Activesync locked my phone... Please help.

Hi All,
I mistakenly entered my password and Activesync locked my phone.
I was running the Litening rom which allowed me to load Clockmod and copy my data off. I then re-flashed it with the Litening ROM again but after initial configuration the screen lock comes on and asks for a password.
I re-flashed again and tried to change the screen lock but it asks for the password to change.
Finally I thought it was something wrong with the Litening ROM so I installed the Check5Rom performed initial configuration and the screen lock is still there!?
Has anyone else had the same issue with Activesync locking the device?
I own my phone and was using Exchange at the company I am consulting at, mistakenly I didn't use Touchdown otherwise I could have avoided this.
Is there anyway to fix this without having to the Exchange admit and get him to type in the unlock password?
Any help would be awesome
I thought activesync was windows mobile only, times move on... not sure this would lock your phone now, try clearing all ROM data, partition and dalvic and reinstall ROM. alternatively if you have a backup on clock that should solve it. Unless you are talking about a password in windows or something, i'm confused to be honest.
I created an Exchange account under "Accounts and Sync" which allowed me to connect to the company's Exchange/OWA Server.
Unfortunately I didn't read the fine print and when I messed the password up it locked my phone ;(
full reflash then
ask your exchange sync admin to remove the lock?
Thanks guys for helping. I had to put the original Samsung Galaxy S2 rom back on and remove the custom roms totally.
I followed this blog post that showed how to put I9100XXKH3 back on my phone.
This got me back to 2.3.4. When I rebooted it still asked me for a password, I failed it on purpose 3 times and it wiped my phone. When it rebooted after the wipe I was back to a new rom and I could reset the screen lock.
Not sure if it is an issue specific to Litening rom? But from now on I am using Touchdown rather than native active sync on my phone.
Thanks again everyone!

Problem after factory reset.

Hello, first apologize for my bad English.
I have a problem with my P9 Lite VNS-L21.
I made Wipe data / Factory reset, but now I can not get my Google Account.
Requires my last synchronized account. To my regret, I always exclude this option.
When I'm in my profile, I see when I was in the phone, even before the factory reset.
Is there a way, through my account, to fix the phone?
Hello again. I fixed my phone!
I want to share with you about future problems.
The moment you ask for the account of the last synchronized user, wait a little and the system asks if you have forgotten your profile. Click on a forgotten account and prompts you to set an alternate email or phone number. You choose what you have set to retrieve your email, and send you a confirmation code. Enter the code in your phone and your email appears and enter your password accordingly. My phone starts right away.

Help! Stuck in google verify!

I have been trying to reboot a used phone I have bought. The Samsung Galaxy J3 (6). Yes, there is a 6 after the J3 inside of a little circle. Apparently this is the closest thing that xda has to it on the forums. I have tried everything I could find on the internet to get around this google verify problem from the previous user. I have used the emergency caller to basically access everything on the phone. I have attempted to change the google account through settings, I have installed new apps to access other areas, I have have tried to downgrade Google Account Manager to disable the "error" problem in the quick shortcut app. This last method didn't work due to the phone not letting me be able to downgrade. I have installed the rootjunkie's samsung unlocker apk and got to settings. I have factory reset from here twice, with and without a password. Both did not do a thing for me. I am out of ideas. can anybody help me out here?

The issue is FRP. Someone has factory reset from recovery instead of settings.
If you can get into settings as you say then set up another Google account then switch to that account.
Restart and log into that account.
Which firmware build is the device running?

I have tried to add a Google account through several methods as well. Through settings, through Gmail app, through play store. All of which keep taking me to the same verification check screen, but it allows me to back out to the settings again.

My version is 6.01 I believe. But I cannot downgrade to the 6.01 Google account manager with new security stuff.
Your device is nearly identical to J320A & J320AZ.
I am unsure if you need to enable "oem unlock" from Dev options to flash the kernel.
But if Odin let's you this method should get you going.

Z300M Lost Gmail account tablet locked

Hi to everybody. The little son of my friend has done a disaster.
So I've reset the Z300M under recovery.
He has lost everything about the Gmail account, no password, questions for receovery, telephone number for recovery, email for recovery. Nothing, the gmail address is lost.
So I've created a new account and tried to use it. It is impossible, because the system asks for login with the old email (and password) for using the new one.
I don't know what to do any suggestion?
Thanks

This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a google account that was previously synced on thos device.

Hello everyone,
I got a phone Galaxy A 20 and called Boost mobile to sim unlock the phone, what they did.
When done I factory reseted the phone. Now when I try to add an account I got a "your phone was factory reset., type the password to unlock it. If I bypass the request I get "This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a google account that was previously synced on those device."
I don't have those information, is there something I can to to really reset the phone and not get this message?
Thanks
This means that your phone has google lock, also known as FRP (someone forgot to log out from google account). It is possible to bypass it (i successfully did it on Lenovo Tab M10, Lenovo Tab 3 7 and Nokia 5.1 Plus), but sometimes it can be difficult. According to this video, you can enter settings by crashing the setup wizard app. I think installing Apex Launcher is unnecessary, you can search for the Pin Windows feature. I didn't tested it, but I think this should work.
