someone is offering me a good deal with S1
but the problem is that the phone is Korean so i've been wondering
if i installed a custom ROM for it with the support of arabic language will it work?
in other words will at least English and Arabic work together?

You need to understand that:
A person that speaks 3 languages is Tri-lingual
A person that speaks 2 languages is Bi-lingual ...and...
A person that speaks 1 language is American
So, the European I9000 probably will be able to help you faster
please some one make way to fix persian or arabic language on coustom roms in s6102
only Ginger Ice Jelly can support persian and arabic language

My cousin bought a Samsung Note 3 Lite SM-N7508V from China. And I would like to install French language input because there is only English and Chinese. I tried to solve the issue by myself using ALP language installer and I totally messed up ( my phone bricked ) . So could you please provide a secured method.

And i want czech language, but in the system there is no option for choose this lang. Is there any way to load a firmware to have this language or install some pack?
I find some FW on other Note 4 but not for exactly N916K but different N910. HW is same but Im worried about to damage it. Please help, thank you

Don't flash other model firmware otherwise you will brick/damage your phone.
Only way is Look for a rom ported from n910c/n910h that should be compatible with your device and flash from twrp.
