How to get Camera2api (raw/dng) working on V520KL ....anyone? - Asus ZenFone AR Questions & Answers

Hi all, was wondering if anyone here knows how to get CAMER2API (raw/dng) camera working on the V520KL.
The V520KL (Zenphone V) has been rooted, via a method of flashing the V520KL ENG, then edl/QFIL what I believe is stock img within a customized package........method was provided by user "IDLeon" on another XDA thread.
I tried editing the build.prop 3 different ways but it does not take and it does NOT enable Camera2API. I have done this successfully on other devices ........but the Zenphone V, seems to be tricky.
There are 2 or 3 other Zenphones that use the same main camera sensor as the V520KL including the V570KL.
Anyone familiar with what it would take to possibly enable this properly on the V520KL?

Asus Zenfone 3 Kernel ? How to flash Kernel (ZE552KL)

Happy New Year XDA members ! I hope someone can help me. Generally i try to flash Kernel that Asus officially provide at their website.
The phone is unlock Bootloader, installed TWRP recovery and rooted successfully. But when i try to flash Kernel give`s me error :
Cannot find path specific " META-INF\com\google\android\update-script "
I suppose this path is for ROM so of course cant`t find it. It is a Kernel not rom.
Search a lot for this but cannot find anything.
Basically i have issue with my camera. When try to focus the whole pictures moves like stabilization is not attach and i can hear a noise clicking. It is horrible because hard to use camera and i hope to be some software/ driver issue.
Thanks a lot !

https://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone2/development/rom-cleanstock-mm-z00aww-4-21-40-144-t3492278
There's a video link (Portuguese but very much understandable ) with the full tutorial (including MM bootloader upgrades and bootloader unlock)
Hope this helps!

Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
@GuilhermeXtreme is an excellent guy for his valuable support.
He tried his best to help me install CleanSTOCKLL and CLEANStockMM on my Asus Zoom device, but apparently the ROM supported by him is for ZOOA (ZE551ML)
My device is Z00X (ZX551ML)
Asus did a huge mistake (I assume) in naming roms for 2 different devices same.
On installing above ROMs which you have specified, mobile works fine but Mobile Network and Camera will not.
Infact @GuilhermeXtreme tried his best to help me for 2 days, to fix the issue.
At present I am on Stock Lollipop with stock recovery
(unrooted device)

Lenovo A3500-F questions for ROMs, safe mode, multiuser etc.

Hi everybody,
for this one I am still looking for some solution to either switch off save mode or setup multiple users / profiles.
As posted here I could not get multiple users/profiles to work.
Also switching off safe mode is not possible with installed ROM.
So can please someone tell me whether I can update the ROM (e.g. using a custom firmware or so) or how to be able to setup multiple profiles / users which are working?
Thanx in advance!
Bye

Redmi K20 (davinci Indian device) sensors not working

Hi awesome XDA Devs and fellow Redmi K20 / Mi 9T users, hope you & your family are doing well. I need help, I own a Redmi K20 (davinci) - Indian device. I had installed Pixel Experience rom, which I didn't like and wanted to roll back to stock rom. But without reading the guide to flash fastboot rom, I flashed the back up I had taken via TWRP. Apparently, my phone was bricked and I had to enter EDL mode via CMD and flash the stock rom which showed some error, but the phone booted to stock rom. Everything is working fine, even the touch-fingerprint sensor is working. All the other sensors aren't, also, native camera's rear video recording has stopped working, it just freezes. However, I use gCam PX by cStark which records the video without any issue. I tried a lot of things from a lot of XDA posts & guides, but to no avail. I took my device to the official service centre (Mumbai), they couldn't fix the sensors' issue.
