My Nubia Z17 mini (NX569J_EN) don't whant anymore to recognize lookscreen password.
What can I do to bypass this password , change it or delete it.

the device doesn t conect to activsync anymore , the comptuer detects it on usb ''unknown device'' activ sync does not !!!

Bought the phone yesterday and syncing is totally different . I am signed in , but not being asked a passphrase or anything ... what am I missing out here ?
