How to change the backlit colour of the 'physical' button? - Android Head-Units

Hi
I would like to ask if I could change the backlit color of the 'physical' buttons?
I found the setting in Car Settings app, but changing it has no effect whatsoever to the color of the backlit.
Now it is always blue and I found it very ugly (not match with the dashboard color of my car...)
Thanks!

I know how you feel. I found the color settings hidden in the settings menu but when I try to adjust the colors, it doesn't do anything just stays on ugly blue. Guess that's why it wasn't in the apps section on radio.

[Q] Paranoid Android Auto Color settings not saving

HI
I am running the latest version of PA, trying to enable auto color on apps but the setting does not save or get applied?
Any ideas how to get this working?
I'm also having this problem.
I want to have a white colored status icons, and white navigation bar buttons, so I disable the "Enable per app color" option but it doesn't work status bar icons are blue and the navigation buttons have transparency, it's not visible but I do not want it because of performance issue, I don't like using transparent stuff.
After a while of trying different settings I enable per app color option, since I decided that I'll just use "Automatic Color" inside every app I want to change its layout, but it doesn't work either! If I change its layout it will use the custom colors and enabling Automatic Color won't get saved.

Why is there black color at the bottom on my homescreen?

Hi,
My nexus 4 is on PA 4.0 beta3 and franco r203.
Is there anyone can explain me why is there black color at the bottom on my homescreen like in the picture attached?
Is it because the color profile? If it is, could you please give me the profile to remove the black color?
Thank you
If you mean the shadowy appearence(or white to black dimming or gradient or whatever) I think it is a kitkat feature and it is normal if it was pure white(in your case) you would not see navigation buttons in a white holo menu. But to be honest I would like to know if there is a mod or setting to adjust this because there is a bug with that gradient shadowy thing(if you try to press menu button and get into any app-for example settings- then try to return homescreen with back button-twice atleast-, you will notice nav and status bar is more transparent than normal if you push home button then it returns normal and it doesnt look good)

Moto display shows different colors on lockscreen?

Has anyone noticed that the battery ring on the clock widget on the lockscreen shows different colors? Sorry for being late but I got this phone a few weeks ago and I had only seen blue and grey colors until today, I saw red too. Why does the color changes? Can't it be just black with white text like in G4 Plus? Is it using light sensor to show a contrasting color according to the ambient light?
Update: NVM, it's because of the wallpaper color. Apparently the lock screen battery ring color changes according to the wallpaper gradient (or something)
noticed this also. Kinda cool feature but would be nice if you could toggle this as an option.
At stock wallpaper and everything, mine changed according to battery.
After I changed the wallpaper, it changes according to the accent color of your wallpaper. Sometimes when changing wallpapers it changes to a weird color, but at least in mine, that's how it changes.

Accent color not applied everywere

I currently have the default blue accent color applyed to my oneplus 6t. But I noticed that there is multiple places where the accent color is still the turquoise that is in default in the AOSP. I was wondering if this was a bug or if anyone else had noticed it.
Yes, color calibration set to default when fingerprint is used (lockscreen, apps with fingerprint API)

You are right, but color calibration is other thing. @jfchenier is talking about color accent. Default android teal color is on a lot of system screens. I think it's not a bug, it's sloppiness from oneplus. Another little thing on my OOS love hate relationship.

I understand. I use blue color accent too. But all calibrations, color profiles and reading/night modes are ignored in situations when fingerprint scanner is active.

Make AOD notification icons black and white instead of color and low-constrast ?

Hello everyone,
It seems that Samsung has really botched the AOD implementation lately for those that really need it for notifications. Specifically they introduced color icons, which have a very low contrast and cannot be seen.
Is there any way to make those icons black and white (or at least - black and grey) ? I even used their ClockFace app (or plugin - whatever it is) but while I can change the clock styles (useless feature anyway) I can't seem to be able change the notification icon colors. Or maybe I am missing a hidden setting ?
I hate the lack of a notification LED. But at least I need large, black and white AOD notification icons.
Thanks for any advice on this !
Good question
