i want to unlock my bootloader on htc explorer, everything goes good, i get my Unlock_code file, but when i'm typing : fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin it stucks on sending 'unlocktoken' (0 KB) . . .
i tried to use the command from c:\Android... but no way .
please help, i need really need this problem to be fixed . Thank you .

hi , i have rooted my n1 and loaded ( recovery-RA-nexus-v1.5.3) into it , but because i had problems with the wifi i decided to flash back the original rom , i did everything as instructed , but when i booted my n1 i get stuck on the boot image with the unlock , can you help me please ?
Can you boot into recovery or fastboot and reflash a known good image (download one and check the md5)? If you can get into recovery then you should be able to reflash without any problems.
Wipe the phone with recovery then try the new rom and radio that got leaked today. I am using it with no issues. In this post there is update.zip that you can flash using recovery if you are having issues with fastboot.

Hello, I received yesterday my Zuk Edge, and I wanted to unlock the bootloader. So I enter to the web page and get my unlock_bootloader.img
I then proceed to fastboot flash it, but I'm always getting this message back:

I already tried different commands, and every time I get the same response back.
Also, I want to flash the official firmware via Qfil, but i can't get it to recognise the device. I already installed the lenovo, zuk and qualcomm drivers.

Yes, I did that. I found the solution after the installation of different drivers. I will post a guide on how I did this, as I think there is no noob friendly step by step guide.

So I follow this post to flash a gsi, I paid attention to every details before start this but i'm stuck in the last step, I wrote in the command terminal : fastboot flash system NAMEOFSYSTEM.img and now it's been like 1h that the terminal says : sending 'system' (1609932 KB)... I don't know if it's normal or there's a problem and if there is, how can I fix it ?
