Can anyone help me finding the POLADIAG.nbh. My friend have a Polaris devices and both the BT and HW keys have stopped working. Weired !!! I've flashed a stok firmware+ Stock Radio, and nothing.
I've got a Polaris and a Raphael too, but I've never seen a problem like this before.
So can anyone please provide me the (POLADIAG.nbh tool to make a diag on his Polaris. ( and too bad, his device have no more warranty. )
Btw I've searched this forum and other forums before I opened this post , there's some reference to POLADIAG.nbh but no file to download anywhere.

I am using defy baseband switcher v4.0 and it shows unable to detect your baseband configuration, it's possibly damaged. reset to default?
I tried to reset it using the option given, then the phone reboots and then if I tried to change the baseband this error comes again.
I am not able to connect to 3gnetwork

if your BB is damage or curoptes you are deep in to noware.. then you need to get a new Main board for your phone = the cost of a new phone.

I renamed that system/etc/motorola/bp_nvm_default and used the baseband switcher from here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1203297) to reset it to dafault and bingo it worked like a charm.

i think i'm having a problem similar to this one...
i have a defy plus with standart 2.3.4 and accidentally downgraded it to froyo 2.2..
so i flashed the famous chinese firmware (2.3.6) and installed MS2Ginger 4.0 but i cannot get any signal..
when i use the baseband switcher i get this same error:
"unable to detect your baseband configuration, it's possibly damaged. reset to default?"
so i renamed this directory (system/etc/motorola/bp_nvm_default) and used this baseband switcher.. but it still doesn't work..
any ideas?
please help meeee!

i thought it may be some rom incompatibility but it seems i cannot change the rom anymore.. because it would brick again..

i would like to thank you all for doing somuch developments for spice dream uno.
now to my question.
1. i downloaded the stock rom 2 days back and can open the zip file without any errors so are the links updated with non carrupted rom?
2. is there any way to flash this rom using fastboot?
are the new links to the rom posted?

I had cm12 rom on my spice dream uno and i wanted to put the stock rom back and i flashed it perfectly and after i flashed it, I'm not able to power on the device. There's no response! please help me out dev!

If you can explain how to connect mobile to pc it will be better. I find very difficult to connect. If you explain how to unlock boot before flashing it will be helpful for us. Anyhow I have connected the mobile to pc but after flashing mobile become dead. Now how to resolve this problem.

Phone restart continously when sim insterted
hello everyone,
i got the stock rom from this site for my android one, but when i flashed that ROM my phone was dead. Even i got everything, same mentioned in the tutorial. but not use of it, still it's dead. so i've paid and serviced my phone. and i've lost the IMEI of my phone and got it fixed from the shop.
And i rooted the device once again, it went good for a week, suddenly my phone turned off anonymously. now when i inserted my sim to any of my phone slot. it's not turning on properly and even if it turns on, it goes down and restarts continuously. so i've removed my sim , it works better than before.
please help me to fix this problem of restart and sim issue. pls pls
So this will unroot my phone as well? I'll get ota updates from google?

I've been having this problem for a few days now. Whenever I try to make a call, it gives me the message, "Mobile Network Not Available." I am able to connect to Wi-Fi without a problem but I cannot make or receive phone calls or text messages - only "EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY" I thought it was because I had weak signal at home so I traveled somewhere else but still, with little success.
I've tried everything I can think of. I have:
- Factory reset it (many many times)
- Removed the SIM card and put-it-back-in trick
- Put my SIM card onto another phone and had no mobile network problems on that phone
- Airplane Mode On>Turn off phone> Turn back on phone> Turn off Airplane mode
- Create a new APN under T-mobile settings
- Turned the Radio off and back on again
- Went to Settings>More>Mobile networks>Network operators>T-Mobile and it gives me "Your SIM card does not allow a connection to this network." and sometimes, "Cannot connect to this network, please try again later"
- Turned on "Use only 2G Networks"
- Turned on "Data Enabled"
- Turned on and off "Data Roaming"
- In the Setting>About Phone>Status, it says,
"Network: Unknown"
"Mobile Network Type: UNKNOWN:0"
"Mobile Network State: Disconnected"
I have tried all of this and I am still unable to make or receive calls and text messages. Anyone, please help me !!
one more thing its all started after I cut my sim card from full size to mini from a shop........

It is caused by sp flash tool.
Use this flash tool to solve problem

thanks for this tool bro really very thanks but this tool would not search my device as i connect my phone i can hear connecting sound from windows and after 3-5 seconds its disconnect by it self :crying: i have tried a lot of things but its not working like use new data cable and reinstall all tools and drivers.

You bricked your handset.. Try wiping cache.. if it doesnt work then u need a fresh install..

when you took it to the shop they do a fresh install.. Rooting generally does not create such problems because you just flash a su zip file.. The problem is not related to rooting.. Its a software bug and you need to get it fixed by the service center and remember to unroot before doing so.

This is my first every post, so please overlook any mistake or rules I may be breaking. Thank you.
I've a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime SM-G531H DUAL SIM. What happened was that I forgot the password to my G-mail ID, also I wanted to refresh my device so I did a hard-reset. After the hard-reset was complete, the device asked me to enter my G-mail ID which I did not remember. After some research on the internet I tried to flash the stock rom that I downloaded from SamMobile through ODIN. Unfortunately, it failed due to the FRP being ON.
Also I found out how I could have solved the problem earlier by using OGT cable, but I realize its too late for that now. Now, I can't start my cell-phone so that I can disable the FRP and I can't disable the FRP because I can't flash any ROM. I've been trying to solve this problem since 6 continuous hours.
Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you very much.

I'm Having the same problem, tried to flash using ODIN V3.10 but it stuck at FRP Lock and fail flashing.
I had tried Kies, but it cannot identify my S/N. Please Help

So I made a stupid and disconnected the phone while it was flashing in miflash. It won't turn on and fastboot and recovery mode don't work but edl mode does.
I've tried to flash:
davinci_global_images_V11.0.1.0.PFJMIXM_20191028.0000.00_9.0_global
But I get an authentication failure. How can I proceed?

I tried s-unlock and chatted with them directly, but unfortunately they're not offering to unbrick Xiaomi phones anymore.
I'm looking for an authorised service center that can do it remotely - unfortunately there are none in Switzerland. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm looking into UMT dongles but I don't see support for the Mi 9T when using the Xiaomi auth credits. Are you sure it's compatible?
