huh? have u tried updating manually?

I use the 9, but still have the 8. I check it about once a week for the update (USA version). Since the USA version seems to always be the last to get it, I look for Android "P" to come out, before my 8 gets O. LOL

Android 8 Oreo and Emui 8 is coming to Mate 8 in May :good:

Hello! Did you see that?

B352:eek:fficiel or beta

Hi. Some one here can tell us if b352 is officiel or beta?thinks
since theyre not available via OTA im presuming that all B3xx firmware are still in Beta. the fact, that B1xx firmwares are still being released also points to that...
Sent from my Huawei Mate 8 NXT-AL10
I think so because there still one fonctions wich dosnt work and it tell that well work in officiel one.i mean this: updater>setting of updater
if not covering on OTA .. that mean beta Version
I have nxt al10 and i have receive b352 by ota

I have the DL00 model and also received the OTA. Before that, I had received the B350.
good to know, that means that B352 is stable
Sent from my Huawei Mate 8 NXT-AL10
Does it? What if it's just beta upgrading to... newer beta?
Were you guys on factory B1XX before you received the first B3XX OTA?
good point and valid question!
Sent from my Huawei Mate 8 NXT-AL10
I was in version B182, received the B320, then the B350 and after that, the B352. When connecting with hisuite, I have the option to return to the B182. The 4.1 versions are beta, but the ota is optional. At least here was.
Hey Guys,
A little up for this topic, because I'm still not sure.
I've got an AL10 B182, in France, and still hasn't been offered OTA to B3XX.
Is it because they are still BETA versions ? or maybe because of geolocation or my SIM cards country ?
Thankies

Android 7 (Nougat) update for the Mediapad M3?

Does anybody know or is there an official announcement if the Mediapad M3 will get the Nougat update? If yes, when
There wasn't any announcement yet, but there's a hope to see EMUI 5.0 cause M3 is a new device and its CPU is compatible with Nougat.

Thanks Slavon, I think if Huawei want loyal customers they should update this device soon, let's wait and see.
I also hope we will see an update because it's the current flagship and has compatible components, but Huawei never showed big love to its tablets when it came to updates and at least they did not announced it for the first wave.

Looks like they removed the message, but I can confirm it was there at least for a few hours. I hope they were right, just ordered the tablet due to the confirmation.

Looking forward to seeing this upgrade arriving ....
BTW if someone already has an idea how to upgrade EMUI/ANDROID without loosing ROOT (i.e. avoiding to lose & have to reinstall TWRP etc.) ... please post or link to advices!
Thanks

Seems like every 5.0.1 emui update pack with security updated. Probably all this updates are sent to different users (its Huawei solution for updates by parts). But maybe i'm wrong though its even no available to flash
EDIT
As i wrote. I cant flash it so i extracted firmware and i looked in build.prop
ro.build.version.release=7.0
ro.build.version.security_patch=2018-01-01

Some italian sites report an EMUI update from 5.0.1 to 5.1. IDK if it's true or not 'cause i haven't received the update yet

Yesterday, Xiaomi had posted on its official MIUI account that it will be announcing good news at 10 AM this morning. The Chinese firm has today officially confirmed that 40 of its devices can be upgraded to MIUI 9.
The above image shows the names of all the 40 Xiaomi devices that can be upgraded to MIUI 9. It is surprising to know that the company is providing the latest software update to even those devices that are 6 years old. This shows the engineering prowess of the company.

Huawei Nova 3i INE-LX2 C636D1

Hi folks,
I own a Huawei Nova 3i INE-LX2 with build number 8.2.0.138(c636) and at the bottom of the About Phone page it has a Custom Version CUSTC636D1.
I cannot update to Pie and it is on EMUI 8.2 with March 2019 security update. I am using it in Canada and am unable to update. Can anyone tell me if it is due to the "Custom Version" or what exactly a custom version is? Thanks!

Already tried that and it says that I am up to date. There are newer software versions on Firmware Finder that are approved but they don't include my "custom version D1" in the build numbers. Here are a couple screenshots...
