Need Help! Samsung galaxy Note FE SM-N935s Bootloop fix - Samsung Galaxy Note FE Questions & Answers

Guys i badly need your help! I recently bought a Galaxy Note FE with issues. The owner tried to root it he said and after trying to root it the phone bootlooped. He has no knowledge about this stuff so he decided to sell it. I Thought i can fix it by just flashing the stock firmware thru odin. I downloaded all the necessary files and after successfully flashing, it is still in the same bootloop. (Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition logo appears then Blue screen with android saying installing system update, then No Command) I can't enter recovery mode either. what should i do?
I noticed in download mode the FRP and OEM Lock is on. Please i really need your help
Edit:I found out that the phone is a Korean Variant and is branded by a carrier but i asked the owner and he said that it was unlocked

When you hold volume up + volume down and then power button phone will reset. Then fastly take your hands to volume down + home + power. When you see galaxy note fan edition take your hands from power button. Phone will go into download mode. Then you can use odin.

[Q] My i9505 stuck logo" samsung galaxy S4..."

hi, today, My i9505 stuck logo" samsung galaxy S4...".
I tried to start a firmware from the Odin app
When I restart my devices can't start, on display "samsung galaxy s4 GT-i9505"
I tried to do the process from rooting the phone, with odin without any luck.
I cant boot into recovery volume up + home + power. It only comes a red pirate android. And it reboots to the Samsunng logo again?
Is there any hope for me?
Please help

Hi Terje
I had almost the same issue since yesterday with my Gt-i9505, with the only exception that recovery mode was still accessable. But everytime i tried to restore a prevoius backup i was stuck again in the logo screen.
Sadly I can't provide you with a link directly since i don't have enough posts. But try to google "droidview unbrick galaxy S4"
My galaxy is finally working again. It is an easy and well written tutorial, so I hope it will help you too.
Good luck!
you don't have to go to recovery, but into download mode and try to reflash with Odin. One thing to be careful: you need to make sure that Odin recognizes the phone...

flash a recovery TWRP
wipe /data /system /cache /dalvik
then flash a fresh/latest firmware through odin and remove mem card and sim card re-insert
hope it works

Samsung Galaxy S4 will not get past the Samsung "Custom" Bootscreen

Dealing with a Samsung Galaxy S4 that will not get past the Samsung "Custom" bootscreen.
The ROM was stock Android KitKat. It was rooted, and Safestrap recovery was installed. The Xposed Framework was also installed. The device was working fine.
Then the power button broke, so installed Power Button to Volume Button and Shutdown & Reboot.
Then used Shutdown & Reboot to reboot. The phone rebooted to the Samsung "Custom" bootscreen, but did not progress beyond that.
Have not been able to get past the Samsung "Custom" (black) bootscreen since then. :crying:
Here's what's been done:
Tried to enter Safe Mode
Pulled the SIM card out
Pulled the battery out
Put the battery back in
Pressed (and held) the volume-down button while putting the battery in
Nothing has helped or been successful.
There was no microSD card in the device, so all the data is on it's internal storage.
At the least, I would like to get all the data off.
At best, I'd like to get the phone working again.
TIA. :highfive:
Is this an AT&T sgh-i337 phone?
Stuck at the boot logo normally means you have soft bricked it. The only way to recover is to find the correct factory firmware for you device and flash it via Odin. Make sure it the correct firmware! Flashing the wrong one is a problem.

Stuck in booting screen

Hi Guys, I just DOWNgraded my S7 Edge from 7 to 6.0.1 via ODIN. After completing the process my phone is stucked in the "Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, powered my android" boot screen. I cannot seem to enter download mode anymore. What can I do now?

Try a hard reset from buttons...probably ur sticker bexoz u downgraded
Samsung has warned already that it's not safe to downgrade after updating to 7.0. Since the bootloader gets upgraded it will cause problems. If you have good skill in software you can manage.

I've upgraded to 6.0.1 to 7.0 then downgrade again to 6.0.1 many times on my G935F without encountering any problems. I prefer MM with Xposed better than 7.0.
If phone doesn't boot after upgrade or downgrade, I just do factory reset/wipe data in Recovery.
But because the phone doesn't have a detachable battery, to go to Recovery you have to press Vol down + Power + Home first then when screen goes black you have to immediately press Vol up + Power + Home buttons to go to Recovery.

have you solve this issue? i'm facing the same problem...please help...
Downgrade is possible without repartioning? Any advanced member guide pls. If you are flashing files separately, you will need the pit file too to downgrade and if you are flashing with full rom image in single tar file containing pit file , then its ok , i think in major os change partition table changes , so any advanced member opinion about downgrading process is needed.

Galaxy S7 edge (SM-G935F) stuck at 'Samsung Galaxy S7 edge'

I got stuck at the 'Samsung Galaxy S7 edge' boot screen and not the 'Samsung' animated boot screen and I can't make the phone work again. I got stuck one more time in the same day but at the 'Samsung' animated boot screen and I got out by entering in the Odin/Download mode and installing the stock ROM of Android 6.0.1.
Here is a list with what I tried:
- Force restart (with power button + volume down)
- Wipe cache partition
- Wipe all the data
- Mount /system
- Install stock ROM of:
- Android 6.0.1 (of my country)
- Android 7.0 (of my country)
- Android 6.0.1 (of UK which got stuck at ~90% in the download mode)
- Install root in download mode
The installation of root and stock ROMs didn't affected anything. I also can't get into safe mode because I am the the 'Samsung Galaxy S7 edge' logo not 'Samsung'.
I would really appreciate if anyone could help me :good:
I had this as well. I had to take my phone to a Sprint repair center nearby because nothing worked. Constant boot loop. Off and on Samsung splash screen. Tried flashing stock rom via Odin, multiple USB cables, nothing. I downloaded the firmware for the Korean snap model instead. So my lte wouldn't work, and because I flashed the 4 files( modem, pda, etc.,) said my service provider was KT Twophone service.
But it made calls so I was happy enough. Tried OTA update. Boot loop.
PRL update.. nope..
Took to Sprint and they were puzzled, as the Knox counter had not been tripped and device status was official. Honestly I think Samsung shipped Korean variants to Sprint. Because the bootloader is locked, how can I change the bootloader right? So even tho I flashed Korean BL to it, it still showed Sprint. My guess is you need MSL code from Sprint. Haven't asked for mine yet as I do not own my phone yet so they won't give it out.
