Unroot Zuk edge - Lenovo Zuk Edge Questions & Answers

hi,
Buying my Zuk Edge at Aliexpress which had a custom rom, i decided to flash it with the official rom (CN/EN version). Then, i relock the bootloader.
Unfortunately, i can't update by OTA because when i want to do it by entering in the "System Updates" settings, there is this message :
"Your system has been root, we are unable to provide the latest version of the system"
How must I do to UNROOT my zuk Edge , knowing my bootloader is now relocked and i'm with the stock official rom Zui 2.5.470 eng/cn ?
Thank you in advance for your help.

I have model WAS-LX1AC109B100 rooted, with twrp recovery installed.
How can I update to oficial oreo from the nougat official with the phone rooted and with the bootloader open?
Is it necessary to unroot and block the bootloader?
Thanks in advance

Need help returning to stock

Hello guys,
I have the XT1572 RetEU version of the phone (Moto X Style). Before messing with the ROM I had taken the official Nougat update (7.0.0 NPHS25.200-15-8) so I have the latest bootloader. I then unlocked the bootloader and flashed TWRP, LineageOS (official), and the MM modem from this post.
Now I want to flash back to the stock Nougat ROM because I don't like the audio quality in LineageOS.
From what I can gather flashing the stock Marshmallow ROM won't work now because I have the Nougat bootloader. I cannot seem to find a stock Nougat ROM for this variant of the phone.
UPDATE:
I stumbled upon the latest official firmware for the XT1572 RetEU variant in this thread. I followed the Yandex link and downloaded the latest firmware named CLARK_RETEU_7.0_NPHS25.200-15-8_cid7_subsidy-DEFAULT_CFC.xml.zip.
I then followed the exact steps from this thread including the custom logo to mask the "bootloader unlocked" screen from this thread.
Everything works smoothly and the "bootloader unlocked" screen is hidden even though my bootloader is still unlocked.

How can I downgrade from Oreo to Nougat? (Want to unlock boot loader)

So I really want to install a custom rom and I know I need to unlock the boot loader and flash it with twrp. But I been reading around here and it seems unlocking the bootloader on Oreo is not possible and the only way to do that is to downgrade to nougat... except I don’t really know how to do this on my device since as previously stated, the boot loader is not unlocked and I don’t know where the stock rom for nougat is even available to download from, or any necessary tools to download to be able to do this (I’m a complete noob). Some info of my device: A2017u, Oreo, B20
Help would be appreciated, thank you
I think you may need to go back to Marshmallow to unlock bootloader and install TWRP but I'm not on an A2017U so won't try to advise you.
I did revert my own A2017G from latest Oreo back to Nougat ok. Since gone back to Oreo. It seems to work when stock but once you meddle with it that's when all the problems start.

Install GLOBAL firmware after root and unlock bootloader

Hello everyone.
I will give my wife my grade 7.
My redmi note 7 is rooted with magisk and twrp installed.
I would like to leave him a clean phone, without custom ROMs etc ... and with a recovery stock.
I would like to flash him a Global ROM from MIUI.
For that :
1 / Do I use Miflash to install a global firmware?
2 / Is it better to check the box relock bootloader? I read that this could lead to some hard brick xiaomi ?
thank's for your answer
Miflash? Why not.
Looked? Why
Unlocked. Maybe u can fix it!
Stock? Why?
Batterylfe?
Adaption?
Hello
Quick question about using a Firwmare MIUI stock version and OTA updates.
Can OTA updates be done automatically if the bootloader is unblocked (no root / stock recovery) ?
Thank you in advance.

need help please rom flashing problems

hi hope i'm in the right place, my sm-g935f had an error with an ota update and got brick with the error binary locked with frp lock or something like that. i'm trying to downgrade from oreo to mashmellow and on odin it fails as soon as i start, same goes for when i tried nougat, can someone please help the only rom that flashes is oreo
official rom you can only install the latest version. Android 6 or 7 only to custom roms ported from other devices. Blocking the bootloader does not allow you to downgrade.

It's failing when you flash in Odin because you have a higher bootloader/binary. When you try flashing 6.0 or 7.0 software eventhough it's stock Samsung firmware, your Binary number is higher than the binary on the 6 or 7.0. This is from what I've seen been talked about here and elsewhere. Do you have to Downgrade?
