Lineage OS replaces the CyanogenMod and quickly gained popularity among fans of custom firmware. Recently, developers have released a new assembly based on Android 7.1.2 with the January security patch . Outdated browser from AOSP in the latest firmware Lineage OS replaced Jelly . The new browser is based on the WebView and optimized to run on low-performance devices. The team is working on yet another browser called Gello . It is based on Chromium version m58 .
Lineage OS in the new version has received an improved net quick settings, which now supports a variety of modes. Auto Brightness Button took place near the brightness slider, and fixed launcher sorting applications with names written in non-Latin characters.

This ROM was originally created for the HTC Desire HD based AOKP. Over time, the development of join so many other developers, and with it grew and the number of supported devices. Not less successful this project is overgrown and functions. After the release of Android Lollipop developers AOKP reported that suspending development indefinitely, because of what the AICP has been transferred to the CM. Currently, the developers claim that this firmware includes everything necessary extensions, so that no additional tweaks are needed.

The settings menu is not very different from the menu in the katabatic of Lineage OS , although it includes some new items. But after clicking on "Advanced Settings" opens Ocean additional settings. VoLTE is present. If you're talking about the icon, then enable it from RR Configurations - Status Bar - System Icons.

Everything else is all right, English is very little where.

Settings a lot of different, cool. Animation is also a class.
The fingerprint works fine, light touch isn't enough, but you don't have to put your whole finger on like candy, and it works pretty much all the time.
When you try to go to settings - secutiy and privacy - location - permissions for applications, shows a packet installer error. Got a solution?
In permissions settings (built-in App Ops), many apps do not have radio buttons. Ie for example can not the Android system or the clock to prohibit the location.
Will have to put a third-party Appops
I just noticed that the fingerprint setup is missing. Whether it is after Magicka, whether it's after a wipe... So now you cannot add an imprint, no place to do it. Very strange...

PixelOS is an AOSP based ROM, with Google apps included and all Pixel goodies (launcher, wallpapers, themed icons, google sans fonts, Monet color based system wide theming, boot animation), a fork of OG Pixel Experience with improvements on the top of it. Huge respect to Pixel Experience team for their work, thanks to them for making this ROM possible.
In short a fully functional Pixel Experience with just the right amount of essentials.

Flashing Instructions
Clean flash (coming from a different ROM):
• Download ROM from the link above
• Download Magisk v25.0 or newer (optionally)
• Download Recovery from the link above
• Reboot to recovery
• Format data
• Flash ROM zip
• To get root access, flash magisk.
• Flash recovery
• Reboot and voila!
