hi there, I downloaded app patcher off google play and I was looking through it and the dex classes came up. it was all in another language (Chinese, or Viet not sure some Asian language) why is that is it supposed to be in another language or should it be English? is something wrong and is someone hacked my phone and monitoring it? please help thanks guys.

if i installed a custom ROM for it with the support of arabic language will it work?
in other words will at least English and Arabic work together?

My cousin bought a Samsung Note 3 Lite SM-N7508V from China. And I would like to install French language input because there is only English and Chinese. I tried to solve the issue by myself using ALP language installer and I totally messed up ( my phone bricked ) . So could you please provide a secured method.

It works partially.. But not completely in settings...idk.if its goodlock that it only works with system wide but it works some..here are a couple screen shots....mind you I'm in America
Hello, I've already tried Language Enabler and MoreLangs. These work in half because these change only apps language and the settings and system apps are still in english. How can I resolve it. I need to install Italian
