From double click on the lock button until the camera opens ready for the photo it takes less than 2 seconds.
And the same time for the shake gesture.
I think it’s pretty fast.
I use the twist gesture, and it is faster and more convenient than I had thought it would be
I use HDR always, so the shutter is a bit slow
