Mi A1 stuck bootloop - Xiaomi Mi A1 Questions & Answers

HI guys please help me,, i upgraded to android pie via ota,, and my wifi was not working after updating and mac address was showing 02:00:00:00, so i decided to factory reset but it didn't help,
Then i downgraded to 8.1 nov rom, after that it keeps on bootlooping, flashed many times with clean and clean and lock, still not working.
i can go to fastboot mood , edl mode, bootloader unlocked,, please help me

I suggest clean flash last official rom on xiaomi site using Mi Flash tool.
I think this is the only correct return to the basic ROM
for more is your choice.

i have done that.. still in bootloop

Try this solution

tried.. no luck bro

any help here? between i again flashed pie update through twrp, and its working again,,, but i am not able to downgrade and wifi still showing random address or 02:00:00:00 sometimes

Check for IMEI with *#06#
Is correct or not?
What Pie update did you flashed?

imei is correct , but wifi mac has changed

Have you fixed ?

Phone keeps rebooting and doesn't detect sim cards

Hey guys, I am facing a weird problem.
I was running the January patch, rooted with magisk, but I was facing some problems so I decided to return to the December Oreo patch.
I flashed the official patch (xiaomi firmware site) and I did a clean flash but after I flashed it when my phone booted it wouldn'1 detect my sim card and it reboots every minute and it's unusable because it keeps rebooting.
I tried flashing the January patch again but the same problem remained and it wasn't fixed.
I tried returning to the Nougat but when I flash the official firmware image, my phone enters a bootloop and doesn't start.
I don't know what caused this problem but I need help.
Update: wifi doesn't work either.
Try to flash the .18 nougat build with miflash, if I remember right it maybe could fix your issue. Nothing to loose anyway and do a clean flash.
Flash persist.img from August build, I'm sure it'll work.

No signal / IMEI after flashing Superman Rom

Hi Guys, hopefully someone will be kind enough to help me out here!
So I flashed my S7 Edge with Superman Rom a week or so ago and loved the Rom itself, however all I have got since is no signal, no imei, and won't read my sim. I've tried everything I can 're flashing Rom, trying to replace efs file (no backup as it got deleted ☹) and tbh I really haven't a clue what else to try.
I did try to refresh a stock nougat Rom through Odin but this now fails due to boot.img ?
So bloody lost.
If anyone has any ideas what to try I would be really greatful.
Cheers
Matt

Thank you mate! ...seems that the firmware I was flashing was not the newest version so couldn't update the boot to flash. Downloaded most recent Oreo and it flashed through dirty. Had to then flash TWRP and new root before installing would complete past the dreaded 'No Command' with yellow triangle screen! (Probably my fault for dirty flash - but just incase yours doesn't fully wipe if you get same problem as me). Rebooted and Oreo installed no probs and both my signal and IMEI have returned!
Custom ROM flashed and all still working no probs.
Much appreciated for the help!

basically this is how it went, installed an android 10 rom, it was buggy so i flashed back to stock miui with adb to fully reset everything, installed a recovery and went back to pixel experience
now the phone won't recognize my sim card and wont find any wifi connections, miui also did not find any wifi connections and wont recognize the sim either
am i screwed? is my device bricked?
Have you used the tool from xiaomiflash.com for the stock ROM?
Probably lost IMEI too? Modem could be broken and needs to be reflashed. No way without edl i guess. I dont know. Needs some pro advice. I would like to know about this too.

No one has the answer for that.
seems like mi bricking old devices intentionally, whats the point of using stock rom when you cannot trust the company that's providing the update. Not to mention android 10 isn't gonna come to stock.
Did u fixed it?

Xiaomi mi 9T Brick? Black screen, no flash possible/ No hallo package found

Hello Everyone,

I needed to Authenticify and so I did then I get an error again that I should turn off find my phone. So I went on my MiCloud and I wanted to turn off "find my phone" but the micloud told me that there ist no phone connected and I should turn on Find my phone on the phone itself but I can't because I got no software installed.
I tried everything, even Installing Twrp via CMD but no luck.....
please Hepl!!!!!!!
Did you make sure you could downgrade from MIUI 12 to MIUI 11? You should read about Anti-Rollback Protection.

It is possible that you hard bricked your phone by doing this.
Also, did you upgraded and downgraded using twrp?

Hello, thank you for your respond!
Yeah i think that I hardbricked my phone, I was dumb and didn't took precoutions while downgrading.
no I used twrp first but It won't reboot into twrp when I reboot the phone, so I installed the latest version of Orangefox and flashed the rom with Orangefox.
