi a3/a3 lite. Update is life.

Has anyone the pixel experience Rom (Android Pie) unofficial for the Huawei p9 lite please ?
It's wiped out of internet ! couldn't find neither on sourceforge where tutorials were headed to nor in pixelexperience website..
It's the same rom for honor 5c and honor 7 lite since they both have the same HiSilicon Kirin 650.
I would be thankful to any user providing me this rom.

Pixel Experience P unofficial ROM requires Project Treble support. Unfortunately, P9 lite isn't Project Treble compatible device , (Project Treble requires Android 8+) . There's no way to install this Custom ROM on device with Kirin 650.

Advice to you. Dont flash custom rom. I installed it and got no performance. And the battery life is getting very low
