My mobile yesterday started to give me error "Not registered on the network" every time I tried to do a phone call. After google-it apparently this is a common problem on the Samsung devices and following a tutorial on the link bellow I was able to root my mobile phone without any problem and following the tutorial on idroidspace I was able to try all the solutions as suggested
On the first they ell to try using ARIZA patch, but when I ran it says that my model is not compatible. On the second on they advice me to flash my modem, I have follow all the instructions but didn't work as well, I was still receiving the error when I tried to do a phone call.
Today I was looking to find the stock firmware (ROM) for my Samsung thinking that a reinstallation could work to solve the error, but after I installed the Kernel file using ODIN v3.07 my mobile is now saying "kernel is not seandroid enforcing" message and after that is not showing any image on the screen
I'm trying to turn my mobile using recovery mode but the same message shows up and the mobile is not turning on...I'm only able to turn the mobile on using the download mode...and ODIN is still detecting it
My Mobile is a Samsung S4 GT-I9505 XXUBMEA unlocked to all the networks from UK
Can you guys please help me? I probably have destroyed the phone already and seek for help to late. But can you guys help me?

Unfortunately, you're posting in the wrong forum. This is the forum for the S4 Active which is a very different device than the regular S4. Post your question in this forum and you should get an answer.
As suggested by a member from the t-mobile galaxy S4 to look for an answer on this forum since it seems a somewhat a common bug (I'm a user from there as well). So here it goes I have hit a snag I cant find an answer to my question look below.
I just odin stock unrooted to sell my s4, everything passed well I have data, mms, everything works but my my wifi I click on it and it just shuts off... please help.. any info is appreciated... thanks.
Everything checks on my part, use the right file for my phone and all so I'm left with the following
Now the fore mention member came up with this solution or idea, that the lookout security app it's blocking the wi-fi he did mention that is a "semi-common issue and that there must be a tutorial in how to fix it somewhere in the T-mo Thread or maybe in this thread.
so after a few days of searching I decided to post and ask for help.
So please if someone has any info on this kind of issue or have the link for a fix I ask to please share it

I bought that note 3 with a good IMEI code and this version n9005xxudmj7
it keeps getting me the msg not registered on network and I have tried several networks but the same issue it keeps getting me kicked out of the network and I search for network and choose it then it cuts agian even during calls ??
pls answer me ASAP PLS .

Try another SIM Card, if you can make calls and it keeps kicking you off then it may be faulty.

i tried another one I even tried three different networks !!
and can any one help me pls to know my CSC cuz egypt is not included !!

Cannot find your CSC region,not sure why! however.. You have maybe a couple options, Reflash a new MJ7 ROM - If your phone is UNBRANDED you can try a generic Firmware.
OR
Can factory reset, wipe data and see if it fixes it.
OR
It's possible (and this actually might be the issue) that there is a hardware malfunction...

You must read on flashing guides and be 100% sure you have read and learnt everything.
I could post a How To here, but if you got stuck or made a mistake you'd have to ask here again and maybe no one would respond for a while and you would be stuck. So it's a lot easier if you try to find for yourself so you can learn it, and maybe one day teach someone else how to fix :good:

question about stock rom

now to my question.
1. i downloaded the stock rom 2 days back and can open the zip file without any errors so are the links updated with non carrupted rom?
2. is there any way to flash this rom using fastboot?

I had cm12 rom on my spice dream uno and i wanted to put the stock rom back and i flashed it perfectly and after i flashed it, I'm not able to power on the device. There's no response! please help me out dev!

If you can explain how to connect mobile to pc it will be better. I find very difficult to connect. If you explain how to unlock boot before flashing it will be helpful for us. Anyhow I have connected the mobile to pc but after flashing mobile become dead. Now how to resolve this problem.

Phone restart continously when sim insterted
hello everyone,
i got the stock rom from this site for my android one, but when i flashed that ROM my phone was dead. Even i got everything, same mentioned in the tutorial. but not use of it, still it's dead. so i've paid and serviced my phone. and i've lost the IMEI of my phone and got it fixed from the shop.
And i rooted the device once again, it went good for a week, suddenly my phone turned off anonymously. now when i inserted my sim to any of my phone slot. it's not turning on properly and even if it turns on, it goes down and restarts continuously. so i've removed my sim , it works better than before.
please help me to fix this problem of restart and sim issue. pls pls
So this will unroot my phone as well? I'll get ota updates from google?

I've been having this problem for a few days now. Whenever I try to make a call, it gives me the message, "Mobile Network Not Available." I am able to connect to Wi-Fi without a problem but I cannot make or receive phone calls or text messages - only "EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY" I thought it was because I had weak signal at home so I traveled somewhere else but still, with little success.
I've tried everything I can think of. I have:
- Factory reset it (many many times)
- Removed the SIM card and put-it-back-in trick
- Put my SIM card onto another phone and had no mobile network problems on that phone
- Airplane Mode On>Turn off phone> Turn back on phone> Turn off Airplane mode
- Create a new APN under T-mobile settings
- Turned the Radio off and back on again
- Went to Settings>More>Mobile networks>Network operators>T-Mobile and it gives me "Your SIM card does not allow a connection to this network." and sometimes, "Cannot connect to this network, please try again later"
- Turned on "Use only 2G Networks"
- Turned on "Data Enabled"
- Turned on and off "Data Roaming"
- In the Setting>About Phone>Status, it says,
"Network: Unknown"
"Mobile Network Type: UNKNOWN:0"
"Mobile Network State: Disconnected"
I have tried all of this and I am still unable to make or receive calls and text messages. Anyone, please help me !!
one more thing its all started after I cut my sim card from full size to mini from a shop........

I once got the same problem
It is caused by sp flash tool.
Use this flash tool to solve problem

thanks for this tool bro really very thanks but this tool would not search my device as i connect my phone i can hear connecting sound from windows and after 3-5 seconds its disconnect by it self :crying: i have tried a lot of things but its not working like use new data cable and reinstall all tools and drivers.

You bricked your handset.. Try wiping cache.. if it doesnt work then u need a fresh install..

when you took it to the shop they do a fresh install.. Rooting generally does not create such problems because you just flash a su zip file.. The problem is not related to rooting.. Its a software bug and you need to get it fixed by the service center and remember to unroot before doing so.

Hi please somebody provide spice dream uno stock firmware, my phone gives unable to mount /data error.

Here the OG stock rom for the Mi-498 for both the english and hindi version (Mi-498H).
In the folder you will find as well the last Lollipop update for both the versions, drivers, flashing tool and flashing manual

Please, help me - if there is any chance to recover it into a working phone? It will be so great )) I'll be so grateful for any help!

I think you will need to get the proper combination firmware for your phone, that's clear.
I'm not really familiarized with this kind of lock, but I assume that it can be bypassed, and almost sure you'll need the combination for that goal.
