Maybe just not enough people have the phone or want to do anything with it.

I think most stylo 2 plus owners moved to the 3 so there well be no point in spending months working on a rom that no one will use...

Well, about 4 days have passed, and in those 4 days, I have rooted my phone, flashed a custom ROM, and been through about 5 different kernels. I am really enjoying this experience. I have done a few other things, like set up wireless tethering, and installed a custom boot animation, but I feel this is not enough lol. I am very eager to do more, but don't know what else to do.
What haven't I done that can be explored? Share your favorite things to do with your rooted Dinc!!!

Start flashing CM7 nightlies
I've been the same way ever since I got into the android platform.
You can get into themes and basically design an entire theme if you want.
I always seem to come back Redemption Roms though when I'm switching back and forth in between roms. I tried the CM7 but just always end up coming back.
You guys have any idea how I can get the trackball wake feature to work with skyraider 3.5? Do I need to download a zip file or what? I was told it came standard with skyraider, but it's not working for me
It is very addicting, I must say that I at one point flashed 4 roms in one day until I found the perfect one.
I've been flashing CM7 nightlies and I'm getting ready to flash CM7 RC2. Of all the ROMs that I have flashed I must say that I am not budging from CM7, it rocks.

Haven't flashed SR in a while. Check around in settings.
You can also try out 'Launcher Pro' (easy to switch back, just uninstall) from the market.
It's pretty sweet and I've been using it ever since I've downloaded it.

Flash more ROMs and try them out. I had SR3.5 for about a week after I first rooted my Incredible. I went to Warm 2.2 for a couple weeks and then I've been on CM7 since January 10 or so. Flashing a new ROM is like having a whole new phone.
I still have nights where I'll flash one or two different ROMs, completely set them up, and then decide I want to go back to CM7 and restore my backup. I'm definitely trying the Gingerbread version of MIUI when it comes out - the current version doesn't beat out CM7 in my opinion, but the next one might.

LG G4c Custom ROM

I recently bought a LG G4c. Well, after testing it for about a week, i decided to root it.
I succeeded; KingRoot did its job. But now i'm looking for Custom ROMs and stuff, Kernels... but i can not find anything. Are there any Custom ROMs and Custom Kernels or am i blind? Well, i already found "Flash Stock ROM" and "root LG G4c", but honestly, that's all.
Please help
Man I am also searching better software for this awful phone, it is not working properly, my S3 was times better with cynogenmod than this piece of ****!!! Never buy lite version of phones done by LG - completely bull****. I dont even understand why they brought this cake on the market as is is really really lagging and bad. I have a 64 gb sd card in it, 30 are free, 350 are free on the system flash and this piece of **** tells me i have not enough space for an sms? ARE U KIDDING ME?!!!

Well, if it's rooted I recommend you to get Link2SD (Plus), so you can move Apps fully to your SD Card! (; But i wonder...honestly...why there are not any Custom ROMs.

Are there any custom roms coming soon for moto g4?

Sorry if I post in wrong place.
Today, my wife broke my beloved 1+1. I needed an emergency phone and bought g4.
I've flashed twrp, rooted the phone... Only to find out that there not seem to be any custom roms for the g4.
Is there any reason why? Are there any roms on the way?
Or maybe some already exist?

There are some in the G4 Plus Roms, Kernels & Recoveries Forum.

why is there so little rom development

Since we have a mostly stable root... why are there only 2 custom roms??
After being locked out of my s6, I was so excited this phone had root... just don't understand

Because there are not many options as we can only use stock 6.0.1 base with the locked bootloader that uses the engineering kernel. If we could use any kernel it would be a WAY different story.
Thanks for the insight. Did not realize the engineering kernel was so restricted. I came from an HTC one prior, and we had lots of roms based off the base kernel, but I am a jafu so my knowledge is limited.

You COULD be stuck with a MTK tablet; the only MTK devices getting any love are phablets and phones for the most part (and those are mostly in the MEAR: Middle East, Asia, and Russia). My Lenovo A7-30F (not the A3000 or A3300) has two recoveries (one each for KitKat and Lollipop) and no custom ROMs at all; my GNex (which is far older) has more ROMs just for KitKat (let alone Lollipop, Marshmallow, and Nougat).
The LG G3 was nice because there was an exploit (and it hasn't been patched to this day) that allows you to have what is called a "bumped" TWRP so you can flash all sorts of custom ROMs, including AOSP-based ROMs, as well as custom kernels. That was a nice feature of the LG G3 on VZW. Not sure why they never patched the exploit. I do miss those days, but I did stop rooting and such because I could still get really good battery life. Plus, Android Pay was a nice feature I liked using and now with the S7, I absolutely love Samsung Pay. Makes life so much easier when I check out not having to pull out my wallet, fumble and find the credit/debit card, swipe, etc. Just tap and pay! Nice!

current best roms? ( been away)

I was using superman rom i think months and months and months ago in marshmallow. Went back to stock S7 edge rom when nougat came out, like the changes alot but its slow and i want to start tinkering with roms again. I have been away from forum for like 6 months or more. What are the best roms right now? Looking for something simple and super fast. ( i guess preferably nougat? but doesnt have to be )

Ever since I got this phone, just before Christmas I've been using ambasadiis rom, no lag at all battery life is amazing he puts out frequent updates also
I've tried many roms and I just suggest ambasadiis ROM.... with ROM control... It's amazing:good::good:
I've been using Resurrection Remix for the past few months now and it's the best I've used, highly customisable, no Touchwiz or bloat and I've yet to have an issue with it, I would suggest you give it a shot personally
Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
I want to suggest you to give King Of Nougat (latest v9 with special edition zip, v10 is work in progress will come out soon). Developer is amazing and kind, we have an extraordinary telegram group where we talk a lot and it's definetely useful.
You can look for yourself here
