I find the selfie motorized camera just as fast as any other cell phone selfie camera. When you switch to the selfie, you have to wait for the software to initiate the front facing camera. I find with the NEX it takes just as long even with its motorized camera. The time it takes for the processor to receive the command and change to the front facing camera is just as long as it takes for the motorized NEX camera to pop-up.

Stock Cam night mode is much better than custom one. Taking less time to shoot. And clarity is also good, comparison with Custom cam. Launch speed is normal, takes 1 sec to show it in focused form. Didn't compare with others. Just realized the timing taken.
